• Maksim (10/5): - An excellent, quiet apartment in a nice neighborhood in Miami. This is not a standalone house, but specifically an apartment. The building itself contains only two units; the owner lives in the other one. I’d like to highlight the excellent soundproofing—a real rarity in the U.S. We couldn't hear the neighbors at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

• Ludovico (10/5): Perfect stay and hospitality - The house was perfect (the name is spot-on) and the location is excellent, close to everything you'll need (obviously by car, according to American standards). Vincent is the perfect host, always ready to give you advice on activities, restaurants, and more. He has an answer to all your needs and even provides a very useful binder packed with pamphlets about local activities and instructions for the house devices. Anyone hosted by Vincent knows that he truly cares and doesn’t want to be just a stranger

• JOHN-BAPTISTE (9/5): - Maison bien aménagée pour un séjour en famille. Très fonctionnelle ou chacun avait son espace. Proche des commerces, des loisirs et de l'autoroute. Quartier sur et calme avec un stationnement gratuit devant la maison. La présence d'un lave linge et sèche linge était appréciable avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Beaucoup de rangement pour chacun Aire de jeux pour enfant a environ 10 minutes a pieds. Hote discret et très réactif. Il a répondu a chacunes de nos demande avec bienveillance. Système d'air conditionné un peu bruillant. Notre hôtel travail deja a améliorer le système.

The host welcomed us without any hesitation, even at that late hour. The facility is beautiful, with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Very spacious an relaxing vibe. - The property was spacious. 3 adult males and felt like we had own space to relax. We didn’t use the kitchen but Vincent had everything we needed to cook at home. Getting in the property was very simple. Vincent also provided bath towels and beach towels. The only downside of this property was the distance from the beach. But we knew this when we booked it. No fault to Vincent.

• Gerard (10/5): Well appointed, comfortable duplex apartment in updated condition. Very clean and comfortable. Vince was accessible at a - Excellent location right near Miracle Mile and not far from Little Havana. Very comfortable bed. Good amenities. Cold a/c. Self-entry was a breeze. Parking on premises. Living room couch should be cleaned. It's comfortable but color is yellow and shows stains. We put a throw on it. Rest of property is very clean.

Car loaded with everything for the dorm, we were able to pull the car right up to the front door and unload things into the house for a couple days until college move-in day. The host Vince was very helpful with advice about visiting Miami - travel, restaurants, tourist spots. House was super clean and had everything needed - comfy beds, full bath, kitchen with everything, great internet service. Nice location in safe neighborhood, 10 minute drive to University of Miami, easy drive or Uber to other locations in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Very short drive 5 or less minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and other stores. Much better than hotels that do not have self-parking and charge for valet (most hotels in Miami it seems). Will definitely book again. Everything was perfect.

For groceries shopping Milam's supermarket is in walking distance. Uber fare for trips to any of the attraction points in Miami is between 15-20 $. Airport to property was 23$ + tip with Uber Confort (new Tesla). Vince, the owner, was a fantastic host. He was very discrete yet responsive and helpful throughout our stay, offering local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. His warm hospitality made our Miami experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend Miami's Cozy Tropical Getaway for anyone seeking a relaxing and comfortable stay in a pleasant cozy location. Vince's hospitality truly made the experience even more special. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

• Laurin (10/5): Nice, cozy apartment. Close to Miami downtown, but quiet neighborhood. - Nice, quiet neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and looked after with love. Enough space (two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room). There was a washer and drier. The host was very helpful and nice. Lack of kitchen supplies like small cutting knife and wooden spoon. But these are minor complains.

We even hung out for a while after check in when he invited us into his yard. During our stay, he was attentive yet completely out of sight. Excellent host. He was a little anal about keeping the property neat for the next gueat. Once we checked in, he was already onto the next guest. Otherwise, there were no major complaints, and we in fact, tried to rebook him a week later.
