• Francesco (5/5): - La posizione centrale per le principali attrazioni Livello di igiene molto scarso. Pavimenti sporchi, cucina con residui di cibo, ragnatele alla finestre, polvere ovunque. Bagno troppo piccolo, assenza di bidet, acqua poco scorrevole. Giardino interno non accessibile a causa di lavori in corso, a detta del proprietario non di sua competenza che impediscono il riposo oltre le 8 di mattina.

Abbiamo riscontrato fin da subito diverse criticità, tra cui un lavandino otturato e problemi con il riscaldamento/aria calda faceva molto freddo . Nonostante le nostre segnalazioni, ci è stato risposto che il problema dipendeva dalla nostra incapacità di utilizzare l’impianto, quando in realtà il funzionamento non era affatto chiaro né intuitivo. Per quanto riguarda la tassa di soggiorno, ammettiamo di esserci dimenticati di lasciarla la mattina della partenza, ma si è trattato di una semplice dimenticanza e non certo della volontà di evitare il pagamento. Nonostante le nostre spiegazioni e la disponibilità a saldare quanto dovuto, abbiamo ricevuto messaggi dai toni intimidatori, con riferimento a segnalazioni su Booking e al Comune. Riteniamo che la situazione potesse essere gestita con maggiore serenità e professionalità, senza ricorrere a comunicazioni di questo tipo. Nel complesso non ci siamo sentiti accolti né assistiti come ci si aspetta da una struttura ricettiva. Tra condizioni iniziali dell’alloggio e modalità di comunicazione, l’esperienza è stata negativa sotto diversi aspetti e, alla luce di quanto accaduto, non ci sentiamo di consigliare questo alloggio.
• Eric (4/5): It was adequate but disappointing. I don’t think I would stay in something like that again. Also being contacted so much - It was cute The mold and mold smell was apparent. The property was in disrepair and not clean to our standards.

• Carolina (4/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, llegas en poco tiempo andando a los sitios. En primer lugar, la inseguridad del apartamento. Lo único que te separa de la calle es una puerta de cristal (local). También nos disgustó la poca limpieza del apartamento. Baño demasiado pequeño. He sufrido múltiples picaduras de insectos por los tobillos, no estoy segura de que haya sido en el apartamento pero es recomendable que se mire. El check- out es a las 10:00h. Aparte de ser demasiado pronto, te dan una opción para dejar las maletas… al principio es opción hasta que llegas al local y te das cuenta de que no dejas tus maletas y pertenencias en ese sitio. Preguntamos por otras opciones y su respuesta fue “ no es hermoso pero funciona” “ en Google puedes encontrar más sitios”. Un día por la noche hubo tormenta y al día siguiente nos levantamos y ciertas luces no funcionaban. En ese momento avisamos para que lo arreglasen y nos dijeron que cuando llegásemos al apartamento subiésemos los plomos. Esa no fue solución y tuvieron que avisar a un electricista. Eso debería de haberse solucionado en el momento en el que lo dijimos. No hubo mínima intención de pasarse para comprobarlo.

• Ruth (10/5): Lovely clean, apartment in excellent location. - Location, very central to all major Rome sites. Very quiet area. Excellent communication from owners about property and facilities around the apartment. Apartment, clean, good facilities within.
• Mark (9/5): Very good stay. My daughter and I slept very well and found buses close buy preferable to the metro. - Clean, good area for buses and walking to sites. Very comfortable bed. Lots of hot water for showers. Good coffee. Noise from dehumidifier and mosquito repellent. But I wear hearing aids and pick up on odd sounds. Not sure how the uplighters worked.

• Andrew (9/5): Superb - Apartment was lovely and private. Our host was super attentive and stayed in touch before and throughout our stay. Location is a nice walk into the centre. Shower room is very small but it's ok for a short stay.

• Patrik (1/5): Dirty smelly place without windows and with moldy walls which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. - Before we got there, the host gave us useful info about how to use public transport and find the apartment. It's in a good spot in the city center with a grocery store close by, but that might be all the good stuff you'll find there. We booked this seemingly nice apartment in the center. However upon entry we felt like crying at the sight of reality. After opening the door, we were met with horrible smell, dampness, dirt, and dust, but the worst - moldy walls, moldy shower, etc. We couldn't believe anyone had ever cleaned the appartment. After contacting the owner, there was some additional cleaning, and as an apology, we were given a bottle of Prosecco. However upon returning to the room, we found that it was not much cleaner than before, and someone just sprayed the mold with chemicals and covered it with paint. Their cleanliness standards are evidently set very low; we felt like we were in some poor African country. In addition to breathing in mold which can affect your health, we were also suffocating from some chemicals odour and because the apartment has no windows you can't even ventilate. The only thing there is a door to the street where cars park, people pass by and there is construction going on in the courtyard, with workers there from early morning literally one step from your bed. So if you want to ventilate, you are afraid of who might enter your room and everyone can see inside. There are no closets or shelves for storage. Given the dirt and concerns about our health we didn't use the kitchen. After the second complaint the owner became rude saying we could move out promising to refund us for every night we didn't spend in the apartment. The reality was different. When we wanted to leave the next day they told us they wouldn't refund us because another night had already begun and they would charge us for another night. They refused to hear a word about any compensation, and Booking had to step in to help us. It was the worst accommodation we ever had ruining our holidays not to mention the time that dealing with problems took from us. The owner obviously wants to make a lot of money but no longer wants to invest in the accommodation.

• Alexandru (5/5): Great location but not so good condition - Location of the studio is perfect. You can go by foot to all the major attractions in Rome. Location is 10 min walk from Piazza di Spagna We didn't like the fact that is a very heavy smell when entering the studio. A minus represent also the fact that you do not have windows that allows you to refresh the air. Hot water was not enough in order to have a shower - 3 person.

• Kristina (7/5): Good - They brought us a cot for the baby. We are grateful. The location is very great. You can visit everything on foot. Unfortunately the apartment has no windows to let a little bit fresh air. You can feel the humidity but you can also smell mildew.

The host is very helpful If I have to say anything at all it would be it is in a ground floor and I prefer higher floors , but that is nothing that makes the property less recommendable, as that is a very individual and subjective taste.
