• Magalie (4/5): - l emplacement du logement , la literie la communication compliquée avec le propriétaire pour réception de clés et règlement de la taxe ( contacter a plusieurs reprise avant le séjour et réponse la veille de notre arrivée ) . Il demandait de régler par paypal ou lien envoyé par WhatsApp , aucune personne a notre arrivée . j 'ai l'habitude de régler a mon arrivée en monnaie avec un reçu. ( booking signale qu'il est n est pas conseillé de payer par lien ou autre envoyés par WhatsApp . J ai eu les élément la veille au soir pour les clés ( code et boite a clés ) mais personne a notre arrivée et personne pendant notre séjour. Malgré le chauffage réglé au maximum il faisait froid au rez de chaussée ( pièce de vie ) , nous avons mangé avec des plaid , car l encadrement de la porte été cassé . Malgré mon signalement au propriétaire je n ai pas eu de retour de sa part sur ce sujet . Nous avons eu de ses nouvelles le jour du départ pour nous mentionner les règles pour les poubelles et les clés. A cela s ajoute tire bouchon cassé ( nous avons du en acheter un que nous avons laissé ) , prises de courant défectueuses et impossible de se doucher a plusieurs . En effet pas de pression ( voir goutte a goutte ) dans les salles de bain de l'étage quand quelqu'un utilise l eau au rez de chaussé . pas de tablettes lave vaisselle, pas de filtre pour la cafetière. l'équipement pour 7 personnes est léger ( vaisselle ...) c est bien dommage car emplacement appréciable et literie correcte
• Guest (9/5): Alessandro was an excellent host before, during and after our stay. His home was the perfect location for our family tri - Surrounding area is very charming and picturesque! Good location, 10-20 mins walk to the main City attractions. Bedrooms were a good size, comfortable and showers were clean and decent - warm water wasn’t as issue. Super clear instructions from the owner and quick response whenever we reached out for guidance or recommendations. On occasion the water from the Rio/canal would overflow onto the sidewalk by the apartment - we were lucky to not arrive with our big suitcases during the time.

It would be great for younger people. The rest of the people in my group didn’t have any issues. There were too many bridges with stairs!

The AC did not seem to be working well, but we had such a short stay that there really wasn’t time to fix it. Thankfully, the temperature was nice outside so we could open windows.

Host allowed us to drop off our bags before check in, which was super helpful. There was also a laundry machine that was easy to use. Don't expect any extras. The coffee tin was empty and there weren't quite enough soaps for all the bathrooms/sinks.

• Tedcot (8/5): A nice aprtment in a quiet neighbourhood - The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood yet it's only a couple blocks away from a busy street where you'll find all kinds of shops and restaurants. Two water bus stations are also within walking distances. Alessandro, the host, is very responsive to messages and is very helpful when it comes to storing our luggage for us before check-in and after check-out. There are 4 levels in the apartment, so it can be a bit difficult for some to transport their luggage up and down the stairs. The third floor bath room is a little dated and can definitely use either a shower curtain or glass door to keep the water from being splashed all over the bathroom.
• Tracy (10/5): Beautiful property for larger family - Host was very responsive to Whatsap messages, gave extremely detailed directions to property and specifics about property. Very gracious. Our stay was unfortunately brief so we didn't do much but sleep there. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms! Lots of stairs as a 4 story property, which was fine for us but may be more challenging for older individuals. 4th floor was difficult to cool.

Not a very convenient location to get to. - Bedrooms were decent size All the steps-I wish I had known how many there were due to the luggage we had. It was very difficult to find especially when you had to drag your luggage over bridges and up steps trying to find it.
