However in the area where the bar is Ronnie was awesome. Our first room was dirty and the front desk swiftly provided another room.

The check-in process was slow, and I was skipped for some reason even though I had been standing there for 10 minutes. The person behind me, who arrived a few minutes later, was called in to check in before me, which felt unpleasant. The room was fine, except the bedcover and sheets smelled like mildew and weren't completely dry.

Sebastian was exceptionally good and efficient when he checked us in and gave us ideas on where to go and best places to visit. It is a pain having to go out of your room to get hot and cold water at the end of the corridor! A simple kettle in the room would have been nice. Breakfast is good but very expensive!

I also had a problem with a charge of 100US that I never understood. It was a credit to be able to watch a movie that never worked. They told me I would get it back but I’m still waiting. Weird.

La limpieza en la habitación cuando llegamos estaba nítida, sin embargo el día siguiente pasaron solo cambiando paños, no limpiaron el piso ni se llevaron los utensilios sucios… podrían mejorar la limpieza.
