Berta (10/5): A comfortable, well-equipped apartment with great views, excellent amenities, and smooth, hassle-free service. - We spent 5 nights in this apartment. Our room (301) was very nice, with views of the park and the Skytree. Check-in was smooth and easy—just two codes and we were in! The staff were also very helpful throughout the booking app: always kind, quick to respond, and attentive. The lobby and common areas, like the elevator, were quite clean. We really appreciated the free umbrellas, especially since it rained quite a lot during our stay. The room itself was excellent in terms of size, layout, quietness, and cleanliness—10/10. We also appreciated the small kitchen and the free washing machine. The bathroom had a drying function for laundry, which was very convenient. It’s also worth mentioning the scale in the room—it saved us when weighing our luggage! If we have the chance, we would definitely love to come back 😊

W apartamencie było trochę zimno, ale może wynikać to z tego, że był środek zimy.

Chỗ ở tiện nghi đầy đủ và rộng rãi, phòng tắm và toilet cũng khá là OK, có chỗ ban công. Gần siêu thị Gyomu tầm 400-500 mét, gần điểm đón xe bus và gần ga Higashi-Mukojima Station. Gần đó cũng có quán sushi ăn cũng ngon lắm. Perfect!! Cần có thêm thảm trải gần khu vực toilet. Còn lại không có ý kiến gì

Carolina D’Andrea (8/5): - View, Confort and Clean place. To enter in the apartment was a nightmare. They key was in the postal box that was horrible to open, even with instructions. Nobody answer the phone to help me and had to ask help to people in the streets to open the mail box.

Connagh (10/5): Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great sized apartment for Tokyo and a lovely bathroom. Location is nice, quiet and local-feeling. Close to the park, a wonderful Italian restaurant and plenty of 7elevens. Location was great for us, but may be a little difficult to navigate for those new to Tokyo. The toilet also faces the bathroom door and is quite close to it, so may not be great for tall guests.

Amber (9/5): A nice apartment with a good view of Tokyo Skytree that has a washing machine - The apartment has a small washer, as well as soap to use, plus a drying rack on the balcony. The bathroom had a nice combined shower and tub room with good water pressure. There's a panel outside the bathroom to turn on the water heater to make sure there's plenty of hot water. The beds were pretty comfy, and there's a small kitchen to make food. The bathtub was a bit small length-wise, but there's not enough room in the shower room to put a bigger one in, so it's as good as it can be for the space it resides in. It's still fairly comfy to soak with your knees poking out of the water. Also, I wanted to change the shower drain cover net partway through our multi-day stay, but couldn't find any spares in the apartment, so I just used the same one for the full duration of our stay.

Anjul (10/5): Perfect 10! - The apartment was perfect. Easy self checkin. Extremely clean, comfortable, with enough space and especially spacious bathroom. Kitchen had everything and was modern. The balcony had a beautiful view. Specifically our room had a nice view of the skytree from the window and the balcony. There is an elevator and the building is modern. The park next door is a nice plus. Grocery stores were nearby as also two metro stations, and it is possible to go across town to Shibuya without changing trains! I was especially impressed by the staff who on their own initiative asked us whether whether everything was fine. When we needed anything they always responded within minutes even after 11pm at night. nothing to dislike :)
Anjul (10/5): Perfect again! - This was our second stay here. While individuals rooms are a bit different in terms of layout and especially the view, our second room was still perfect. The self checkin was smooth (but make sure to check the message on the day of the checkin for the actual code). Extremely clean and comfortable. .Nice kitchen and balcony and elevator. And a nice park next door! From the nearby Hikifune metro station you can get a direct train all the way to Shibuya (and even beyond if you want). From the slightly nearer Higashi-Mukojima station, you just need to change trains on the same platform, without changing lines and without walking to a different part of the station. The staff were again the most responsive I have encountered in Tokyo. On their own initiative they asked us whether whether everything was fine, and they responded to requests within minutes even late in the night! nothing; everything was perfect

Chris (9/5): Overall great, good service with some minor annoyances - Overall, great, bright, decent amount of space, easy check in, and a table so both of us could sit with our laptops, which is hard to find! Good fundamentals The wi-fi was broken when I arrived. The host was very responsive and suggested alternative networks, and ultimately got us a pocket wi-fi, an hour and a half after arriving. Very good service but still meant I had to spend time debugging it and it would be better if it just worked. Minor things: We ran out of space in the bins after 6 days, and there doesn't seem to be a way of emptying them. The initial email on how to check-in was confusing, it said how to unlock the keybox with "X" in place of the codes, and then they send another email at check-in time with the code replaced. I hadn't seen the second one initially. I also met some other guests in the lobby who were confused and I had to help explain it to them.
