• Michał (10/5): Ładna lokalizacja warta polecenia - Dobra lokalizacja w spokojnej i ładnej dzielnicy. Całkiem blisko do metra i da się dojechać z lotniska nawet w nocy. Na plus zasługuje wygodny pokój Dla osób bojących się wind może być lekko straszna ale gdy nie masz problemów z małą przestrzenią to jest okej
• James (10/5): Perfect place to explore. - Location was great, right side of the city for Ciampio Airport, near enough to walk to the Metro/bus, and yet far enough away to be quite in a very busy city. Apartment block very secure and room perfect (especially if you book all three in that block), very clean and facilities fantastic...Rome is amazing.. Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect for us, if you like the full on carnage of a BIG city then Rome is for you......And the location and quality of this room is perfect for that.

• Monika (9/5): Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann dieses Aopartment getrost buchen! - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer netten Nachbarschaft. Man fühlt sich schon fast wie ein Local😀 Allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein weil sich das Appartement im 5 .Stock befindet und der Aufzug nur in den Halbgeschossen hält. In der Gemeinschaftsküche findet man alles was man braucht. Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Es gibt genügend Abstellfläche, einen großen Kühlschrank, einen Schreibtisch und neben dem sehr bequemen Bett, eine (etwas) laute Klimaanlage. Das Badezimmer ist modern und sauber. Sauber war auch das Appartement. Besonders nett, es gibt Getränke, eine kleine Kapselmaschine, einen Stadtplan und einen Magneten zur Begrüßung! Wir sind allerdings immer bei der Metrostation Re di Roma aus-und eingestiegen weil uns der Weg gefühlt kürzer bzw. einfacher fiel. Der Vermieter war jederzeit zu erreichen! Das Apartment müsste im Flur besser ausgeschildert sein.

The apartment is located quite close to the main attractions, you can easily walk to the Colosseum. There is also a bus stop below the apartment. Safe neighborhood.

• Maša (9/5): - The room very clean and spacious. It’s close to many sites and has a bus stop right next to the apartment. Communication with the host was very easy and he was very helpful. Only downside is that the apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator doesn’t work.

• Kravchuk (9/5): - The room was big enough and clean. The bathroom also was fabulous and modern with hygiene facilities and hair fan. During our stay we didn’t hear our neighbours at all, but they also stay with us. The location is so comfortable: too many bus stops around and 30 minutes to Coliseum on foot. One small minus is floor. It was written that we will live on 2,5 floor , but in real life it’s the 5th. But there is small lift which can be used for going up.

• Daliwonga (7/5): Good Option but needs some attention and transparency - The room was really nice. Clean and spacious. Well decorated and minimalist at the same time. Loved the bathroom. The host Andrea was fabulous. He is really attentive and tries his best to make you feel at home both at the apartment and in Rome. He is a good one. I feel like it should be made very clear that this is an apartment that you share. I looked again and again on here to find that information, but it was not there. I was shocked to find out I would be living with two sets of strangers in the same apartment. Not that that is a bad thing, but people need to know upfront. I also would not recommend the location for tourists. It feels quite separated from the tourist centre of Rome. I unfortunately would not have known that before arriving in Rome. I would also work on the cleanliness of the kitchen area. The microwave was dirty. The sink had dry water marks. The plates and cups also need a proper wash. I also struggled with the water temperature. It was lukewarm at best. I prefer hot showers. This should not be a problem.

• Rosalyn (5/5): Basic with some annoyances - Bed was comfortable Received automated messages countless times which was very annoying when I was busy. Was asked the same questions by staff regarding luggage when I'd already communicated my plans once. Toilet roll holder came off the wall, the fridge made a loud noise at night, and I didn't find a way to switch the picture lights off fully. The shower pressure was abysmal and the sink tap leaked to one side, soaking my items resting there as well as the toilet. I think the only reason I slept well is that I walked 29-30kms each day. Despite messages not to lock certain doors, other guests locked the main door and made it very hard to enter. Would search for another option next time I'm in Rome.

• Bartłomiej (9/5): Superb - A convenient and spacious room with a window overlooking a quiet street. Cafes and restaurants nearby. A bus stop right outside. 20 minutes' walk to the Colosseum. Excellent communication with the owner - very helpful and available all day!
• Sarka (9/5): Clean room, safe area, recomended. - All as descriped, very clean. 3 rooms are sharing kitchen area, we used it for fast breakfast. 2 different bus stops nearby, market with fruit, bakery, etc. over the corner. Supermarket 5min. Great stay, I would come again. Low water pressure, hot water was not realy hot and take long time. Some hooks in the bathroom would be great. No big issues at all.

Communication with the host was at times confusing. - Unfortunately, the shaving kit they provided caused significant irritation, and when I informed the host, I received no response, weird. A simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated. - I had to take a cold shower in the afternoon, not sure why there was no hot water. Probably it had been used by the other guests.

• Hassan (10/5): Exceptional - Where do I start, I’m not one to leave reviews on my stays, but this one is a must. First of all, to be transparent, this is a 3 bedroom apartment, perfect for family or group of friends. If you are a loner like me, still works, you’ll have access to your own room, fully en-suite and with a very comfortable bed. The apartment is right outside a bus stop, in a very quiet area, not very far from the central. The host Andrea is an extremely respectful and kind soul, very accommodating and flexible with check out time. I’d definitely come back.
