• Franz (9/5): Top, supergünstiger Aufenthalt für alles, was man benötigt - Super, sauberes Appartement, sehr zentral, sehr geräumig, super Betten, Küche perfekt, bester Cafe, alles da, was man benötigt, eigene Garage, unkompliziertes Check in, alles Bestens, sehr zu empfehlen, sehr günstig Bei offenem Fenster hört man Zug, aber das hat nur mein Mann gehört

Confortevole, silenzioso, caldo al punto giusto. Comodissimo infine l'annesso garage box sito a 5 metri dal portone d'entrata. Decisamente consigliato. Niente

• Anica (8/5): Eine angenehme Ausszeit! - Die Wohnung ist für einen Besuch von Villach perfekt gelegen. In der Innenstadt ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus an sich ist etwas laut, aber für ein paar Tage ist es okay.

• Fanni (9/5): It is a really nice and calm apartment with great location and a garage for our car. - The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning was a dream in 34 degrees. The city center is just a few blocks away. There was no elevator in the building which was not the idealist with an old dog.

• Vanja (9/5): - Super Lage, 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Villach, 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet, es wäre sogar ein Beistellbett für ein Kleinkind da gewesen. Unser Hund durfte ebenfalls mit uns einen Urlaub in Villach genießen. Eine abschließbare Garage ist ebenfalls enthalten. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft!

Purtroppo nei giorni di festa era tutto chiuso ma abbiamo optato - Appartamento in zona residenziale tranquilla a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Villacco. Utilissimo il parcheggio privato per la macchina. Appartamento pulitissimo e accogliente dotato di ogni comfort. Promosso!
• Henke (8/5): Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. - Das ist eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof kann man nachts die Fenster nicht geöffnet lassen, aber bei geschlossenen Fenster hört man die Züge kaum.

Wir gehen davon aus, dass diese unangenehme Komplikation nicht von uns, sondern von unzureichenden Informationen Ihrerseits oder von Booking.com verursacht wurde. Bei der Suche nach einer Unterkunft mit Haustier geben fast alle Anbieter an, dass Haustiere auf Anfrage und gegen eine Gebühr erlaubt sind (deren Höhe nicht angegeben ist). Daher haben wir vor der Bezahlung der Unterkunft über booking.com folgende Anfrage gestellt: „Bitte bestätigen Sie die Möglichkeit der Unterbringung mit einem kleinen Hund (Toy Pudel) und die Höhe der Gebühr.“ Wir haben weder von Booking.com noch von Ihnen eine Antwort auf diese Frage erhalten. Während unseres Aufenthalts oder im weiteren Kontakt haben Sie Sie nicht über den erforderlichen Betrag der Kurtaxe und dessen Hinterlegung im Safe informiert, sondern Sie haben auch nicht um die Zahlung der Hundegebühr gebeten. Erfahrungsgemäß sind wir mit diesen zusätzlichen Bedingungen nicht zufrieden, da wir erst nach der Bezahlung der Unterkunft oder nach weiterer Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter von der möglichen Hundegebühr erfahren. Wir stoßen auf unrealistische Forderungen wie beispielsweise eine Gebühr von 20 Euro pro Tag. Wir möchten dies stets vermeiden und versuchen, die Bedingungen im Voraus zu erfahren, aber das Booking.com-Portal geht nicht darauf ein, und das ist ein Fehler. Dies ist der Grund für unser Missverständnis. Aufgrund Ihrer Anfrage und Hilfsbereitschaft werden wir versuchen, eine Bewertung abzugeben, die Ihre Punktzahl nicht mindert. Wir vermeiden daher die Bewertung der Immobilie selbst. Unsere Empfehlung: Es wäre sinnvoll, das Garagentor zu reparieren, zu streichen und vor allem mit einem Griff an der Innenseite zu versehen, damit auch kleine Menschen wie meine Freundin das Tor selbst schließen können.
• Thomas (7/5): - Sauber, mit Küche. Garage inklusive. Einrichtung ist Geschmack Sache aber alles in einem sehr gutem Zustand und für paar Nächte vollkommen ausreichend. Direkt an der Straße deswegen nicht sehr empfehlenswert mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

• Alberto (10/5): - Leggendo le altre recensioni pensavo fossero esagerate ed invece dopo essere stato ospite per 3 giorni, confermo che è un'ottima struttura, vicinissimo al centro, pulita, confortevole, box privato se si va in auto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Non c'è niente da migliorare, va benissimo così

Am găsit in apartament un pat confortabil , o bucătărie utilata cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie in caz ca iti dorești sa gătești. In pretul cazarii era inclus și cate un Erlebniscard pentru fiecărei persoana cazata, cu el am avut anumite facilități in anumite locații.

• Rax82 (8/5): Pleasant stay - Easy check in. Spacious apartment, looks like a normal flat. Everything seemed clean. Coffee is free in the apartment. All in all, solid 8/10 Instructions only in German. Apartment is nice, but it was very hot, no fan or AC. Building is old, and it smells like an old building.

• Vladimir (8/5): Peaceful and convenient - We enjoyed this spacious apartment with a kitchen and large bathroom. Very pleasant, on the first floor, and about 10-15 mins walk to the centre of Villach. The parking was convenient and the communication with hosts very good. This was a very good and pleasant experience, we only stayed one night and had all we needed.
