- Aleksandra (1/5): Absolutely Horrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here! - Location I have traveled to many places, but this was by far the worst booking experience I've ever had. The apartment in Rome was beyond disappointing. It was filthy — there were hairs all over the bathroom, which is absolutely unacceptable. But what made it even worse was the host. The girl who was supposed to welcome me and my family was incredibly rude. When I politely pointed out that the apartment was dirty, she lost it and started shouting at me, using terrible language.
To make matters worse, I had paid in advance for 3 people, yet when I asked her to prepare an additional bed for the third person, she refused outright. She actually told me, "YOU MUST DO IT ALONE. IT IS NOT MY BUSINESS." I was shocked! I paid for the service, and she couldn’t even be bothered to provide the basic accommodation we had already paid for.
The toilet was broken and didn’t work properly, and when I asked her to clean the bathroom, she flat-out refused. Instead of trying to make the situation better, she just wanted to escape the apartment with the keys and leave us stranded in a place we couldn’t even use comfortably.
I was honestly appalled by how unprofessional and rude she was. The whole experience was a nightmare, and it completely ruined our stay in Rome. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, avoid this place at all costs.
- Akhilesh (7/5): Not the best. - Location, comfortable beds. Bathroom needs renovation, foul smell from the toilet and shower as well as wash basin drains. The shower drains were clogged with hair right on the first day but was resolved once I contacted the company but the cleaning was done while we were not in the room so it wasn't comfortable letting the cleaners come in while we we were not present . the check-in time had to be discussed well in advance which is also difficult at times, and I received a message the day before that we won't be able to check in if we are not there at the allotted time for check in which felt rude. If it wasn't for the location I wouldn't stay here.
- Fisnik (5/5): Passable -
- Marta (9/5): Amazing location, value for money - Amazing location All good
- Andreas (7/5): Good -
- Duane (10/5): You’re lucky to stay here - One of the best apartments we’ve rented anywhere. Amazing location, plenty of space, well equipped and very nicely decorated. Friendly staff who communicated easily and was waiting for our arrival. 100/100 It’s a fourth floor walk up, good for working off the raviolis
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional -
- Konstantin (4/5): Nice location, but not well maintained property and non-cooperative host - The location is good Seems like owners do not maintain the apartment very well. The dishwasher was out of order and both air conditioners were not working too. This made our stay quite uncomfortable with temperatures in Rome exceeding 35 degrees. The owner did nothing about this issue during our stay and even did not replied to our messages (although he was very communicative when we had to advise our exact arrival time). At the time we were checking out (which was 4 days after we reported the problem) there was a company waiting at the stairs to repair the conditioners.
- Ran (3/5): very bad experience. will never recommend anybody to go there. - The location is really good. close to the Spanish steps and subway. Affordable price. The WiFi has no internet connection since the first day we arrived. I sent message to host. I reset the router and everything I was told but still didn't work. they told us we should call the company ourselves. I didn't even have a local number and they expect me to call the internet company and solve the problem? then they don't reply anymore. I asked for a partial refund and the last day we finally had good wifi. also there were lots of ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Watch out!
- Pedro (10/5): Amazing location and great apartment - Great location, comfortable and clean. Lots of space to relax and rest after busy days. We had a great time and the apartment had everything we needed.
- Salome (9/5): Superb -
- Matteo (1/5): Avoid like the plague - The apartment is spacious, and in a great location, but it is poorly kept and the overall offer is awful. The Wi-Fi works only in the living room. Dishwasher appears permanently out of order. The lender does not offer any of the following, which should be available in an apartment as expensive as this and, frankly, in any rental: garbage bags, coffee pods, paper towels. Pillows are of the *cheapest* quality and smell. Door and most windows do not operate properly.
Rome has very strict and complicated rules for garbage disposal. Unlike most properties I have rented in the city, this one provides no guidance on what to do and where to take the garbage.
They also threaten to charge USD 300 in case you lose the apartment key, which is absurd.
Finally, if you decide to rent the place, expect to receive harassing notes from the downstairs neighbours, who apparently aren’t happy to hear people walking in the unit. We found a rude note on the door and many more inside the apartment, probably addressed to previous tenants).
- Jackie (7/5): Good -
- Eleni (5/5): Passable - Great location in the center, close to many touristic sites. The flat was on the 4th floor without elevator. We were 4 persons and there was only 1 duvet(!) on the bed with a big stain on its cover. Two of us were cold at night. Only 2 toilet papers for 4 days for 4 persons, so we had to buy from the super market. The same for the rest of the amenities. There was not enough information about the garbage that we had to take out by ourselves and put it in the bins in piazza di Spagna! We had to wash the dishes otherwise we would pay a fine!!!! But the washing machine was out of order and there was not a clean sponge for this purpose. The wi-fi was really bad and in the bedroom we could not connect.
- Marissa (8/5): Very good -
- Francesco (3/5): Nice appartment but no lift should be stated! - Nowhere on site did it show that we had to climb four floors. We had luggage and it was very exhausting and hard to get them up to our stay.. This should be pointed out on your site.
- Savino (6/5): Pleasant - the challenges were the steps as there was no elevators and with suitcases it was not easy.
