Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

The house was not very clean.
- Gail (8/5): Enjoyed our stay - Great location Doir to main bedroom (sliding door) does not slide at all. Needs to be fixed . Main door to balcony also needs attention , hard to open / close
- Moira (6/5): Too much traffic noise and a bit dated - The large balcony ( although noisy with traffic) and proximity to shops/ restaurants. The view to the ocean was nice. The position next to the busy junction. The traffic noise was terrible- started at 5.45am each day and went through till late . We actually left a night early to get home and get a decent sleep.

- Bernard (6/5): passable - for over 2 days we could not use our balcony due to painters painting all the balconies on our block & since our balcony was the only one with a tap,it was used as the main location
- Samantha (1/5): Disappointed - The property was still dirty on arrival and had a foul smell that has come home with me in my suitcase. For the price we paid we had to supply own sheets and towels and make all the beds upon arrival. We were going to cook but after seeing the state of the property we ate out all weekend. The pictures on booking.com are deceiving as the property looks much better online. We spent the first few hours feeling very disappointed at the choice of accommodation. Upon leaving we had to remove all rubbish and clean it completely, I understand leaving it tidy but why pay a cleaning fee if we have to clean it? I go on holidays to take a break but this did not feel like s break at all making beds and cleaning the apartment on arrival and departure. Just awful!!

- Williams (9/5): Fleetwood 2 is a perfect get away in a great location! - Fleetwood 2 was in a perfect location, close to cafes, restaurants, walks and the beach etc. The balcony was fabulous for our morning brekkies & afternoon drinks. Main bedroom & loungeroom had air-con & a fan which was great for those warm nights. Fully equipped kitchen with small laundry attached. Would definately book again! Second bedroom was very dark for children with only a small window for fresh air but hard to get to with bunk bed in way. No air-con with only a fan in the wardrobe which would take up the very small floor area. It was warm in Sept so summer months would be unbearable.
- Diane (9/5): Peaceful and tranquil feeling around the area. - Great location, walking distance to walking tracks, shops, restaurants and hotel. Everything you need was provided. Was a bit noisy at night but being in a central location it was worth it. Needs a new toaster and airing out beforehand.
- Anant (9/5): Great views and excellent stay with family. - Loved the views from the property. There was a lot of sunlight, which is amazing. Also, the kitchen is stocked fairly well which was important for us because we did our own cooking. There was a lot that we had to bring - sheets, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels and toilet paper. This is noted in their page but I would have liked more essentials to be stocked.
