• Ozgen (4/5): Disappointment ! - The inside of the apartment is completely equipped with new furniture, bed linens are clean, the kitchen supplies you need are available, the internet is fast but occasionally interrupted. There were complaints about the lack of air conditioning in the apartment in the comments made before booking the apartment, so I wrote a direct message to the owner of the apartment and asked if there was air conditioning in the apartment, the owner of the apartment replied yes. When we entered the apartment, it was very hot, I wanted to turn on the air conditioning, but there was no air conditioning! Also, since my flight was at 5:00 in the afternoon the next day, I asked if we could make the check out time 1:00 in the afternoon, and she replied yes. We were shocked when the owner of the apartment opened our door at 10 in the morning and entered the apartment without our knowledge! This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and made an aggressive speech saying to leave at 11:00 ! (I saved the original screenshots of our questions and the answers we received) We spent the night very restless because there was a lot of noise from the road and there was a discotheque noise right in front of the building that was open until the morning.
• Adriana (10/5): The host went above and beyond to improve our stay. - The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, well-located, and impeccably clean. I would only suggest adding a portable fan in the living room. We got a heat wave in the middle of the winter, and the fans in the bedrooms helped us a lot.
• Felipe (8/5): Great but NO AIR CON - Very clean, nice welcome breakfast kit with a handwritten message. It has almost everything you need. There’s no air-condition, it was a REAL struggle, each room had a ceiling fan, however it was extremely hot. It’s the only downfall of this apartment, and I believe once you have an AC unit, you will thrive in your business.
