• JORGE (10/5): Quando for novamente a Santiago este é o local onde quero ficar. - O apartamento é muito bom mas o mais importante são as pessoas e a forma como fomos recebidos. Toda a familia é de uma amabilidade enorme e genuina. Representam com excelência a famosa "morabeza". Se nos planos da sua viagem quer incluir conhecer a maneira de ser e estar caboverdiana este é o local certo para a sua estadia. Fizemos compras em supermecados próximos, deslocamo-nos a pé para o mercado de Sucupira e para os locais de saída dos "coletivos" (Hiaces) para a Cidade Velha (Ribeira Grande), para S. Domingos e Praia Baixo. Apanhando o autocarro 8 ( a 150metros e por 43 escudos) pode ir para as praias de Quebra Canela e Prainha e apanhar Hiace por exemplo para a Assumada ou Tarrafal (junto estádio da Varzea). Nada de negativo a registar. Se estiver alguma coisa fora do seu agrado fale com qualquer membro da familia que tenho a certeza que tudo farão para resolver a situação.

• Pablo (10/5): Nuestra segunda familia en Cabo Verde - Una maravilla es poco, es un apartamento grande cerca del centro histórico, y con una piscina que está genial. Todo pasa a segundo plano gracias a la amabilidad de los anfitriones, Elsa y José fueron como una familia para nosotros allí, ayudándonos con cualquier cosa, acercándonos a los sitios si necesitábamos y mil cosas más. Tenemos ganas de volver simplemente por verlos otra vez, impensable ir a otro sitio en Praia. Absolutamente nada, un 10
• Jorge (10/5): Genial - La amabilidad de los anfitriones. Llegamos más tarde de lo esperado, estaba todo cerrado y nos prepararon la cena, con vino incluido. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a hacer nuestra estancia más agradable. Apartamento reformado en un edificio antiguo pero con todas las comodidades. Echamos en falta un secador de pelo.

• Udo (9/5): Appartement en ville pas trop excentré - La gentillesse de l'hote qui habite juste àcôté, sa disponibilité. Apartment spacieux bien équipé, lit confortable, pas de bruit, internet fiable. Le pool est bien pour se rafraîchir après une journée en ville ou une balade, mais ne se prête pas a y rester plus longtemps vu l'espace limitée et sa position en ville.

• Guillemois (9/5): Comme chez des amis ! - La propreté de l'appartement et l'extrême gentillesse de nos loueurs, qui se mettent en quatre pour nous aider, et se lèvent à 5 h du matin pour nous emmener à notre bateau. Nous y revenons dans quelques jours et nous nous en réjouissons déjà ! Ambiance familiale...et une petite piscine au retour d'une journée ensoleillée ! Le fait d'être un peu éloigné du centre, mais nos hôtes font tout de leur mieux pour compenser ce léger handicap...

Zouden op het vliegveld opgehaald worden, maar er was niemand om ons op te pikken. Buurt voelde onbehaaglijk maar een taxi naar Plateau is heel goedkoop (2-3 euro). Appartement ligt op de 3e verdieping zonder lift.

The entire family was so incredibly kind and welcoming, making our time in Praia truly special with their generous hospitality and thoughtful touches like delicious homemade cupcakes from the host's mother ❤️ They were heavenly and brought so much joy ❤️. The cozy apartment was perfect for unwinding after adventures in Cape Verde. We left with only the best memories and highly recommend it to everyone! 😊

• MEILLAREC (7/5): Un séjour de quelques jours sur l’île de Santiago - - Les hôtes étaient vraiment très gentils : ils sont venus nous chercher à l’aéroport, nous ont gardé nos valises lors de notre dernier jour et des biscuits nous attendaient lorsque nous sommes arrivées. - Le logement était propre et spacieux. - Présence d’une machine à laver - la piscine n’était pas propre et nous n’avons pas pu nous y baigner de tout le séjour, ce n’était pas précisé sur Booking. - un petit peu excentré du centre mais ça dépend de ce que vous recherchez. Nous sommes peu allées dans le centre parce que nous avons préférées partir en excursion.

• Piotr (10/5): A great place for a short stop or a longer stay - Spacious and very well-equipped apartment on a quiet side street. Nearby there's a wide selection of shops and other services. The hosts were very kind and helpful; we regret we couldn't stay longer. We highly recommend them.

• Robert Bergles (10/5): worth every cent paid - Extremely large and well-equipped apartment, large terrace and very friendly host. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Some problems with the oven, which had a problem with the electrical wiring.

Jose zorgt voor 100% zorgeloos verblijf, zeer snel bereikbaar, afhaling op luchthaven laat in de avond (22:30u). Altijd klaar met een glimlach en een oplossing. Niets is hem teveel. geen leeslampjes in de slaapkamer voor de rest alles top.

Si volviera a praia no iría a otro apartamento que no fuera residence Fazenda. El apartamento estaba perfecto, pero por gente como Carlos y Elsa esto pasa a un segundo plano.

Carlos even gave us a ride und picked us up at some nice Dinnerplace. And we even got an Airport dropoff including an breakfast wich wasen't suposed to be. Great place amazing Family, thank you all you made our stay an fantastic experience

Les personnels sur place est très attentionné, de plus la famille qui gère cet appartement est au petits soins : de bons conseils et leurs jeune fils à pris le temps de nous faire une longue découverte de la ville puis nous à emmener a Tarrafal ( qui est une plage très sympa située a 1h30 de Praia).
