• Ian (7/5): Great apartment, let down by cleaning - The central location was perfect for us and the underground car park was a bonus. It had all the facilities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, as well as a huge rooftop area to sit outside. The staff who we communicated with were also great, very responsive and helpful. The standard of cleaning let it down. As soon as we arrived, we noticed crumbs on the kitchen benches and in the cupboards next to the bins. Later, we noticed a huge cobweb at the top of the bedroom patio doors and the bedside lamps were covered in dust, they had obviously not been cleaned for some time. It was such a a shame, because if the cleaning had been better we couldn't have faulted it.

• anne (7/5): Modern large appartment, central with all facilities - It had a big deck, secure parking and was central . There was aircon in each room. Nice appliances , beds great size and comfortable. Looked modern The floors needed a vacuum and mop. Some kitchen cabinets were broken, tapware was loose and/or put on upside down 🤷‍♀️ The ensuite lights were too dull to put on makeup

Just some feedback for the money that we paid it could have been cleaner Floors could have been washed - a tad sticky & vacuumed better especially under the couches ! More than 1 tea towel would be better more than 1 toilet Roll in each bathroom, sink could have been scrubbed. Get your cleaning staff to check out the draws in bedrooms found empty cans of alcohol?? Perhaps a folder with recommendations of eateries!

• Kelly (8/5): Great spot. - Fantastic property in great location. Super clean , great views and awesome outside area . Manager great with check in & check out times. Welcome fruit platter. BBQ was dirty which was disappointing and surprising as rest of property immaculate. House is for 6 but if weather was bad it wouldn’t be suitable for 6 adults to relax in living area.
• Tracey (7/5): We really enjoyed our stay, but we’re disappointed with the host and there is definitely some room for improvement. - The apartment was spacious with lovely furniture and wonderfully appointed bathrooms. Lovely large terrace and quite a close walk into the city centre. I sent through a couple of questions - what kind of coffee machine was in the apartment so we could purchase coffee pods and where were the barbecue tools if any. I never heard back. When we went to use the barbecue, it was completely filthy and there was nothing provided to clean it. Furthermore there were no barbecue tools which made cooking very challenging. The kitchen was also sparsely equipped.

• Parker (10/5): When we arrived, we just knew this was our kind of property and really appreciated it. - EVERYTHING! The apartment was beautifully presented...warm and welcoming. We have stayed in many places on the globe, but this apartment was right up there in terms of anything one could want. Aesthetically pleasing, spacious, spotless, luxurious with very comfortable furniture. The bathrooms were huge with plenty of towels and the bedrooms were provided with good quality linens. When we rang, Robert was exceedingly helpful and very pleasant to us. We would love to come back for a summer stay and enjoy the rooftop garden which was inviting. There is nothing.

• Lousie (9/5): Overall enjoyed the stay - Bathrooms amazing Only having one key. If someone was up having a sleep and the others were out for food needed to always let them in. In emergency situations should have an extra key to be able to get the car out. Should have two keys.

It had everything, we had smiles on our faces the whole time. It was very relaxing and we really want to come back! It was awesome!!! Nothing was negative.
