La habitación le faltaba mantenimiento pintar arreglar la ducha todo muy descuidado. El desayuno bastante malo.. sin variedad. Las toallas olían mal. Por quedarnos 5 horas más teniendo la habitación vacía querían cobrarnos 1000baht unos 26€ por un check-out más tarde algo exagerado no me quiso decir el precio por horas q me cobraba ni nada solo lo hizo por ponerle un precio abusivos y ya .. más barato me salía pagar una noche en otro sitio y quedarme las horas que necesitaba..

Rooms amazing great value for money please don't change gym swimming is a extra added bonus. Hopefully everyone will vist this place. Food is also 10/0 omg nearly forgot bed so comfy better than the one I have to stay in at home. Showers amazing great pressure and very modern. Live the toilet facilities also great views available if you can't afford the view take a trip to the roof top won't ket you down. Such great value for money best money spent in thai. Room service wasn't the best. But still great if more was on offer

• Larissa (10/5): Such a pleasant surprise: clean, comfortable, amazing breakfast and made my stay in Thailand so much better - Honestly, this hotel was such a pleasant surprise. When I first arrived in Thailand, I stayed at another hotel and unfortunately my experience there was not the best, so I spent a long time researching before deciding to move here. Because of that first experience, I was honestly a bit nervous and scared to be disappointed again, but this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Everything was extremely clean, the breakfast was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and overall the experience was amazing. I truly felt safe and comfortable staying here during my trip. If I had to mention one small negative point, it would only be that my room didn’t have a closet/wardrobe, which would have been helpful for a longer stay. But besides that, everything was excellent and I would absolutely stay here again.

• Ahmed (1/5): Hôtel non conforme à la description plus un service honteux qui sont pas du tout à l’écoute. Je recommande vivement cett - La piscine était correct Séjour très décevant – établissement non conforme à la description Je suis extrêmement déçu par cet hôtel. La description ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité. L’établissement est globalement vieillissant : la chambre, la salle de sport et les parties communes sont en mauvais état et clairement en décalage avec ce qui est annoncé. Le service est particulièrement problématique : aucune écoute des réclamations, aucune solution proposée malgré plusieurs signalements. On a vraiment le sentiment d’être laissé de côté une fois arrivé. Autre point négatif important : le bruit. Les couloirs sont très bruyants, ce qui rend le repos difficile, voire impossible. Enfin, gros point noir sur la terrasse (balcon) pour laquelle nous avons payé un supplément : elle est totalement inexploitable. C’est clairement trompeur, et je déconseille fortement de payer un supplément pour cet “avantage” qui n’en est pas un. À titre de comparaison, il s’agit de notre 2ᵉ hôtel à Bangkok et du 5ᵉ en Thaïlande, et c’est de loin le pire que nous ayons fait. Je vous recommande vivement le Tribe Hotel, situé juste à côté, qui est mille fois meilleur en termes de qualité, de service et de confort. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

• Işıkhan (1/5): - Konumu, havuzlu terası, saunası Kaldığımız odada fotoğraflarda da gördüğünüz gibi başka bir odaya açılan ara kapı vardı. Yan odanın sesi bizim odaya geliyordu ve bu kapının açılabilmesi güvenlik açısından sorun teşkil ediyordu. Küçük ve sürgülü kapılı bir balkonu bulunuyor, balkon camları yalıtımsız olduğu için dışarıdan gelen sesler uyku problemi yarattı. Ayrıca balkon oturulabilecek kadar büyük değildi ve balkonda sigara içmek yasaktı. Neyseki terasta ve giriş katında ufak sigara içme alanları belirlemişlerdi. Bu arada yasak olduğu halde havuz kenarında esrar içenler dahi oldu. Yani kurallar yakalananlar için geçerli, uymayıp yakalanmazsan çok rahatsın. Yine de havuzu güzel bir manzaraya sahipti.

A 15 min du métro à pied. L’approche du personnel, NON professionnel. L’hôtel ne correspond absolument pas au photo présenté sur booking. Il fait très vieillot, mal entretenue. Non confortable, non seulement l’hôtel est en mauvais état, mais ils veulent mettre des charges sur chaque chose ( si on demande de changer les draps c’est surtaxé, et encore d’autre détails qui ne nécessite pas de charge dans d’autres hôtel au même standing).

Für den Preis haben wir makellose Sauberkeit erwartet. Schaut Ma genauer hin, fällt auf, dass viele Ecken nicht sauber sind. Besonders im Bad gab es schimmelige Stellen.

Quiero destacar especialmente al chico de la limpieza, que fue muy agradable y simpático en todo momento, siempre atento y con una sonrisa. Todo estaba impecable, la limpieza era excelente y se notaba el cuidado en cada detalle. Además, la habitación contaba con un buen surtido de comida y bebida, lo cual fue un detalle muy cómodo y agradable durante la estancia. Las instalaciones también son maravillosas, muy bien cuidadas y pensadas para el confort de los huéspedes. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente. Me gustó todo
