• GEUNHEE (10/5): Wonderful Stay: Clean, Spacious, and Comfortable - The accommodation was truly wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Rome was my last destination on my European trip, and I was able to fully relax in the room and recover from all the fatigue accumulated along the way. It was really amazing! 한국분들이 이 리뷰를 볼 진 모르겠지만 로마 시내와 거리가 조금 있다는거 말곤 정말 최고의 숙소에요 강추!! It was nice to have a washing machine so I could do laundry, but it was a bit disappointing that there was almost no detergent left.
• Raluca (7/5): Acceptable, but not for me. - The apartment is beautifully newly renovated inside. I didn’t like the cleanliness at all; if you walk barefoot, your socks get dirty, the shower was dirty, there was dust in the bathroom, and even a fallen medicine under the sink. There were so many details regarding cleanliness – I even had to wipe dust off the house instructions. On top of that, there’s construction nearby, so the noise is unbearable.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean, comfortable, and located quite close to the metro, about 10 minutes walk. There are shops, markets, and pharmacies nearby if you need them. You can also get to the city center quickly by metro. I am very satisfied with this apartment and recommend it. It is ideal for 2 people, but it can also accommodate 3-4 people.

• Rutger (6/5): Spacious appartment a bit further from the centre - Spacious appartment with a lot of facilities, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Area is currently under construction (some building noise on workdays starting early in the morning) and it is a bit further away from the city center. Shower is still not fully sealed with water leaking in one of the corners near the toilet. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short after being disturbed in our sleep a couple of nights in a row by the upstair neighbours, which could not be solved or prevented (recommend using earplugs to sleep).

In the bathroom a lot of water flows from the shower no matter how you do it, so you have to build a towel blockade on the floor.As the owner writes, this problem has already been solved, but in reality it is not. This problem is still there, the water flows out of the shower a lot. In addition, we had no hot water and had to contact the owner every day about this.It was very uncomfortable.Also, there is a very unpleasant smell of sewage. The apartment is extremely noisy, you really can hear the neighbors as if they were in their own room. This makes sleeping a bit difficult. The apartment is new, clean and equipped with all necessary things and appliances, but... • Spencer (9/5): Apartment inside is comfortable, spacious, and nice. Funky, up and coming area (kinda far from the city center). - Cute design on the inside. Solid AC. Really communicative and helpful host. A lot of water flows from the shower no matter how you do it, so you have to build a towel blockade on the floor. Remember not being able to find silverware. Construction going on with the apartment and everywhere outside including right outside of the patio (blocks any possible views). I know this is out of the control of the host.
• Goudiaby (10/5): Exquisite - The location doesn’t look necessarily good due probably to lot of refurbishing of properties going on all around but once the door of the flat pushed open it’s quite a overwhelming feeling to discover such a modern and well furnished apartment. Tea, Nespresso coffee maker, modern kitchen and bathroom, big size smart tv, queen size bed, iron and ironing board, good mattress, 1,5 litre of still water in the fridge and all necessary utensils in case one needs cooking… Lovely. There is a smell in the building that reminds me of that of old buildings in Rome.
