• imane (6/5): Correct - Appartement pratique pour 3 personnes MAX Nous y sommes allés en janvier et il faisait froid dans l'appartement car très mal isolé. Seul un chauffage d'appoint peut être réglé.
• Khalid (6/5): لا انصح بالتعامل معهم - الموقع قريب من اكسفورد الشقة من الداخل جيدة لا يوجد مصعد ( اصنصير) المفارش والمناشف متسخه في آخر يوم تم إزعاجي وطلبوا مغادرتي الساعة 10 صباحاً بالرغم من أن وقت الخروج الساعة 11 صباحاً بعد الخروج حاولوا بشتى الطرق تحميلي اي مخالفة ولكن ولله الحمد كنت مصور الشقة عند الخروج ومصور تسليم المفاتيح وهذا جعلهم في موقف محرج حيث رديت على مطالباتهم وبالصور. للأسف لا انصح بالتعامل معهم
• Kieran (8/5): Perfect location for what we needed! - The ease of getting & dropping the keys off but the main positive was how responsive the staff were prior, & over the weekend via message A little bit of dust in the bathroom & a well worn shower glass door.

• David (3/5): Disappointing - hosts kept in touch regarding problems that we had The oven didn't have any knobs on it so although we managed to turn it on we couldn't turn it on again. The front fell off one of the cupboards in the kitchen. The tv screen was cracked and therefore almost unwatchable. The apartment is tiny for four adults.

• Aniysha (8/5): Overall a great stay and would consider coming back - The apartment was a in a great location. Close to main shopping on Oxford street and Marble Arch station. it was well equipped with with everything you would need for a short stay The host was not very accommodating with a late check out for a matter of 2-3 hours. It should be an option if there are no check in on the same day for a nominal fee.
• Zainab (3/5): Not good at all - Location Very very small compared to what it looked like on the photos. Cramped 4 people into a tiny place. Dirty walls and extremely uncomfortable beds. Excessive heat, insufficient fans, lift does not work, dirty wet towels hanging up, not enough toilet paper.

• Bellikan (7/5): Good - Walking distance to the touristic and shopping places. Very nicely decorated flat. Positively surprised by the little well-thought details, like the shampoo in the bathroom. Bed linens were washed fresh and clean. The check-in/out process was very smooth and flawless; pick-up of the keys from a locker point 24/7. The building is very old even though the flat is renovated and looking good. You can still feel the tiredness of the building in the flat. Even though the glamorous Oxford street is in 5 mins walking distance, the location of the building is a little cosmopolite. So, you prefer to walk that 5 mins very quickly.

• Emma (7/5): Location & value for money but don’t expect 5* - Great location close to Marble Arch and Hyde park, nice restaurants and supermarkets and 2 mins from the venue where we had a 3 day event. Good communication from owner very responsive and mostly clear instructions. It was clean. The lift was out of action which was not ideal given my friend was heavily pregnant and it’s one of the reasons we booked it given it was on the 3rd floor. Instructions pointed to service lift but no key to operate. Windows in the flat were left open so when we checked in it was cold, we worked out how to turn the radiator on and then it was too hot in there and we struggled to regulate the temperature / turn it off again. No bath plug for a bath. Cutlery draw would fall apart when opened so a little tired. Sofa bed not particularly comfy but almost to be expected. All in all it served a purpose.
• Cheng (7/5): Good - Good location, easy go to anywhere no matter take bus or underground; house is fully equipped, the house owner is very thoughtful even prepared some medicine for the client The place To get and drop the key is too far,not convenient , walk at least 5 mins, especially when you have big luggage; Building is too old to, no lift, if you have big luggage, it will be disaster to climb up or walk down with the luggage.

• Justina (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, front door is locking The apartment is too small for 4 people, the sofa is very short and narrow, and so is the bed. Lack of cleanliness, towels do not absorb moisture at all. The elevator is not working, but the most shocking thing was the mouse found in the apartment.
• Salomon (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay. Very comfortable place, beautifully decorated and spacious. It's fully equipped and furnished. The kitchen has everything you'll need + machine washing. Apart from linen, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner they provided a hairdryer and an iron. The host was kind and welcoming. They answered all the questions immediately and provided solutions if necessary. Completelly recommended!! The lift didn´t work.
