- Flora (9/5): - We liked the location in a non-touristy area of Hanoi (you can take a bus to the old quarter for 10k dong per person). We enjoyed walking around the area and in the park in the evening.
The room was spacious and we had our private bathroom.
- Darya (5/5): Dusty, moldy, noisy, damp, but the area feels calm and authentically local. - the neighborhood itself was nice and quiet, almost no tourists, mostly locals, which really lets you feel the city’s atmosphere. The walls were dusty and moldy.
It was very noisy, with very thin walls.
There was a damp, musty smell.
- Usman (3/5): You get what you pay for - The staff member is friendly but lacks English. Price was good and was clean Bit far out of the old quarters (where you as a tourist would want to be) desk isnt 24/7, if u come at night difficult to find the worker, isnt always at the desk. The rooms are in a different adjacent building to the reception. Mosquitos in my room, requested for a spray (empty one was given). Asked for it to be resolved the next day and it wasnt. Bathroom was a shower know attached to a sink, if you shower the whole bathroom is wet.

- Yauheni (10/5): - Nice private room in a quiet Long Bien across the river from the noisy Hoan Kiem. The family running the homestay is very friendly. You can park your motorbike safely. Around there are a lot of local restaurants. Really recommend if you want to stay in a real Hanoi far from the noisy tourist area. However, it's still not too far from the Old Quarter, there are local buses if you need one. None

- Guest (8/5): Pleasant cosy quiet and a good price. Worth a stay for a night or two. - The accommodation was down a quiet alleyway and the accommodation and reception were on opposite sides of the alleyway. The owner was very kind and helpful especially as I kept leaving my keys around. The area is a nice area and very much in a Vietnamese community which I really liked. I did not see another westerner which tbh was cool and what I liked. There are local restaurants around but not much else but if you want to experience Vietnamese life around you then Hanoi cosy homestay is ideal. 200 metres away is a local area where people play music dance and keep fit into the night. Normal life not tourist city. I stayed for two nights and it was fine. I was on the ground floor and the room was cosy. Plenty of room to move around pleasant and clean. I fully recommend There was nothing I disliked about the hostel. I had a sink that had come off the wall but I’m sure that will be fixed very soon if not already!

- Kiệt (10/5): Exceptional - Reasonable prices, near the center
- Marwan (8/5): Very good -
- Chelsea (10/5): The staff were very friendly, and it was a great location still close to Hanoi city. I enjoyed the area of Long Biên a l - Friendly staff, good location outside of city but closeby 10/15 min drive to old quarter. Own room for a good price The main downside was I was told when I arrived that I have to pay in cash and there was no option to pay card. The sink was also hanging off the wall in my room
- Laxmi (8/5): Very good - property is too far from the hanoi main area. there is no kitchen facilities available.
- Duyen (9/5): Superb -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anja (1/5): Worst choice ever, dirty stains on the floor next to the bed. I am not sure if we had fresh bedding. For one day just sm -
- David (7/5): Ok - Location Sink half hanging off the wall. No pics on walls so very unwelcoming
- Ken (8/5): Very good -
- Jerry.k (5/5): Good for one night if you just need an affordable bed. - It's cheap and you have all the basic needs. The room is tiny and the noise outside kept me awake most of the night.

I highly recommend this place....
- Champeau (9/5): Superb - Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Clean room
- Ajay (9/5): Neat and Clean place managed by wonderful people - Peaceful place, away from the Center of the City A room is very small with little space to move around.
- Lucian (9/5): Superb -
- Ucha (9/5): Superb -
- Thu (8/5): Very good -
- Lahiru (7/5): Good - The staff was amazing!.
- Chi (10/5): Exceptional - The home's rooms are very clean and beautiful, harmoniously arranged, everything in my room works well. The homeowner was very enthusiastic in supporting me. Thanks very much! It is not a spring mattress. However, it is also quite soft and comfortable
- Kawaguchi (10/5): Exceptional - I went alone and everything was very strange, but I was very enthusiastically supported by the reception. Thanks
- Daniele (5/5): Too noisy no privacy. - Very clean and friendly owner The mattress was Vietnamese style very thin, hard and uncomfortable. There was no TV and the window was opening inside the stairs. Both door and window opening on the stairs in glass with all the people passing in front of it and lights all night .
- Khoi (10/5): Exceptional - Clean room, friendly staff.
- P (8/5): Very good -
- Nussy (7/5): Basic and out of town - It was a little away from the traffic and out of the tourist area.
The bed was firm but comfortable.
The staff tried their best to assist me with my bookings, but it was school holidays, a weekend and last minute. They tried their best.
All in all, it was OK, basic and a cheap alternative to the more expensive places in the centre of town. The reception is actually across the alleyway to the entrance, which looks like a different place. There is currently no signage at all.
Clean enough, but there was other people's hair on the floor.
Staff entered my room while I was out, to turn off my air-conditioning, empty my rubbish bin, but still didn't sweep up the hair on the floor. That didn't feel comfortable.
There was only 1 power outlet in the room above the bed. Yet there was a kettle and a hair-dryer provided.
The window was opaque but did not have curtains to keep the light out.
The shower was not very powerful.
- Kevin (8/5): the staff is super friendly and the room looks great. the location is near the old quarter and convenient to grab some f - clean and nice nothing to complain
- Ashley (10/5): Bright, cheerful, homely and very cosy place for anyone - I really enjoyed, my stay. the rooms are so nice and cosy. Along with the staff, the atmosphere makes u want to stay longer. nothing, it was amazing stay
- Abhinav (8/5): Very good -
- Jesse (5/5): Passable - Not much Hard bed and noisy street
- Yessenia (7/5): Good -
- Lorraine (9/5): great Homestay and great value for money - Great value for money. The room and homestay are very clean and all facilities worked well. The staff were excellent always friendly and helpful.
Initially we thought we were too far from the old town and found we were able to catch numerous buses (to Long Bein) to take us across the river to and from the old town for between 7-9,000 Dong depending on the bus. Bus 17 from the airport goes past the homestay and cost 8,000 Dong.
- Effy (6/5): Super clean but hard beds - Super clean and everything is new. spacious room and cafes and restaurants nearby (although 15 min drive to Old Town), friendly staff Really hard to find, no signage so we walked past it several times and had to ask people where to go - go to Sunrise hostel to check in which is opposite. the bed is super super hard - hardest bed we’ve slept on ever but we still managed to sleep ok
- Van (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (10/5): would stay again - very cozy and well priced. Henry was very nice and welcoming nothing
