• Tomas (7/5): Well mantained place, good for short stay l - Very clean and everything well maintained, nice big balcony with good view. Car parking nearby, no problem to find free space Difficult to enter to apartment a lot of stairs. Bedroom its without windows, lacks of fresh air.

• Tetiana (1/5): Overall, the apartment felt misleadingly advertised and far below the expected standard, so we chose not to stay. - Access to the apartment is very inconvenient, with around 100 stairs and no alternative option. On the way up, you pass many neighboring doors and windows secured with metal bars, which creates an uncomfortable impression and raises concerns about the safety of the area. There is a persistent smell of marijuana in the building and surrounding area. The apartment is much smaller than it appears in the photos. The bedroom is extremely cramped, giving the feeling that it is placed inside a closet. The terrace offers no privacy at all, with neighbors on both sides at very close distance. Noise from nearby apartments is also noticeable. The property does not meet the advertised “luxury” standard. Due to the complete mismatch between expectations and reality, we decided to leave immediately after check-in. Not recommended.

Modern flat and lovely vibe, the locks are very good also so never felt worried leaving anything The only thing that was annoying was the shower head was a bit broken and didn’t really work that well, so I had to use the handheld shower head.

• Mags (8/5): Ocean view. - The apartment was well equipped, plenty of wardrobe space, fridge freezer which was very good, and the large terrace with plenty of furniture. The view from the terrace with some amazing sunsets made up for being so far up the hill. I would also like to say our host Radu was great . Thank you Radu for sorting a few things for us , top man.😎👍 To far up the hill for my husband and I, didn't realise it was so far up, stairs, too many for us, need to be fit for all the walking, we did get taxi's back up to the apartment.

The apartment does have a pool near reception (not sure why it was mentioned otherwise in the other reviews) Loved staying here :)

We loved our stay and we hope to be back again soon There is a walk with quite a few steps from the entrance of the building to the apartment itself. Not an issue for us but it may not suit some older guests or those with disabilities

Great views too! Kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, pans etc! Pool in the apartment complex wasn't open yet
• Christina (7/5): Nice apartment, maybe not worth the money? - The outdoor area was nice, Private enough. Could have done with an overhead cover i.e. umbrella as a shade from the sun. The front door was very secure. Smart TV was great. Air conditioner was fantastic. Photos on booking.com are exactly as advertised. There was 5 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. This was not advertised when booking the accommodation. Definitely will not suit an older person or someone with mobility issues. There is no lift. The cleanliness was not up to the 10/10 score as advertised by other guests. The only thing that was completed by the "cleaners" was the bed was changed. There was no pillow protectors or mattress protector. The apartment had not been cleaned since the last people. I asked the host to direct the cleaners to come the next day (as we arrived late). She said she would speak with the cleaners. They did not come. I had to clean the apartment myself which obviously I was unhappy with. See dirty bucket. The pool is out of order. Although she did give us the option of two other pools, the first option which was 2 mins walk, we didn't feel comfortable as residents in the complex were questioning why we were there. I asked the host for the key to the other pool twice. She didn't come back to me. I eventually stopped asking the host for things as she either wasn't organising what I was asking for, i.e. for the apartment to be cleaned or the keys for the pool. The advertisment of the apartment coming with a pool should be taken off. The apartment has clearly been renovated recently. It has been completed to a Spanish standard - the equivalent of a 2nd fix. Everything was purchased in IKEA - nothing wrong with this, bit at least remove all the stickers! The wardrobe doesn't open all the way as the bed is too big. Not all the bulbs or sockets work in the apartment. The vacuum supplied was old and grimey. The cord isn't long so have to plug it in every 2 metres. Would be handy to have a Corless vacuum. We stayed for 7 nights so we obviously noticed a lot more than the average person staying for 1-2 nights. Small things like we were only given 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to buy more rolls ourselves.
• Robin (10/5): The best appartement in an amazing quiet area - The stay was absolutely amazing. Definitely one of the more beautiful apartments in the area and everything is exactly like the pictures! There was also minimal gym equipment available so we could get some morning workouts in. The parking facilities were also perfect, and I would definitely recommend to hire a car with this appartement to make it more easy to move around costa adeje. The shower was leaking, but it was not to troublesome as we just used the smaller handshower and this prevented much of it.
• Meghan (8/5): Brilliant stay, Good Location - No pool which was a down fall. - As a young couple travelling this is a brilliant stay, the views are incredible and the furnishings are modern. It was stated that there was a Pool, however on arrival we went to look and there was a pool but with no water in it and the area was closed off (Looked asif it had been empty for a few years). Apart from the modern furnishings the shower didn’t drain very well (may not be the property’s problem) but this meant the pressure of the shower had to be below Normal to prevent the bathroom from flooding.

Amazing views! - The apartment is really lovley, clean and homley fitted with everything you need for a chilled holiday The view is what makes this apartment the one to book! The host is always on hand and helpfull I recomend sleeping on the sofabed in the frontroom with the aircon on its brighter and cooler and super comfortable..plus you get to chill watching a nice film aa you have Netflix The shower leaked, i think an overflow issue we constantly wet through towels on the floor everytime we showered.. Apart from that nothing at all and im sure thats an easy fix aswell and would not put me off booking again
• Madalina (10/5): The best apartment you can find in Tenerife! - The apartment is very modern and has a really good vibe, also the view is incredible! We were amazed on how well the place is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: smart tv with Netflix, induction stove for cooking, wine fridge, washing machine, etc. We really enjoyed having dinner on the terrace at by sunset, you literally get the best sunset view in Tenerife from here. The bed is also super comfy and it was really quiet at night so we slept like a baby. We also loved that the place is near Siam park and Siam Mall so it was really easy to buy groceries and enjoy the water park. Highly recommend this place!

We’ve been traveling in Tenerife for the past few weeks and we’ve been in a lot of rentings on booking, but oceanview apartment was something else. We’ve never seen such an apartment in Tenerife before. The design is flawless! We enjoyed the dinners on the terrace on sunsets, it was a bliss. Will definitely come back! The best place to spend the holiday, we enjoyed every second spent here🤩 The apartament has luxurious finishes and it is equipped with everything you need, from cooking utensils, to very sophisticated cutlery& glasses. We enjoyed the bathroom with the rain shower and the big mirrors. The VERY BIG terrace has a breathtaking view of the ocean, and with the dinning table, it’s the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner :) loved it. And the wallpaper in the living room, with the jungle and the giraffe, the kitchen island and the yellow sofa …. It’s everything you could possibly dream for your perfect vacay. Will definitely come back!!
