• Bruce (10/5): Fabulous stay in a convenient location - What an amazing staff. From arrival through departure everyone was accommodating and nice. While there are some signs of wear and tear everything was well maintained. The only thing I would comment on the limited breakfast menu. I imagine it is difficult to compete in Bangkok but with all of the wonderful things this hotel has to offer, a better variety would be great.

• Helmut (9/5): Ideal für eine Stadtbesichtigung - Durch die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Lage sehr gut. Das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück war aus einem Menü wählbar. Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmers und für eine Verlängerung der Aufenthaltsdauer wurde ein fairer Preis verrechnet. Die Lautstärke des Verkehrs in staßenseitigen Zimmern
• Andreas (10/5): - Wir waren wegen einer Flugstornierung am späten Abend gezwungen schnell eine Unterkunft zu finden , da ich mich bereits etwas in Bangkok auskenne habe ich mich , der Lage wegen,für das maduzi entschieden, in der Nacht hier angekommen war alles ausser leckerem Geruch und sehr netter Begrüßung eher normal für Thailand,. Schon beim Frühstück bemerkten wir allerdings daß Service und Individualität hier Großgeschrieben werden , das Frühstück so meckern hier einige ist nicht in Buffetform,sondern a la carte , dafür hervorragend und von sehr leckeren Kaffee begleitet. Die Zimmer , wir hatten allerdings der späten Buchung wegen eine Suite sind außergewöhnlich groß und mit netten technischen Spielerein ausgestattet. Der Pool ist klein ,aber wie eine kleine Oase in dieser doch hektischen Stadt. Natürlich ist es etwas Laut ,mitten in Sukumvit, aber wo in BKk ist es das nicht. Dafür ist die BTS und die MRT in direkter Nähe. Und wer gerne in den Park geht zum Laufen oder Ausruhen, hat auch das direkt vor der Tür. Immer wieder gerne und viele Grüße an Alex du warst top engagiert und ein hervorragender Gastgeber, gilt natürlich auch für den Rest des Teams. Nix,haha

• Jaroslav (9/5): - Hotel sme navštívili už tretíkrát, tešili sne sa na pobyt v ňom, lebo sme ho považovali za oázu na našich cestách, nepríjemným prekvapením, bola požiadavka na vyplatenie zálohy v hodnote 3000bathov, bolo to veľmi nepríjemné a ponižujúce.

• Kevin (8/5): Overall its a good stay except that I can hear when other units are opening ang closing their doors that it wakes me up - The location and amenities are good and staff are friendly I can hear the opening and closing of doors of other units, makes me wake up while sleeping. Sounds like banging, maybe doors are heavy or what.

• Gul (8/5): - It’s not your usual Bangkok city hotel, it has character, large and comfortable rooms. The rooms are a little tired, needs some refurbishing here and there. The pool is very small and down by the road so not useable.

Also, used flip-flops were provided as slippers. Human hair in toilet bowl, bin at coffee facility not emptied since the previous guest, etcetera.

Breakfast is à la carte, but with very good choice: European, Asian, Japanese, etc. Minibar in the room is included and refilled every day: water, juices, snacks. There is Happy Hour every day in the bar of the hotel, where you can meet the Manager and have a super pleasant and friendly discussion. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
• Ming Ming (9/5): 朝食美味しくて、オススメのホテルです｡ - ホテルの朝食は美味しい、3泊毎日違うメニューを選択出来る、ゆっくりで食べられる。部屋の掃除もう毎日ですのでチップ 置いています。BTSとMRT歩く5分のところです。ターミナル21 shopping mall も隣にこの5階では沢山食べ物安くて美味しいです。 オススメのホテルです。 部屋のシャワーのところ水を詰まった、ゆっくりで流す。。

Great location, really really big room & bed, very clean and good quality bed linen, shampoo and all other small details. Staff are friendly, breakfast & coffee are simply great. One of the very few hotels that are better in reality than in photos. We stayed in this hotel for the first part of our stay in Bangkok and decided to book it for the second part as well. We will come back in the next Bangkok trip, too. Nothing

Everything is super fine. Very close ( 5 min walking) to the shopping center Terminal 21, very close to 7/11 ( just on the side of the hotel), 1 minute walking… very close to Starbucks ( 2 min walking). The jacuzzi in the bathroom is a big plus. Really nice hotel, we will be coming back. Lowrise building , not huge but very convinient. Nothing to dislike.

• Tingting (9/5): 非常舒适且地理位置优越的一家酒店，下次去会再考虑入住 - 早餐出乎意料的好吃，相比于自助餐，更喜欢这种点餐制的早餐。员工服务也很热情，收到了很好的照顾。房间比同等价位的其他地方大很多。地理位置非常好，临近地铁站、商场，楼下就有7-11，还有一些小摊，附近购物饮食按摩都很丰富。会再次光临。 房间被子有点小，后来多要了一个被子。厕所不知道为什么一直有一股味道，不是臭味，是一种类似混合咖喱的味道，住了几天一直有，有点难受。

• Ashwini (8/5): Excellent place in Sukhumvit - Love the boutique hotel feel. Location is good especially if you have work at the queen SiriKit convention centre. Close to terminal 21 and Asok bts. The rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. Staff and the hospitality is excellent Traffic noise can be disturbing. Breakfast options are limited. Food in general is limited choice. Bathrooms are not stocked with creams etc. but besides this everything is almost perfect.

• Jeremy (6/5): Property has been going downhill since Covid. Property desperately needs repairs to return to its former glory. - The bed is large and comfortable. The food has always been amazing. Also, I liked the late check-out. The property desperately needs to repair the rooms and facilities. Some rooms have little to no hot water. The floors are warped and scuffed up with some nails/screws sticking out. The front door opener has been broken for months. Rooms used to come with free minibar drinks and snacks (refilled daily). The windows are now quite noisy from traffic after approximately 06:00.

• Isabell_d. (9/5): An amazing place to stay - Well it wasn't plannend to stay here. Booked another place first. The other one was way cheaper but not acceptable at all. In the evening and after a long day of traveling I arrived at this place. Still not dressed to check in at a beautiful hotel like this. I mean I am heavily tattooed and travel still like a backpacker even if I am able to spend a bit more. Just hoping for a clean room and a nice bed I never expected what I have seen as soon as I entered. A lovely lobby including a bar. First they asked me to take a seat and I got offered a fresh coconut. When I got my room it was almost as big as my flat back home in Germany. The room was huge. A nice and huge bed. A desk, big enough to work (if you have to), a small toilet bit next to it - a huge rain shower plus a Jacuzzi. A separated dressing room. Didn't even made it to the pool because I was mostly in Bangkok to visit some old friends who I met more than 10 years ago. This place is absolutely amazing. Not even worth a sentence in general, but the only tiny thing I can maybe say is that underneath the bathroom sink the wooden floor looked a bit moldy/wet. Not sure maybe one of the pipes was broken.

Asked them to clean my infants bottle & food containers since I didn't have washing soap and cleaning utensils in my room, they told me clean it your self at your room in a rude manner ( i stayed in more than 20 hotels in thailand & was never an issue ) . Never again at this place . Price is quite high for the lack of hospitality they are offering

• Nicholas (9/5): Small, boutique, different and personal. Recommend - nice boutique hotel with great interior décor making it unique and great option to bigger chains hotels. Location is very good, rooms large, although the bathroom is the same size as the bedroom which is maybe a bit overkill, nice wardrobe, lovely breakfast served when you want. Staff very helpful and attentive. Overall very good and would stay again, if you wanted more facilities then a bigger chain would be the option, but this is the opposite, small, boutique, different and personal. Beds slightly hard for me, and next door is currently an on-going constriction project so a noisy after 9am.
