• Marco (10/5): Un’oasi di tranquillità a due passi da Palermo - La Casa Reina Apart è una soluzione davvero piacevole. Lo staff è estremamente disponibile, pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza. La posizione è ottima, a due passi da Palermo, perfetta per muoversi e vivere la città. L’appartamento è ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Nonostante il quartiere sia circondato da grandi palazzi, qui si ha la sensazione di essere in una piccola oasi di tranquillità. Nulla di rilevante da segnalare, soggiorno nel complesso molto positivo. Consigliato.

• Martha (7/5): Good location - The location was amazing, so close to everything. There was plenty of space with two bedrooms. It was quiet because it was right on the Main Street but sort of tucked away. I didn’t like the dark bathroom because I couldn’t see very well. The cooking facilities took a while to heat up so making dinner took ages. The wifi was out all day, not the apartments fault but frustrating because our flight got cancelled so we had lots of admin we needed to sort but had no wifi.

• Christina (7/5): Decent stay, but could be better - Good central location with easy access to main attractions and public transport. The atmosphere is fairly social, and staff were generally polite and helpful. However, the overall experience was average. Cleanliness could be improved, and some facilities felt a bit worn out.
• Florencia (8/5): Tranquila y cómoda - Tiene una ubicación muy buena para poder visitar distintos lugares, cerca de paradas de colectivos y la zona muy tranquila. La cama era super cómoda ideal para relajarse y descansar. La iluminación del lugar era muy apagada, faltaba realizarle una limpieza profunda.

Pero tuvimos un inconveniente con la limpieza del baño por eso mi puntuación negativa. Llegamos y el baño estaba en asquerosas condiciones. Hice el reclamo y parece que hubo un mal entendido y no se había realizado la limpieza. Fueron a limpiarlo cuando salimos del departamento, pero llegamos de un viaje largo y lo primero que queríamos hacer era ir al baño.
