Important Information

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the property, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no trash should be left in the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Robert (8/5): Nice place in a beautiful surrounding. Close to the cost and just a short drive from town. - The location was great, somewhat close to the water, mountains and cozy towns. Pool was nice, outside bbq was great! Kitchen felt properly equipped, even if a little dated. Enough towels for a whole week provided. The hosts stopped by twice, very friendly and welcoming. There had been a few cameras installed in the house. Even though it was just the living room and kitchen, I didn’t like the feeling of being watched. I understand that a host wants to protect his/her property but some privacy needs to be respected. We didn’t make a fuss about it and instead covered them. We let the outside camera facing the driveway uncovered since we didn’t feel bothered about it. Hot water generally lasted for less than 2min. Not enough for multiple people showering. There weren’t any basic supplies like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs or soap.
