• Ben (10/5): Adorable Balcony on the Medeival Main Street - Lovely room overlooking the Main Street. We were lucky enough to see the San Isdro parade promenade by. The small mini fridge was appreciated. Bed and pillows very comfortable. We are a light dinner on the balcony. Checking was smooth, WhatsApp is essential (but if you’ve made it this far on the Camino, you know that already). Recommend this small quiet hotel. Nothing.

• Laila (10/5): Einfach nur traumhaft! - Sehr schönes Hotelzimmer mit einer wirklich überdurchschnittlichen Sauberkeit – alles war makellos und sehr gepflegt. Moderne Ausstattung, alles neu gemacht und trotzdem mit viel Charme. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unglaublich gemütliche Atmosphäre – man fühlt sich direkt wohl und kann richtig gut entspannen. Der kleine Balkon ist ein schönes Extra und auch der sichtbaren Holzbalken an der Decke, der dem Zimmer einen warmen, natürlichen Charakter gibt, runden das Bild ab. Ein echtes Highlight war zudem die angenehme Wärme im Zimmer – gerade in Spanien im April eher selten und daher umso positiver aufgefallen. Insgesamt ein sehr stimmiges, gemütliches und überraschend komfortables Zimmer. Was ich noch zusätzlich erwähnen möchte, ist die die herzliche Freundlichkeit von Ana und Òscar, ich habe mich hier vom ersten Moment an Zuhause gefühlt und mit seinen tollen Tipps von Molinaseca, habe ich auch noch sehr lecker gegessen. Danke für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt- macht bitte weiter so! Meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

• Dirk (9/5): Erholsame Übernachtung in einem sehr sauberen Zimmer. - Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Sehr sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer. Fahrradunterbringung an der „kleinen“ Rezeption war möglich. Ich hatte nichts auszusetzen.

• Daniel (10/5): TOP Unterkunft für einen Pilger. Luxus pur. - Top Unterkunft auf der Via de la Plata. Ruhig, modern, neu und gute Matratze. Nur 3 Zimmer. Heizung vorhanden. Oscar der Besitzer ist super freundlich und machte mir sogar um 0730h persönlich das Frühstück und das GRATIS weil die Bar welche früh öffnet ausnahmsweise geschlossen war. Muchas gracias. Ich würde hier sofort wieder übernachten.

• Daniel (10/5): - La situación inmejorable, muy acogedora la habitación que nos ha tocado, el colchón comodísimo, todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario de aseo y con el detalle de 2 botellas de agua en la nevera. La atención tanto telefónica con el dueño como con Ana allí, inmejorable. Tuvo que esperar por nosotros que llegamos tarde y es un detalle a agradecer. Recomendable 100% Nada que añadir!!

• Fernando (10/5): Todo el encanto de El Bierzo en Molinaseca - La ubicación del alojamiento en uno de los pueblos más bonitos de España. En la misma calle (peatonal) hay tabernas y restaurantes donde disfrutar de la gastronomía berciana, pero muy tranquila por las noches. La atención de Ana en todo momento, gracias por el detalle que nos dejasteis en la habitación y por las indicaciones para movernos por la zona. La temperatura de la habitación excelente cuando fuera estábamos a 0ºC y heladas. No pudimos disfrutar del balcón que tiene la habitación deluxe precisamente por el frío que hacía. La cama de matrimonio se nos quedó pequeña (corta y estrecha). Somos altos y echamos en falta más espacio para dormir más cómodos. El motor de la bomba de aire que abastece al resto del hotel está en el balcón de la propia habitación, por lo que a ciertas horas de la noche puede notarse el ruido y/o la leve vibración que produce. No es muy molesto, pero para tenerlo en cuenta.

Tout est d’une propreté stupéfiante : la literie est impeccable, la chambre très belle et suffisamment spacieuse, et le linge de lit d’une blancheur parfaite. La décoration, moderne et élégante, apporte une touche chaleureuse. La localisation est idéale, directement sur le Chemin, sans aucun détour à effectuer. Autre point de distinction de ce logement : l’accueil exceptionnel d’Oscar. Attentif et disponible, il a su rendre notre séjour unique grâce à ses conseils personnalisés sur l’étape pour arriver à Molinaseca et ses recommandations locales, comme le petit café où savourer d’excellents churros. On sent qu’il prend soin de ses hôtes et souhaite vraiment qu’ils passent un moment mémorable. Une expérience qui allie confort, caractère et convivialité, à recommander sans hésitation.

The hotel only had 3 rooms and it was absolutely gorgeous, my favourite stay on the Camino, made very special by the lovely welcome we had on arrival from Oscar the owner. The showers were fantastic. Oscar was so helpful, messaging us beforehand and giving us lots of advice and information about the Camino. Highly enjoyable stay.

• Fmlymn (10/5): Comfortable, Impeccably Clean Hostel in the Heart of a Lovely Town - Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Oscar and Ana were the perfect hosts. Oscar arranged our taxis and luggage transport while Ana ensured the room and bathroom were impeccably clean. Great water pressure with lots of hot water. The hostel is located in the heart of town directly on the Camino. We had their continental breakfast at a good price. An outstanding stay in a lovely historic town. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Everything was outstanding so I’d really be nitpicking to find improvements. I had to use the hand shower as it wouldn’t stay fixed in its cradle in the position I needed. I wish there was a bit more level space in the bathroom for me to use my toiletry kit.

We went to local good rated restaurant and had a delightful dinner plus exceptional local wine. Easy to find, very welcoming, excellent facilities in centre of old part of Molinaseca plus a lovely breakfast before we headed off on next 24km section of Camino …. Very hot though here today by mid-late morning (c30C!)

Rooms were clean, cold water in the fridge was very welcome after the camino. Shower was great. Everything was just perfect. I would highly recommend for anyone on the camino in need of some comfort after a very hard day on the mountains. Nothing, I would book this hotel over and over again

Oscar coached me by whatsapp down the hard part of the camino and Ana made me ever so welcome when I finally arrived at this lovely mini-hotel. I was in the room at the front with big balcony and a nice view over the street. Room was clean, comfortable & modern. Very nice & convenient location. I left without breakfast but Ana made sure to come to the door and wish me a safe and good camino.
