• Joanne (10/5): - It was a very budget price but presented a lot better than we expected. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful and the location was amazing. Would absolutely stay again, we loved our [very] little home for three days.

The condition of the property was appalling; ants crawling everywhere, water drips on you due to condensation. I’ve expected better from this place but you really get what you paid for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
• Gerda (6/5): Cheap and convenient but could be cleaner - Acceptable place to stay in a very convenient location. Sheets weren't clean and bathroom facilities weren't in good condition but check-in and out was very easy. Staff are friendly. There are better places to stay in Hong Kong for cheaper prices, but there are also worse ones out there.

• Gilliane (10/5): Atendente super atencioso - Durante a minha estadia, infelizmente eu passei mal e precisei ir ao hospital 2 vezes e na segunda acabei ficando internada. Ao me ver naquela situação, o recepcionista prontamente se ofereceu para ajudar e me entregou o cartão com as informações do hotel, me dizendo para que o informasse sobre minha situação e que ligasse caso precisasse de qualquer tipo de ajuda. Assim que tive alta, tive que correr para o aeroporto para voltar em repatriação sanitária e ele me ajudou com as malas e esperou até que eu entrasse no uber, mesmo não sendo obrigação dele. Achei muito empático da parte dele e, como viajante solo, fiquei muito grata pela disponibilidade e ajuda prestada.

• William (8/5): - Normally, I wouldn't stay at this property because the room is a stereotypical Hong Kong coffin apartment but I stayed in the city during a national holiday thus I needed to save some money. It was cheap but the internet wouldn't work in my room but it functioned in the hallway. The bathroom knob was completely rusted from the shower and I truly feared a tetanus shot if I got cut by it. The location was great in the heart of Kowloon. Overall, the stay was fine because I realize that you get what you pay for.

TV isn’t watchable and wifi wasn’t available in the room I was given nor does this specific property have its own laundry facility. Only would recommend if you intend to only sleep or stow luggage. Plenty of other options on that street and even that building at price point or even less.

• Raina (8/5): - It is close to the train and bus station and walkable. The hotel is in a residential building and I had to ask around before I got to the place. As for the room, it was very simple, a bed and a refrigerator under a small table that doubled as a nightstand. The shower in the bathroom is connected to a small water heater, so hot water ran out on me twice while showering. It will also get the toilet wet. Their is a microwave and drinking water in the common area. They do allow you to check out late if you pay. Luggage storage cost money.

Then, I moved again to another because runner water in the bathroom, TV no response, and AC leaking water. The 3rd room was better but outlets were falling apart; bed light was missing, and corner molding was insecure.
• Klaus-Dieter (8/5): - Ich hatte schon oft in Mirador Mansion zuvor gewohnt aber jeweils in anderen Guest Houses. Hong Kong Premuim Guest House war aber von allen das weitaus beste. In meinem Zimmer wurden jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt und das Zimmer sauber gemacht. Es gab sogar einen Mini-Safe auf dem Zimmer. Was mir besonders gefiel, war das alles funktionierte und das war bei den anderen Guest Houses nicht so. Mir gefiel außerdem die Sauberkeit im Zimmer wie auch auf der Toilette.

• Taka (8/5): - リピートしました。場所が便利。料金が安い。ベッドメイキング、たぶん掃除も毎日してくれる。自分の泊まった部屋の区画にはウォーターサーバーが機能していなかったが、フロントのある区画にはあり、自由に飲み水をペットボトルに補充できた。エアコン、Wi-Fiも十分に機能する。セイフティボックスが利用できる。（フロントで鍵を借りなけれなならなかった）マイナス点としては初めての人にはフロントの場所が分かりにくいと思う。16階の部屋番号をしっかり把握しておく必要がある。建物内にホテルの表示はないと思う。フロントのインド人は不愛想。中国系の女性は愛想が良い。建物の中は色んなゲストハウスや会社？や住民？も入っている雑居ビルなのできれいなお洒落なホテルライフを期待してはいけない。部屋自体は狭いながらもそこそこ清潔感があるので自分的にはまた利用したい。

• Darius (2/5): - The room was really really small Bathroom was really small too. Shower was in the toilet. No separate cubicle for shower. TV wasn't working. No storage areas for your stuff / belongings. But very good location . Next to Tsim Sha Tsui and next to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. One double bed in there and there is no more room to walk around. Hard to find location. In that block , there are too many differently owed guest houses on different levels. So finding the right guest house is a challenge . And you definitely have to ask around to find the place. Real disappointed !! ☹️☹️☹️

Bus stop for airport is also very close to the hotel just walk 2-3 minutes accross the road. However, the hotel is in 15&16 floor which the lift is always packed. Need to wait a bit long to go up and down. Otherwise the overall is very good. If I go back to Hong Kong, I am defenitely book this hotel.

• サ (6/5): - 従業員の方はニコニコしており親切な方でした。清潔は清潔だったのですがユニットバスというよりトイレの上にシャワーがありここでシャワーするのはしんどいなと思いました。あと部屋に窓がないので日の光が全く入ってきません。電気を全部消すと本当に真っ暗で朝起きた時も本当に朝なのか？と不安になるので電気はつけて寝てました。立地は周りにたくさんお店があり駅からもとても近いのでよかったです。ただお金がなかったとしてもまたここに泊まろうとは思いません。旅行はホテルでテンション上がることが多いと思いますがここにはそれが期待出来ません。

• Narawit (8/5): - โรงแรมอยู่ชั้นบนสุด ได้ลงมาก่อนเสมอ หาง่าย ปลอดภัย ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า MTR ทำเลดี แต่ห้องพักมีกลิ่นอับหน่อยๆ น่าจะเป็นเพราะไม่มีหน้าต่าง และพัดลมดูดมีฝุ่นเยอะ แอร์มีฝุ่นเยอะและไม่ค่อยเย็น ราคานี้กับห้องแบบนี้ถือว่าพอๆกัน ไม่แพงมาก

• Victor (6/5): - It’s not a very nice place but if you get it at a good price it can be a good value. The building is pretty shocking, it feels like a tenement house. But, that’s what you get at this price level in Hong Kong. There was always a wait for the elevator to go up to my room. Once inside the room, it’s not really so bad. It’s not attractive but it did seem clean. The room was too small to open my suitcase anywhere except on top of the bed, so I had to close it and move it back to the floor when I wanted to go out. Although it was a non-smoking room, sometimes smoke would come in through the bathroom vent or door to my room if someone else was smoking. The bed was ok if a little hard.

• Hanna (2/5): Dont stay here!!! Horrible! - Very bad expwrience! Not clean and located in an apartment building. Worst bed i have ever slept in - i would compare this to a hostel. The bathroom Can bagels fit one person, and you Will showe over the toilet with the Dear of getting electrocuted from the waterheater. If you accedently stain the sheets/towels/pillowcases there is a fine. And you have to pay to leave your luggage at the reception after check-out!

• Becky (6/5): clean and basic, good location - I booked this place for two elderly couples who had a difficult time communicating with the host when they arrived. The rooms are located at different floors on a residential block and there is no reception. You have to ring them up and be told which floor you should go to. My friends had to walk up and down and search everywhere to find the rooms. It is quite a task for the 65-year old carrying a lugguage. Luckily they got in at the end. The room albeit small is clean. You can put the suitcase under the bed. Kettles are available in the corridor outside. This is a cheap find in Hong Kong.

• Edison (10/5): The office is open 24/7, flight delay OK! - I checked in at 4:15am in the morning (my flight delayed 8 hours) and the staff helped me through quickly with a smile. It's a small room as I expected BUT you get free WiFi, a phone for local calls, private bathroom, a safe with your own combination setting, TV, a small fridge, cup, toothbrush, toothpaste. The location is very convenient for metro, bus, taxi and fairly, as well as a bus to the airport. I love it.
