• Stelios (9/5): A very comfortable house close to the center of Brussels. - The location was perfect and the bus stop was very close to the house, the facilities were enough to prepare a descent meal...The house was large enough and the neighborhood was quit and safe. There is not elevator
• Johanne (5/5): Passable - They send 5 emails a days with the same message or asking if I want to buy additional things like airport transportation. They were requesting me to pay extra for insurance, like it's mandatory or I my reservation wasn't confirmed until I payed the insurance fee (although I had pay already). Felt super creepy to have to pay extra at some random website after I already booked and payed.

• Petr (9/5): Great place in a clean, quiet area with a shop and direct public transport to the city center. - The location was good, clean (for Brussel's standards), quiet at night and there was a bus and a tram to the city in 5 minutes walk. There's a grocery store nearby. The apartment itself is very pleasant, clean and comfy. The main door to the building is basically broken and I don't believe you really need keys to force-open it by hand (though I didn't try too hard). Sure, the apartments have their own doors, but this certainly doesn't introduce feeling of safety. Windows don't have day curtains so all neighbors see right into the apartment.

• Natalie (8/5): Weekend in Brussels for my daughters wedding - The apartment was spacious, modern, and clean. The bedroom area was nicer in real life than the pictures. It's in a nice quiet residential area, plenty of shops, cafes (Leopold Cafe is good for coffee and pastries for breakfast), restaurants and bars nearby. It was nice and bright and airy with big windows throughout. Check-in and out were easy. The beds were comfortable. There was no dishwasher as advertised. Hairdryer is not usable as it has an American plug on it ( panic on the morning of the wedding!) There seems to be an issue with the main door and it was often left unlocked by other residents, there was also noise from the apartment below late at night (though this may have been a one off).
• Haley (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet location with super easy access to the city center. Not far at all. Clean space, plenty of room, blankets, towels, etc. We loved it, would stay again.
• Srivathsaa (9/5): Great place to stay, would definitely recommend. - Absolutely fantastic location and apartment. The view is unbelievable. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Many stairs to climb.
• Dilys (9/5): Great stay in Brussels - The location was right next to the bus stop that took you straight into the city or the airport. It was incredibly convenient. The space was huge too. Every room was almost too big. Huge bedroom, huge living room and huge kitchen. The things we didn't like could be easily fixed. The stove gave a little trouble to light and for some reason the toilet seat wasn't attached to the bowl. These could be easily fixed by management.
