- Susanga (1/5): Never stay at this property. The worst place we have ever stayed. - Nothing good on this property. I regret not readings the reviews for this property before booking. This property is too old and should not be available for booking. Facilities are horribly rusty and not safe for families with children at all. Not enough power outlets, existing ones are broken. No shower. Front door cannot be locked properly. The host is unfriendly and unprofessional. He/She communicates nicely at first, but once you have paid, it becomes a totally different tone. Not worth the money at all.

- Hien (1/5): A waste of money for an old dirty, smelly and not functional place. - In the canal area. An old dirty and smelly apartment. The toilet smells worse than a public toilet which is unbearable. Towers are not clean. Basic facilities don't function or falling apart. The socket in the kitchen dit not work, which mean you can not use the hot water kettle microwave oven. There is an Italian coffee maker but it doesn't go with the induction cooker. All kitchen facilities are dirty. Beds are old and uncomfortable, and make noise whenever you turn your body. We asked the owner and gave them another chance to fix the socket and the cleaning problem but they just put tapes on the dangerous broken socket which then kept falling down. Just all. Nothing was fixed. An expensive place but doesn't worth the money. We can't recommend this place to anyone.
- Maksim (3/5): needed repair! - the location is very good. there are a lot of cafes nearby, but the noise from them does not reach the apartment he photos are not true. there is a feeling that they were made 10 years ago. the apartment lacks lighting, sockets fall out of the walls, everything is very old. opening the front door can wake up the whole entrance
