Um die Wohnung herum überall Hundekot (dafür kann der Eigentümer nichts), nur zwei Rollen Klopapier für 6 Tage zu Dritt waren etwas wenig

• Monica (9/5): Nice and pleasant stay. - Nice bright apartment, good location close to Valencia Tennis Academy and the beach. Easy check in process. Some mold issues in the bathroom, on the ceiling by the kitchen, and on the countertop. The countertop has no place to put dishes to dry so has developed mold there as a result.
• mihai.georgescu (6/5): Decent but would not stay again - The location was ok, close to the beach. Flat was reformed recently. Bad sound isolation, you can barely sleep because of the noise, both from the neighbors and also from the street. There is a bar with a terrace exactly near, so don't think you can sleep when the terrace gets open in the morning. The emergency light in the bedroom above the bed makes it like sleepling with a light on

• Sabine (7/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Es war alles vorhanden. TV, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen. Eine kleine Einkaufsstraße mit allem was man braucht war in der Nähe des Appartements
• Олена (9/5): - Мені дуже сподобалося проживання тут. Квартира була чиста, затишна й мала все необхідне — навіть пляжну парасольку. Кухня добре обладнана, усе працювало чудово (піч, мікрохвильовка, холодильник), ванна кімната чиста й зручна. Wi-Fi також працював дуже добре. Ми відпочивали з дитиною, поруч є гарний дитячий майданчик, де можна погратися. Також неподалік є продуктовий магазин і кілька інших крамниць — було дуже зручно. Єдине, чого мені бракувало — це нормального вікна. Маленьке вікно виходить прямо на тротуар і не має москітної сітки, тому не можна було залишати його відчиненим на ніч — залітали комарі, і було трохи страшно спати з відкритим вікном. Через це зранку було трохи душно. Окрім цього моменту, усе було чудово. Дякую за приємне перебування! Про вікно я вже написала)

• Naiany (10/5): Tive uma boa noite estadia no local. - O apartamento está bem equipado, a localização em si é boa, mas os arredores apesar de parecer um bairro familiar possui zonas mais duvidosos. Já necessita de alguns reparos. Os arredores me deixaram com algum receio da segurança. Em uma das noites houve muito barulho mas pode ser uma situação pontual,
• Edward (10/5): Convenience - Brilliant location, just under a 10 min walk to the beach, you’ve got brilliant public transport links nearby with a bus stop on your doorstep nearly and a short walk to the nearest tram stop, as well as being 3 min walk to the supermarket (Mercado). And that’s not to mention how lovely the apartment itself is! Only small downside was no oven but with a microwave and hob+ largely eating out at the variety of local restaurants that’s not a huge problem.

• jorge Vinicio (4/5): Habitación solamente para parejas .... - La ubicación Pues que la estancia para 4 personas dos adultos y dos niños y allí solo existía una cama de matrimonio.el ventilador sobre la cama llevo de mugre falta de toallas .. igualmente la entrada alas 16:00 y la salida alas 11:00 en fin esa estancia es exclusiva para parejas o 2 personas a lo mucho.

• Mauro (10/5): Una base perfetta per vivere Valencia - L’appartamento ci ha colpiti positivamente: arredato con gusto e praticità, completo di ogni comfort e accessorio, persino ombrelloni e sedie da spiaggia che ci hanno permesso di godere della Malvarosa senza spese extra. La posizione è ottima, a 500 metri dal mare e con fermate del bus a pochi passi, comode per raggiungere il centro città. Un plauso speciale va allo staff: avendo smarrito la chiave di casa, non avendola riposta correttamente nella cassetta a combinazione, in pochissimo tempo ci hanno fornito una copia, annullando qualsiasi disagio e dimostrando grande professionalità e disponibilità. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e ci siamo trovati benissimo: esperienza TOP CLASS! La zona, pur adiacente al moderno Politecnico, non è la più curata di Valencia e i marciapiedi potrebbero scoraggiare a prima vista, ma non abbiamo avuto alcun problema e i vantaggi superano ampiamente questo aspetto.

El aire acondicionado y el ventilador de techo imprescindibles para verano. La cama muy cómoda y la cocina también con utensilios para cocinar. La pila del baño no tragaba bien el agua y se encharcaba.

• Alberto (10/5): Absolutely perfect stay – 10/10! - I stayed at this apartment in Valencia for 6 days and it was truly one of the best experiences I've had. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with a lot of good taste and attention to every detail. It was fully equipped with everything I needed – from a modern kitchen to a very comfortable bed and a clean, stylish bathroom. The location is also excellent: just a short walk from the beach and very close to a Mercadona supermarket, which was super convenient. The area is quiet but well-connected, and I felt right at home. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and everything matched (or exceeded) the description. I would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Valencia!
• S (3/5): Uncleaned and uninhabitable on arrival, had to book a hotel for the first night until it was cleaned - Once the place was cleaned it was fine and corresponded to the listing. We arrived to find the property in an absoultely disgusting state. Full rubbish bags left everywhere. Dirty washing up in the sink. Food on the counter and in the fridge and freezer. Dirty towels on the floor. Bathroom and kitchen filthy, stove not wiped down, hairs in the shower. Bed not made, toilet not cleaned. Absolute squalor. It took the owner almost an hour to respond to me trying to get in touch (which was almost two hours after we were supposed to have checked in). He told me (without any apology) that a cleaning team would come, but never confirmed that they had been or responded to my subsequent messages until after 9:30pm that evening, by which time we had booked a hotel for the first night as we had no idea how long we would be waiting or if the cleaning would happen at all. His response? "We are a professional company that manages more than 100 apartments and we have incredible ratings" and "I understand your discomfort about the arrival time [???] but I would appreciate it if you understand that it was due to a problem, but that does not give you the power to judge our way of working when cleaning and preparing an apartment." Erm... yes it very much does!!! When I contacted booking.com to complain about this and to try to get a partial refund for the costs incurred booking a separate hotel, the owner also lied to the customer service team about what had happened. All I can say is, I would advise any potential bookers to steer clear not only of this apartment but any of the other 100 apartments managed by the same company.
• Ioana (9/5): Superb - We had everything what was needed inside the flat to sleep well, cook breakfast in the morning, have a good, warm shower (hairdryer, washing mashine, iron, tools for keeping the flat clean are all available). Also, a big thanks for providing a faster check-in as we were traveling with small children and had an early flight! I would have liked it to be more warm in the flat, the conditioning air was functioning but it didn't raise the temperature enough. There were some cold days with strong wind. Good that the blanket was warm and cosy!
• Leidy (9/5): Superb - Very clean, good facilities and location. The zone has many buses routes that conect you to the main touristic places .The host is very kind. In the bedroom area there is a green emergency light that shines right over the bed at night. That light really disturbs the rest.
• Renata (10/5): Exceptional - I recommend it. The apartment is beautiful, clean, has everything you need for your stay. It is very close to the beach. The connection to the center is very good. The option is several different buses and metro. A big plus is that you can check in at any time, as the key is at the entrance, in the box under the code.
