• Mohamed (10/5): A pleasant stay. - The hotel was very clean and close to the pyramids and free breakfast was provided as in room service. It is on a main road and easy to find the place but at the same time close rural area in Cairo where you can see the average life of the Egyptian people away from the standard 5 star hotels. The hotel owner Mr. Abdo speaks fluent English and can be contacted over phone or WhatsApp anytime. He is very helpful and can arrange tours to historic places when requested. The locals like to stay up the whole night and usually the shops open midday through the night so it was a bit inconvenient since I'm an early riser in the morning.

• Edson (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very close to the pyramids, the views from the room are very good especially at night. The beds and facilities are very clean. Also the owner of the place and the staff is very friendly. Some staff members do not speak English but you can communicate with the owner or with reception.

• Ankish (4/5): Don't fall for nice pictures and cheap prices - it's a bait - The view of the pyramid from the room's window is nice. Reasonably clean bathroom. Air conditioner worked perfectly. They let me check out late at 3PM, which was nice. I paid for a big room with balcony, they put me up in the standard room with no balcony. Hotel is cheap because they will upsell you like crazy for the "tours". Paid 60 USD for a tour of the Pyramids, but still had to buy my own ticket and also pay on top for the horse ride, another 100USD. Very misleading. So essentially their "tour" is just the driver and the car. The "guide" was just a middleman for the horse ride. Room was falling apart - drawer broken, door handle loose.

• Gabriele (10/5): Excellent stay - great value and the nicest people. - Good location- the rooms are very nice and comfortable and an excellent view of the Pyramids from the balcony room. The personnel , especially Hassany at the reception is very nice and extremely helpful for all your needs, even if they are not concerning the hotel. Amani, the maid is also very nice and helpful. Mr Abdul ( the owner) is very nice and also extremely helpful and attentive to any and all concerns you may have. I would highly recommend this hotel, if you’re staying in Giza. I definitely will stay there again, as I travel fairly frequently to Cairo/Giza. There was nothing I didn’t like.

• Nancy (10/5): Comfortable - great price and value! - Abdul and his staff were amazing! Very kind and helpful. One time, I wanted to find a restaurant nearby to eat, so he sent his son (cousin?) to accompany me as we walked down the street. He wanted to be sure I was safe, wasn't hounded by locals, and also didn't get lost at night. Abdul gave me his number whenever I needed to contact him which proved to be very helpful when my drivers would struggle to find the hotel. There's another place with an almost similar name about 2 streets away so he would give them the directions in Arabic to find me. The single room that I booked was surprisingly comfortable and good size for a solo person. I noticed a much larger room with several more beds that was very big! It was a clean room. It has all the basics that you need - a fridge, a kettle, a clean bathroom, a shower with quick hot water, decent towels, a locked cabinet, a table, a tv with loads of stations (Arabic and some English. I didn't look for more because I wasn't there to watch tv.), and switches for bright room light or side lights. Reliable, quick internet. When you get off the elevator at the 4th floor hotel, the reception lobby is right there. You enter another metal gate door to the hotel rooms and then your hotel room. I would easily come back here again, especially for the price and value! Thank you for all the free bottles of water whenever I asked. During specific times of the day/night, it got a bit noisy for me because of honking cars, yelling people outside, and prayer calls. I put it earplugs and it was fine. Arrange your breakfast with a fair amount of time before a tour. One morning, it came 50 minutes later than booked, which meant I had only minutes to eat before the tour guide picked me up. The shower is narrow so I got water all over the place. There was a drain so it dried quickly.
• Marco (2/5): Not reliable, not professional, not trustworthy - The room was clean, new, and the balcony offered astonishing views to the pyramids. 1. I booked a tour to Dahshur, Sakkara and Memphis with them. Even when it was far more expensive than other options, I decided to book with them under the expectation of a professional and reliable experience. However, in Sakkara the guide made me pay extra 35 euro if I wanted to continue with the tour, his explanations were weak and he was more interested in bringing me to his friends stores to buy their products instead of showing and teaching me about the heritage. 2. I paid 15 dollar for a SIM card, but it run out of data the following day. I had to pay extra amount to obtain new data. 3. The owner was very intrusive continously offering me his tours, even calling me at late night when I was sleeping.

• Sayed (10/5): Very clean place, people there are helpful, the view is great, and the place is cheap - I liked the place itself, it overlooks the pyramids and is close to them, the rooms are very clean, the workers there are clean, cooperative and very kind and they want to serve you without you asking them, and in addition to that, the price of the place compared to all these good features is very cheap compared to all these features, I really recommend it .

• Meng (9/5): Very pleasant stay here! - The staff are very kind and hospitable. The room is tidy and clean. The breakfast is good. The location is good and safe. They were very kind to give me an early check-in, and I appreciate the 12 o'clock check out time very much, too. The price for its value is great! 1.People are allowed to smoke in the corridor, and the smoke would sneak into the room. 2.Breakfast preparation would take like an hour. 3.The hotel is by the main road, so it could be a little noisy due to the traffic.

She gave the best service I’ve received at any hotel in respects to the breakfast, cleaning, and any request we made. The only thing that isn’t to like has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The street just outside the hotel is problematic because the people there culturally are constantly harassing tourists but this problem is easily solved by using Uber or another escucha form of transportation.

We enjoyed dinner buffet (very affordable and great food) our first night there as be enjoyed the pyramids from our table! There was also a whirling dervish during dinner if you got bored looking at the pyramid ha. Place is amazing. Highly recommend! Nothing

• Yagmur (5/5): Disturbing owner and not good view - It was good to be very close to the pyramids. You can reach there by walking for 10 minutes. Hotel owner was very insistent about the things that he wants. He called me 3 times in a day and frequently asked me when I am going to come back to the hotel. It is not his business and this is very disturbing!! Also I could not see whole 3 pyramids from the room that I booked. When I told this to the owner, he showed me another room which has worse view than before. In my first night a group was in the loby whose listened to music with aVERY VERY HIGH VOLUME! I told them to stop it and they finally stopped. And there were also another annoying things that there was no hand soap and toilet brush. Do not disturb people and let them do whatever they want, you ask something one time and when they answered you, you do not ask 2-3 times again!!!

Shkran habibi FYI : If you stay for more than two nights, you can get a free pickup service. Otherwise, I highly recommend using Uber instead of that service.

• Mohammed (10/5): An amazing hotel. - The overall experience was above my expectations, starting their friendly welcoming for my late very check-in, i found two personal waiting for my arrival, they upgraded my my stay, the room was very clean, very comfortable the equipments and set up was very professional (5 types of lighting - it could be very dim, or very bright).. the staff is very friendly, very helpful. The price is cheap for the value, the best value of money hotel i tried in Cairo so for. Also they provide additional support and services, like tours, trips, breakfast, regular house keeping, and provide any kind of recommendations, food outing, and follow-up with you along the way. Finally, the safety is very high, i felt safe, there's a big metal gate at the entrance of tye buidlinh, and another metal gate at the floor. And off course my room door. I highly recommend this amazing place. Honestly, I'm surprised there's nothing i was disappointed about l. It's just perfect.

Close to the tourist attractions in Giza and has a breathtaking view of the pyramids on that plateau. It has access to transportation that connects it to the rest of the city.Good and helpful people I loved the cheerful and loving spirit of the employees . And their dedication to their work. They keen on the cleanliness of the place, room service and ensuring the comfort of customers. I had a tour with the hotel at a competitive price and had a magical and enjoyable time at the pyramids and the Nile River. Sometimes small places have big hearts that can accommodate everyone. I highly recommend it

He asked me the arrival time one day in advance and waited for us downstairs for fear that we could not find the door. Very enthusiastic. Secondly, the room is quite clean and the equipment is relatively new. Good air conditioning, I can't even believe that it is equipped with a small refrigerator at this price. The hotel is about 7 minutes away from the pyramids. And I took pictures of the pyramids and fireworks on the balcony of the room 🎆. There is a hotel with a similar name which makes people confused

• Johnny (10/5): Exceptional - I'm so glad that I booked this hotel. I stayed here for almost a week and I enjoyed every moment of my stay. First of all, the location is perfect. You can see the Great Pyramids from the balcony. They also have rooms with the Pyramids view. You can see the light and sound show every night. Hotel has free airport pickup but drop off is not free but it is reasonably priced. Everyone who works here are super nice and go above and beyond to help you. They have laundry service which is very cheap. They also do tours with driver and/or guide as well which is lot cheaper than booking thru other places. Room itself is very spacious with comfortable bed. They have free water bottles in the room. I loved the breakfast, juice,snacks and fruits . If I have to sum up my experience at this hotel in one word, that would be "AMAZING". I highly recommend this place for its location, staff and food.
