• Philipe (9/5): Wir würden es wir wieder buchen. Gute Lage und alles vor Ort gut erreichbar - Top Lage, grosse Unterkunft, alles Fussläufig erreichbar wenn man fit ist. Kein Korkenzieher in der Unterkunft.
• Rachel (10/5): Clean modern apartment in a historic building, great location within steps to the Vatican and Metro. - Great location, only two streets away from the Vatican and metro station. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a lovely old building, with lovely curved ceilings and looking down to a tree filled courtyard. There is a small elevator to access the top floor. The apartment was clean and modern with all the facilities needed for our short stay, including a a kitchen and dining area. Alessio had left us plenty of lovely treats, juice, milk, coffee, tea and water which was an unexpected but welcome surprise. Would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment looks like it has been recently decorated/renovated and looks lovely. The only thing we noticed was there were still some unfinished areas with exposed wires on the walls in the kitchen and bathroom. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

• Leslie (8/5): Great location near Vatican City - The location was superb, in a building very close to Vatican City, as well as restaurants, cafes, and a 24-hour market. Once you walk through the main door/gate of the building, you're in a beautiful courtyard filled with trees. The host met us at the property and explained everything we needed to know, sent us a list of recommended restaurants, and although we hadn't purchased breakfast, he left for us juice, milk, water, bread for toast, and all kinds of wrapped pastries. There's a MOKA pot and a Nespresso, so you really don't need to leave the apartment for breakfast. In one of the bedrooms, we could never get hot water in the shower. We raised this with the owner who told us that the plumber had confirmed there was hot water. Nevertheless, after setting the shower to hot for a full ten-minutes, I had to take freezing cold showers.

• Paweł (10/5): I can truly recommend this place for a short city break or for a longer stay. - There was no breakfast services but our apartment owner left bowls full of croissonts, muffins, sweet rolls, cakes etc. with a big choice of jams, honey. We found also left for us an olive oil bottle, milk, water and juice - a very nice welcome. The location was also great - very close to the city of Vatican, many shops, bars and reastaurants nearby. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, each has direct access to its own bathroom. Kitchen is equipped very well with anything you need to cook or serve dishes. The place is good and very comfortable even for four or five guests. Nothing

He met us upon arrival and provided a lot of information on transportation, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The pictures of the apartment are very accurate. The refrigerator came stocked with water, butter, and milk. There was also a variety of coffees, teas, and pastries. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It was perfect for our group of three. The apartment's location is perfect. The Cipro Metro is 5 minutes walking. There is a 24 hours Carrefour Market 7 minutes walking. The Vatican Museum entrance is 10 minutes walking. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Rome.

• Gallego (9/5): Rome luxury awaits - This place was fantastic!! Great location, great value, good hospitality and host and great scenery. Definitely was very happy and would stay here again. The host even stocked the place with drinks and pastries which was very kind and thoughtful. The bed was ginormous which was a very pleasant surprise but it was pretty hard. Nothing a mattress topper couldn't fix. The toilet seat was also very loose. Other than that 10/10 and would definitely recommend.

We were welcomed very nice, got many tips about the location and how to commute. There was a coffee, tee and snacks for our group, something to drink as well. I do not consider it as standard. • Ardel (10/5): Exceptional - Alessio is a very good host. You can easily reach out to him about your concerns. Complimentary goodies (muffins, biscuits, coffee, tea, and water) are also provided. Very thoughtful also for giving us Colomba di Pasqua, an Italian traditional Easter bread, since we went during the Holy Week. I hope this practice will continue for a long time. Resources (Cipro Metro Station, Carrefour supermarket, restaurants, and bus stops) are also very accessible from the property. You can reach the Vatican by walking or by taking the bus. Other Rome attractions can be reached by taking the metro or bus.
