- Jarosław (10/5): Perfect communication with owner, really Great support and contact! - Location

Poi sotto casa c’è tutto, bar, ristoranti, mini market! Sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta! Lo consiglio

- Smarand (9/5): Superb - Davide is a very nice host, very prompt in replying and offering us a lot of precious information and details about Rome and the neighbourhood.
I loved the apartament vibe and all the vintage details, we really enjoyed staying there, it was very familiar and cozy. The aspect of the building, it is an old building and needs a renovation of the exterior.
- Klusek (8/5): Rodzinnie - A very atmospheric place, close to the metro line. The apartment is spacious, warm, equipped with the necessary equipment to prepare basic meals, which was necessary with a small child. I definitely recommend it
- Nick (10/5): Great appartement in beautiful Garbatella - Lovely apartment situated in the authentic neighbourhood, Garbatella. Close to the metro so the city centre is just a few stops away. However, Garbatella offers everything you need for a pleasant stay without all the tourists. -
- David (10/5): Our state was perfect. We were there for nine days. We enjoyed the Vatican, the Colosseum, all the museums, and just lik - Once you get by the front door by the street, there are six apartments and a very clean facility. it is a older building with solid walls. Noise was not an issue. The apartment was very clean one of the best parts about this apartment is the location. It is in a very friendly neighborhood. There are many markets selling fresh fruits that are cheap and high-quality. And the best part, it is a five minute walk 800 m to the metro station, which is three stops from the Colosseum. I would suggest day one buying a seven day bus train metro pass very reasonable. And David is a very friendly person. He went out of his way for us and we appreciate it. Thank you, David. Nothing

- Hans (10/5): A perfect place to visit Rome - Large, clean house, helpful owner. Perfect location to see Rome, close to the center but with great tranquility
- Claudia (8/5): Great host. Very welcoming. Apartment has everything you need for a quick stay in Rome. Easy street parking. - Charming apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to coffee shops, market, subway. Mattress needs improvement, very small shower.
- Sascha (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful appartment with nice furnishings.
- Filip (9/5): Superb - I had a great stay at this apartment. Located in an old Italian building, it perfectly captured the charming atmosphere of Rome. The apartment was very nice and well-equipped, making my stay comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from a restaurant recommended by the host, where I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and pizza. It was also just a few steps from the metro station, making it easy to quickly reach the city center. The host was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions I had. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
- Piotr (10/5): David was a great host and I recommend his beautiful apartment. - The place is beautiful and super comfortable
- Pero (9/5): Superb - Clean and tidy apartment in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The host is very kind. Metro, shops, restaurants are close...
- Łukasz (10/5): Exceptional - A very pleasant apartment, one might say in a retro style with a charming atmosphere. The apartment is very well connected. We're just a few minutes away from the metro, which allows us to reach the city center very quickly. There are at least 2 large grocery stores and several smaller ones nearby. Additionally, there are a few nice restaurants/bars.
The apartment has 3 rooms, a hallway, a bathroom, and a kitchen. There's a large fridge, so if someone likes to eat at home, there's plenty of space to store groceries. The host is very friendly and helpful. This was our second time in Rome, and we will definitely want to rent this apartment again next time.
- Carmen (9/5): Excellent, cozy and clean - The apartment was very comfortable and it met my expectations. The location was perfect, close to a metro station, supermarkets, nice bars around the neighborhood, and more. Additionally, it was close to travel by metro to the main attractions in Rome. The kitchen was fully equiped and very usefull. The rooms were big enough for 5 people. We arrived when it was quiet cold in Rome in the morning but the apartment is warm enough by using the thermostat. To summarize it, we did enjoy to stay at Casa di Amici-Garbatella. The water temperature may vary while you take a shower but it wasn't a big problem. It seems to me that it is common to happen in other appartments I've rent in Italy.
- Alexandra (8/5): Great location with views - Casa di Amici is an excellent choice for a more affordable and "authentic" Rome experience. The building is a smallish palazzo on a corner. The flat has a mix of traditional elements and modern upgrades and can sleep five people. That said, larger sized people may be challenged navigating the apartment or taking a shower. The flat has an unusual layout at the corner on the top floor (3 fairly short flights of stairs to climb) with no nearby buildings blocking views from several rooms. There is no TV, which might be important to some visitors. If you want to cook, there's limited space and equipment, but most visitors will be eating out. The location (very near the Garbatella stop on Line B) is amazing. Apparently, there have been some problems with the water heater and I had the experience of the water radically changing temperature in the shower and while hand washing (no danger of getting burnt but a sudden lack of hot water).
- Karin (9/5): A classical space in an interesting neighborhood - My two sons and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa di Amici. Davide was a friendly and helpful host and was right there with the key when we arrived. The apartment itself is charming in a classical way, with gorgeous lofty ceilings and historical details. There were enough rooms for each of us to have our own space. For our needs the location was excellent: a short subway ride from the ancient sights, and it was a relief to be away from the intense tourist activity of the historic center and to experience the life of more ordinary Romans. Great supermarket and shops (butcher pastry) just steps away. The kitchen eating area was a little cramped, but one could move into the living room for a larger table.
