Patrick (8/5): - Das Haus war in einer sehr ruhigen Lage trotzdem war man mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten in Pollenca. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier definitiv. Vermieter und Personal waren sehr nett. Würde hier jederzeit wieder herkommen. Das Haus und die Schränke haben anfangs sehr muffig/feucht gerochen. Der Pool war nicht beheizt und deswegen schon frisch. Das alles hat man aber wahrscheinlich auch der Jahreszeit (Mitte Oktober) zu verdanken.
Gary (10/5): Fantastic villa but starting to feel like it’s needs a bit of tlc , fantastic still and worth the money - Property is clean and homely with all you need for a great holiday, pool is lovely all bedrooms have air con good location as a staging ground, spacious patio area with pool table and ping pong. A lot of things are looking aged and a bit of tlc is needed. Ping pong paddles handles all broken, bulbs out in the pool and side of house, washer door is dropped and needs lifting into place, if you don’t run the shower inside daily smells horrific (we used the outside shower a lot near the pool). These are all very minor things I just felt I should mention and should in no way put anyone off it’s a great place and we would go back .
