Bad), da es keine anderen Gäste gab, Wohnzimmer für alle mit Balkon, gutes WLAN, nettes Personal, Nachttischlampe Badezimmer steht unter Wasser, wenn man geduscht hat; Duschwasser am Morgen eiskalt, Parkmöglichkeiten (Untergrund) könnte besser gemacht werden; an der Straße (von Norden kommend) gibt es kein Hinweisschild; Telefonnummer von Booking ist falsch, wenige Steckdosen

I pasti sono stati serviti sotto una pergola di vite. La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Il bagno molto sporco, anche la camera non era pulita. Le dimensioni ai limiti dell'abitabilità.

• Ilia (10/5): A simple but cozy guesthouse with friendly hosts, beautiful views, and tasty homemade food. - The guesthouse is simple but very cozy. Great value for money. The location is convenient – about a 45-minute drive to Lake Kari, and also a good base for hiking Mount Aragats. From the balcony, there’s a stunning view of Mount Ararat. The hosts are very friendly and helpful – they arranged a taxi for Aragats and also told us when the bus from Byurakan to Yerevan leaves. I also ordered breakfast and dinner, and the homemade Armenian dishes were delicious. Nothing significant to mention.

• Sofia (10/5): Everything absolutely amazing! Thank you!! - Very beautiful property with a lush garden and for breakfast homemade produce. The owners are extremely nice people. They helped us when we were stranded in the night and ordered us a taxi, prepared the most delicious breakfast. The greatest hospitality ever!

• Magdalena (10/5): Authentic Armenian hospitality - If you’re looking for home stay where you can experience authentic Armenian hospitality - this is the right place. Our room and the common area had everything we needed. We enjoyed the stunning view of the area from the balcony, even experiencing a storm from that balcony was amazing :D the guesthouse is located pretty high up, you can even see Yerevan in the distance. Special thanks to Mery who was our host and who always made sure we had everything we needed <3 she checked whether kids from the other room are not too noisy disturbing us. In the morning she prepared breakfast from local produce - homemade jams, Armenian cheese, omelette, she even brought us fresh mint and walnuts from her garden. This is a place you should visit if you’re looking for an authentic local experience, away from crowds and expensive hotels. This places is a peaceful gem and above all, it has a heart and a soul - it is the heart and soul of Mery.

• Marcello (10/5): Beautiful guesthouse, beautiful view, easy to find address - We arrived in the evening, but at that late hour they prepared a very delicious dinner for us, and at night and in the morning there was a wonderful view from the balcony. We had a very delicious breakfast in the morning, the garden was in bloom, we promise that we will visit again on our next trip, very clean room, comfortable bed, I don't have a bad opinion)))

• Eduard (4/5): Can do much better - The staff was nice There is a very nice fruit garden there that in the summer I'm sure it's nice to sit in. There were multiple electricity issues during our stay. The drainage of the shower was blocked. Also, the drainage hole is in the middle of the bathroom, so when you shower, there is water all over. The place is not so close to the main area of the village.

Nothing was a problem, she prepared wonderfull dinners for us (we can really recommene "dolma") and also gave us some fruit from her garden. Really good experience :)

• Katalin (9/5): Good accommodation near to Aragats (with view of Ararat) - The owner was kind. The rooms and the bathrooms was very clean and new. The view of Ararat is stunning It is near to the Lake Kari to climb to Aragats peak. In fact, the upper level of the house is rented out by the owner. There are 3 rooms, but the living room and the terrace are shared. We booked 2 rooms, there were 5 of us, which practically filled the living room. When the guests of the 3rd room arrived, the situation was a bit unpleasant. I think this place is only suitable for a compilation company. The fridge wthat we could use was not too clean and good.

• Jasmina (8/5): Very good - Great starting point for exploring Aragats and surrounding. Beds are comfortable with very soft linen. Owners are great, we felt really welcomed. We also got fresh fruit from their garden. Like bunch of the fruit. Breakfast was awesome. Everything is fresh. You can use common living room with other guests and drink some wine together. From the balcony you have a view on Ararat. Only minus was that the bathroom is outside of the room. But it is just for this room and not for the others. Oh and maybe one shelf would be nice, to put your stuff there.

• Matr1990 (8/5): Very good - Nice, quiet setting on the slopes of Mt Aragats, with nice views from the balcony of the Ararat valley below and also with the mountain itself in the distance. Nice lush garden with plenty of fruits. No shared kitchen (knew that beforehand, so no complaints about it, just would be nice to be able to use one though). Communication was a bit tricky if you are not fluent in Russian/Armenian. Helped us arrange transportation to Kari Lake, but charged us quite a lot and didn't want to bargain at all - felt ripped off. If you're planning to stay here only to hike Mt Aragats the next day, better have your own transport or rather base yourself in Yerevan or Ashtarak.

• Jentzsch (8/5): Good Value in Beautiful Setting - The owner at this accommodation really overdelivered, being hospitable, generous, and taking us on a tour of his amazing orchard. The bathroom is clean and includes both towel and shampoo, and while the rooms are small and basic, they're good value for the price. The location is beautiful and has convenience stores and a bus stop for the bus to Yerevan just downhill from the orchard. There is no dedicated kitchen for the guests, but it's hardly an issue since you're welcome to use the family's kitchen.

Everything was fresh from her huge garden, even the herbs tea are served with cherries in honey. The accomodation is close to way to Agarac, so the best rest before hiking. -

They found a driver for us (who took us for a day trip), prepared a tasty breakfast with local products, gave us all the information... The Guesthouse has beautiful view from the terrace to Ararat mountain. It is nice place where to stay ( especially if you want to visit⁹ armenian mountains).

Just wished they had provided a heater in our room as it got cold in the night. But we didn’t ask for it either, only realized it later in the night when it got cold.

They helped us plan our trip in the region and gave us gifts. Armenian hospitality has no boundaries. One of the beds was not a proper bed and was not very comfortable

• Hannah (10/5): Warm welcome and cozy guesthouse! - It was an amazing stay with amazing people. The hosts, Mary and her son Rafael were very warm and welcoming. They gave us some nice fruits and nuts. The location is also central for the area. and the room and living room was nice and cozy. We were happy with the in-house food and menu. Homemade dishes tasted great especially the cheese and jams, which is also available for sale. Really recommend this place. We want to go back to the summer too so we can see the amazing garden in full bloom and spend more time outside. We look forward to coming back. Again and the amazing food is a great surprise! Nothing
• Poliakov (10/5): Exceptional - It was an amazing welcome! We came from Yerevan late in the evening, but it was not a problem. We had a tasty dinner and a great Armenian breakfast. We were treated with their homemade jams in the morning, so we couldn’t help buying their raspberry jam before leaving. Moreover, the host family helped us to go look at the stars in the observatory located not far away - we were not planning this at all and it was a great spontaneous adventure we are still grateful for. Thank you!
• Gasper (8/5): Very good - Very kind and hospitable staff. :) The 4th bed is very bad to sleep on, others are great. The toilet had one roll of paper for 4 people and when you shower, the whole toilet is wet. The breakfast is very basic.
