• Julie (10/5): - The apartment is very large with a lovely back yard to look down upon. It was well furnished and clean. I also liked staying on this side of the Arno river away from all the tourist sites in Florence. It was an easy walk across the river to get to the heart of Florence. I would definitely stay at this location again. The host would not let us in until 4:00 when we arrived at 3:30.
• Olsi (7/5): - Appartamento grande.e spazioso. Check in tardi alle 16:00. Quando siamo arrivati alle 16:20, abbiamo trovato il ragazzo delle pulizie ancora in appartamento a pulire. La stanza da letto sulla strada non bene insonorizzata rumore traffico notte.

• Alice (10/5): Perfect stay. 15 minute walk to il ponte vecchio. AC in each of the 2 bedrooms and in the livingroom too. Washer in the - Large 2 bedroom 1 bath just a few minutes’ walk away from the river. The city center of Firenze is a 15 minute walk away through a lovely and lively part of the city, just south of the river. Clean and efficient!

• Mathilde (8/5): - Grand appartement très confortable et bien équipé. A 25min à pied du centre historique. Nous avions réservé pour 5 personnes et seulement 4 couchages étaient prêts à notre arrivée. Il a fallut envoyer plusieurs messages pour savoir où trouver les draps adaptés au canapé lit. Et personne ne s'est excusé de cet oubli, ce que nous avons trouvé un peu limite vu le prix payé.

• Arnon Marins (9/5): Maravilhosa - O apto eh maravilhoso.. localização excelente, perto do centro da cidade e perto de vários bares, tem supermercado perto tbm.. apto super arejado, espaçoso e limpo. E ainda com ar condicionado. Ficaria nele mil vezes mais, me apaixonei. Super recomendo.
• Andra (9/5): Great time in Florence - It is very spacious, great temperature inside the apartment (traveled in june, 30 degrees outside). Comfortable beds. Great location Pretty noisy for 2 rooms. Need to sleep with windows closed. Also doors need some attention. They are pretty noisy.
• Eleonora (9/5): great value and location - good location, all rooms had AC, spacious and clean it’s very noisy, there’s a loud fan that goes on and off all night outside one of the bedrooms and from the other bedroom the street noise is loud
• Natalie (8/5): Spacious and clean apartment, good fit for a family. Nice to dine in. - Spacious, clean and bright apartment. Nice walk to the historic center. The kitchen is comfortable for cooking. Parking can be found on the street (payed). The rooms that face the street are very noisy until late evening and from early morning - traffic. A salad bowl would be very useful in the kitchen.
• Germanjit (10/5): Great experience - I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was quite clean, with good amenities, and the host was easily approachable. The apartment was at a good location, many cafes nearby. Check in and check out both were quite smooth. I highly recommend this apartment for future stays.

• Viviane (10/5): Perfect ! - Big apartment, furnished with everything you need. Washing/dryer , air conditioning, literally everything. Spacious rooms , very clean . No soap to wash the dishes , and would appreciate a bottle of water at the arrival
• Henry (9/5): Spacious, Brand new apartment with everything you need. But get ready to walk! - Brand new and lots of space. Outdoor deck, full kitchen, washing machine, and family room were nice additions. Lots of storage and easy to access. Location could have been better, but 20 minute walk to the heart of Florence. The place felt stiff and ultra modern rather than cozy and warm.
• Zinab (9/5): Superb - Actually everything was good.. The place was very clean and everything was new. The location was also excellent. It is 20 minutes walk from the old city. We did not need to use transportation.
