• Donna (10/5): Gorgeous location - The location is superb, beautiful white beach, gorgeous blue water, lovely beach, very nice pool, cute restaurant on site with a nice breeze off the ocean. It was nice hanging out on the terrace too. It's In the hotel zone you can walk to a few restaurants and an oxo or just catch the bus to town for more selection. Not the properties problem but the water can be rough at times so mind the red flags. There were rip tides and a man almost drown. Thr apartment is a bit outdated but it is comfortable and has everything you need. I saw reviews about credit card issues and that is because they charge you 4% if you use a credit card. They need to be upfront about that. So be prepared for that or bring pesos. As it turned out we paid by debit and they still charged us the 4%. Im over it!

Apartment could be cleaner and more comfortable. - The pool and beach are lovely and the hosts were very helpful and accomodating even though we had some problems checking in with our credit card The apartment had dirty sheets, kitchen wear the toilet didnt work well and the beds were rock solid

• Raymundo (10/5): El precio justo, Sin rayar en la estafa como un hotel para viajar a Cancún, 1000% recomendable - la ubicación, es excelente, mejor imposible, el departamento, mejor de lo que esperaba en tamaño , servicios, estacionamiento, todo en general 1000% recomendable que no pude quedarme más días, para disfrutar mi estancia, y quizá mejorar el mantenimiento de la instalación hidrosanitaria, que no es descuido, pero la salinidad de vivir a pie de playa deteriora mucho las llaves grifos y manerales.

• Hurtado Martìnez (3/5): El apartamento entregado no fue el contratado en Booking.com - El apartamento está ubicado en la zona hotelera de Cancún El apartamento no corresponde al contratado. Es distinto al que aparece en la foto de Booking.com. A pesar de las distintas y variadas explicaciones en realidad constituye una estafa. Tanto la calidad como apariencia del apartamento fue por mucho inferior a lo esperado, de acuerdo con la oferta de Booking.com.

• Liudmila (7/5): Good - In general, the condo complex is fine, and the swimming pool and terrotory are clean and accessable. The apartment is OK, but far from 10, as it is rated. The only great thing about the sleeping was the comfortable pillows. The apartments weren't fully equipped for 2 weeks of stay: only 4 forks, 4 spoons, one knife. The kitchen cupboards are broken, and one was injured trying to pull the drawers together. The ants are in abundance, plus cocroages and leasards. Owner promised water but later responded we should get our own. One roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 for 2 weeks, no soap or any other cleaning supplies. The safe was locked, so we had to take all valuables to the beach every day.
