• L Witmer (6/5): Great location, cute apartment, but lacking in comfort/cleanliness. - The property location is excellent, the building is beautiful and quite secure, and the apartment itself is quite cute. The instructions for entering the property were timely and easy. We visited Milan during a heatwave and although the apartment does have air con, it is only one unit and struggled to cool the entire apartment. The loft was quite warm throughout our stay. The beds are not especially comfortable. The pull-out couch has a very thin mattress and has not been amended with anything extra like a foam topper to make it more comfortable. The bed up in the loft is a great size but the mattress there is quite cheap and not especially comfortable, either. The biggest issue though, was mold in the bathroom. The shower/toilet room has no real ventilation. There is a tiny fan but I doubt it is doing anything to increase air flow. When we arrived, the ceiling of the bathroom had quite a bit of black mold, and the corners of the shower on the floor were also moldy. We had to go to a local store and buy cleaning solution to spray on the mold to get rid of it. One of our family members has allergies, so the mold was kind of a big deal for him. It's not like the mold was hard to see, either, it was quite obvious and there was a lot of it, so I am surprised that the cleaners who turned the apartment over right before our arrival failed to get rid of it. For these reasons I am unlikely to stay at this place again.

• Melanie (5/5): Great location but needs a refurb and clean - Location is great. In walking distance to metro and main train station. Unfortunately very cold and a damp smell in the place. The towels also didn’t smell fresh. Bathroom has mold all over and the kitchenware was very dirty.
• Helena (10/5): Exceptional - Wow! Beautiful, modern, clean, and safe. Excellent location and just a 7 minute walk to the Garibaldi train station. Truly felt like home.
