• Sue (10/5): See above - This property is amazing and exceeded expectations. The attention to detail, the stylish decor and first class facilities in this spacious pristine apartment were 5 star. A stocked ‘free’ fridge, coffee machine with pods and sugar, microwave. Both bathrooms had plenty of towels, hairdryers and shampoo and body wash. 3 lots of A/C in the hall, lounge and bedroom. Loads of wardrobe space and hangers and even slippers ! Fabulous outside balcony with table and chairs. Communication prior to our stay with the owner was excellent and Robert, who checked us in, was so helpful. The location was fab, very central and quiet and there’s a lovely restaurant on the other side of the street (30 seconds walk away) Would absolutely recommend

• Chimwemwe (10/5): Magnifico! A dream stay in Rome. - Our stay at the Acque Romane Piazza di Spagna was absolutely phenomenal! The apartment's prime location made everything so convenient—shops, the metro station, and countless amazing cafes and restaurants were just steps away. The apartment itself was a dream, beautifully set up and decorated to feel like a true home away from home. We loved it so much that we spent an entire afternoon just enjoying our cozy retreat. The entertainment options were fantastic, keeping both kids and adults entertained during our downtime. And the beds... oh, the beds! They were incredibly comfortable, providing us with the restful nights we needed after exploring the wonders of Rome all day. The hospitality was top-notch. The owner and caretaker were exceptional hosts, allowing us to check in early and check out late with incredible flexibility. They were proactive and responsive to all our questions, both before and during our stay. We can't wait to return to Rome and stay at the Acque Romane Piazza di Spagna again. It was a perfect 10/10 experience! We loved everything about our stay.
