• Tinfeng (9/5): 多人数生活方便，性价比较高 - 地理位置很好。房间开窗就能看到天空树，楼顶露台看天空树灯光秀很好。 离车站距离不算特别近，我们拖着大行李10分钟还是有点吃力。平时不带行李箱出去玩时10分钟问题不大。 离生活设施非常近，超市，便利店，餐厅，药店都在1-2分钟内。适合长期居住或者需要自己做饭的大家庭。 内部没有太豪华装修，基本就是一个一般家居加了些床。 床铺较多，休息以外的公共活动区域较小。有个大露台，但冬天用处不大。 我们白天都在外面玩，晚上回来就是休息一下简单做个夜宵还好。多人数长期居住或需要比较宽的公共区域活动的话会比较局促。
• Beverly (1/5): Absolutely terrible, would not recommend to anybody. - Did not stay, did not look anything like the photos on booking .com Every thing, toilet smelt , beds were terrible, place was so bad we left immediately, couldn’t stay there.
• MAXI (1/5): Lo peor - El alojamiento no coincide con lo anunciado: Muy mala higiene (baño sucio, toallas malolientes, sofá sin limpiar). El WiFi no funciona. Una cama anunciada es en realidad un sofá imposible para dormir. Tiene los pies y la cabeza más abajo que el centro. El apartamento se usa como trastero, con colchones y sábanas almacenados en medio. La ubicación es falsa: se anunció en Asakusa y está en Sumida. El acceso es inseguro: ascensor sucio y escaleras llenas de basura que bloquean el paso. Para colmo cuando nos quejamos al anfitrión nos dice que abramos las ventanas para solucionar el mal olor que hay en toda la casa, a sucio y a alcantarilla. Su excusa para no limpiarlo era que no tenía llave. Se limitó a dejarnos toallas limpias, esta vez si. Pésimo. No debería estar anunciado en booking. Es un engaño.
• Hsin Ku (8/5): 地理位置優越 生活機能佳 - 距離兩國站 搭乘都02公車 大約5分鐘車程 附近有餐館 以及24小時營業超市 此外 因為屬於樓中樓格局 頂樓露台 可以觀看晴空塔 打掃未完善
• Sze Lam (2/5): 只住一晚…. 沒能睡好一直等到天亮退房 - 一進屋已嘔心惡臭…. 小孩感到不適，沙發扶手損毁搖搖欲墜沒有維修、廚房殘舊、布藝用品令到皮膚痕癢、大量寢具用品外露存放在9樓、露台大量枱椅凌亂，屋內惡臭久久不散尋找根源發現是洗衣機去水傳出….. 希望屋主能正視問題
• Yunxia (10/5): 露台天空树夜景很漂亮。一大家子或几家朋友拼的话性价比还可以。超市便利店餐厅很近，生活很方便。 - 露台的天空树夜景很漂亮。周围超市，餐厅便利店很近。买个东西做个菜什么的很方便。 卫浴只有一套。自己一大家或者像我们一样经常一起玩的熟悉的3家拼还好。如果十来个人拼可能会有些不方便。

• Estera (2/5): Apartment didn’t look like photos. Smelled like mould. There was mould in the bathroom. Lots of long black hair everywhe - Okay location, quite spacious The whole apartment smelled like mould, also had mould, especially in the bathroom. Towels didn’t smell or feel fresh and clean. Bathmat was dirty. Everywhere in the apartment we found lots of long black hair. Floor was dusty. In the washing machine we found laundry. Apartment didn’t look like the photos.

• Vernie (7/5): 1-10 rating...it' 7 - The area is spacious, quite place and a little bit cheaper The bidet is not working (we ask for assistance but no response) and there is fowl odor on CR even not in use , need to improve exhaust system
• Van (7/5): Good - View of skytree from the rooms and roof balcony Generally clean Enough space Good size considering houses in Tokyo are small Location was good if u drive - House was old and revamped, but some facilities were still old like the toilet that had a sewage smell, toilet bidet was not working - Towels were provided but unsure of the cleanliness, one of the towels were stuck by a sticky substance and unable to be opened - Toiletries in the bathroom were old and unusable, it looked dirty - stairs to the 2nd level was very narrow and steep, not suitable for small kids or elderly - no designated drop off area for luggage
