• Stefania (10/5): Un we lungo a Londra in famiglia - L appartamento è confortevole e molto ben arredato, la cucina dotata di tutto, un piccolo spazio esterno molto carino, in una bellissima zona. Molto comoda per gli spostamenti.
• Wim (10/5): Zou hier altijd terugkeren - Ruim, proper en gerieflijk ingericht. Alles voorhanden. Dicht bij metro en Hyde park. Zeer mooie nette buurt. Het is Londen dus er is wel wat straatlawaai soms, maar dat hoort bij de beleving van de stad. Desondanks goed geslapen!
• Gizem Melis (1/5): - Konum güzeldi oldukça rahat ulaştık.Banyo oldukça temizdi. Evde inanılmaz çok eşya vardı sanki biri evindeki tüm eski eşyaları buraya atmış gibiydi.Bu yüzden evin her yerinde toz vardı. Isıtma gittiğimiz akşam çalışmıyordu. 3 kişi gideceğimizi önceden belirtmemize rağmen 3. kişi için temiz nevresim ve çarşaf bırakmamışlardı. Kendimiz evdeki kutuları karıştırarak zorla bir nevresim bulduk ama onlarda lekeliydi.3. kişi temiz çarşaf ve nevresim bulamadığımızdan yastık kılıfı olarak tşhirtünü kullanmak zorunda kaldı. Yatak odasındaki yatağa serilen nevresimin üzerine süs amaçlı koydukları gri yastıklarda köpek tüyü olduğunu düşündüğümüz beyaz tüyler vardı. Bunların hepsini ilk gün firmaya ilettik en azından kurutma makinasının yerini söylemelerini böylece nevresimleri yıkayacağımızı söyledik ama ilanda var denilmesine rağmen kurutma makinası bulunmuyor. Bu yüzden bize temizlikçi yollamayı teklif ettiler ama kısa süreli tatilimizde buna zaman ayıramayacağımız için reddettik. Evin zemin katta olduğunu söylemişlerdi ama bodrum katta. Ev neredeyse hiç ışık almıyor. Teras kullanılamaz halde adım bile atmadık. Evin planı oldukça ilginç banyoya gitmek için mutfağı kullanmanız gerekiyor. Ayrıca kapalı iki oda mevcut? Tüm bu yaşadığımız olumsuzluklarlka birlikte 16 gün geçmesine rağmen firma depozitomuzu yatırmıyor. Biraz dinlenip gezebileceğimiz bir tatil planlamıştık ama geldiğimden beri tek yapttığım firmaya ve müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşmaya çalışmak.

• willie (8/5): Prima - De lokatie was uitstekend, vlakbij metro lancestergate. Het appartement wat leuk ingericht. De beschrijving van de plaats van de sleutelkluis. De eerste kluis die je ziet als je de trap af komt, is dus niet de juiste kluis, maar deze valt het meest op. Na heel lang bellen met airhost support, bleek er nog een kluisje te zijn, die helemaal niet opviel: zwart kluisje op een zwarte deur. We waren er graag op attent gemaakt, dat er 2 kluisjes waren, waarvan er maar 1 de goede was. Dat had ons heel veel gestresst gescheeld

• Brian (10/5): - Amazing location! Cozy and comfy flat that felt like home while we explored London.
• Amritha (1/5): - The agents at booking.com have advised to document our horrible experience so that we can get our money back from the property . This was the most disastrous place. The photos I have attached is what we were expected to use to enter this property. There have been multiple issues with the property inside. We had left the same day and asked for the full money back and the property have refused to refund us everything. Booking.com are unable to get our funds back and we are having a nightmare getting the money back as the property don’t respond to booking.com agents or their email and confirm that these were the issues in the property. Please do not stay here and lose your money. They will give you baseless excuses that the property is still accessible. For this price one expects 5 star quality and it is far worse than one expects
• LIDIA (5/5): La realidad dista de las fotografías - La ubicación y en el apartamento había de todo. El apartamento está publicitado para 4 adultos y nada que ver. Una de las camas, fenomenal. Pero pretenden que otros dos adultos se acuesten en un sofá que está como una piedra, mi hija mayor ha terminado con el cuello destrozado. No encontramos sábanas ni mantas ni nada por el estilo para el sofa-cama y tuvimos que contactar con la agencia, a parte de que un nórdico están manchado de sangre. Las fotos que publicitan del patio, nada que ver, totalmente descuidado. Y el tema de la calefacción, otro punto negativo. Si bien cuando llegabas a las 8 o 9 de la tarde - noche la casa parecía calentita, los radiadores estaban helados y ya no había manera de calentar la casa, te acostabas para estar calentito en la cama. El baño, el polo norte. Y un día que decidimos ver algo en la tele del dormitorio, no pudimos porque el mando de la televisión brillaba por su ausencia. Y nos hemos sentido bastante "solos" de no tener a alguien a quien llamar en el momento y te resuelva algo de manera inmediata.
• Giorgia (9/5): Bell'appartamento comodo al centro - L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e provvisto di tutto il necessario. C'è anche un grazioso spazio all'esterno. La zona è molto tranquilla, nei dintorni ci sono pub e un piccolo supermercato vicino. Lo splendido Hyde Park è a due passi. Le fermate della metro Lancaster e Paddington sono molto comode. Il divano letto del soggiorno non è molto comodo per due persone.

• Mariana (6/5): - Great location, nice decorated basement flat, kitchen fully equipped! Nice to have cleaning products, sugar, salt and coffee that we could use. Great for a short stay in London. The sofa bed is very small and doesn’t fit 2 adults at all. Not very friendly and responsive agency staff.
• Zehra (9/5): - Konum olarak çok güzeldi. Yürüyerek bile Londradaki önemli yapıları ve caddeleri ziyaret edebilirsiniz. Mutfakta her türlü şey mevcuttu. Genel olarak keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Salondaki koltuk yatak olduğunda çok rahatsızdı ☹️

• Christina (10/5): Perfekte Lage, Top-Ausstattung, sehr familienfreundlich - Perfekte Lage mit super Anbindung an diverse Verkehrsmittel (tube, bus, train). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig (wir haben sie zu viert genutzt) und es gab sogar eine kleine Terrasse, um draußen sitzen zu können. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Ausstattung war außergewöhnlich: es gab Regenschirme, Picknickkorb mit Picknickdecke, die Küche enthielt wirklich alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt (sogar Gewürze, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl war alles zum Mitbenutzen) und auch im Bad war jegliches Zubehör inklusive. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und gastfreundlich und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, uns mit lokalen Tipps und Empfehlungen zu versorgen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen.

• Zlatina (8/5): Good but not perfect. - Perfect location, very close to Paddington Station, metro station and Hyde park. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed. The neighborhood is nice, safe and clean. I am not pleased with the tidiness of the property as well as it is one level below the street and there is no enough daylight .
• Tali (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect. Close to the park, very close to multiple tube stations. Walking distance to the centre. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen had all the appliances. The apartment was very clean. The host was very responsive. The sofa bed for the 3rd person in the living room is not comfortable for sleeping. The apartment is underground, so not with a lot of light and the stairs to it not too comfortable.
