Кухнята е оборудване с абсолютно всичко, даже имаше продукти от първа необходимост: сол, захар, олио, подправки и др. Апартамента се намира на 5м. пеша от метростанция. Ако обичате да вървите, катедралата Дуомо е на 20 минути пеша. Може да са помисли, да се сложи една микровълнова, за по-голямо удобство на посетителите!

• Stefano (10/5): Excellent! - Perfect location, about 20 minutes away on foot from Duomo Cathedral. The flat was clean, cozy and well secured. The host was welcoming and always available for any help and advice. None I can think of.

I’ve never met such a kind and responsive host. There was no unpleasant smell in the apartment, it was quiet inside despite the location, and there’s a great café just around the corner. I travel a lot, and I can confidently say this is one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended! Nono

Всё необходимое было под рукой: большая удобная кухня, чистота, уют и продуманные мелочи, которые делают пребывание особенно приятным. Отдельно хочется отметить отличное расположение — буквально в нескольких минутах от центра и всех главных достопримечательностей. Пешком добирались до нужных мест без проблем. Хозяин был всегда на связи, быстро отвечал на все вопросы и помогал с любыми нюансами — за это отдельное спасибо! Если будем снова в Милане — обязательно выберем эту квартиру снова. • Christian (9/5): Perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende. - Sehr geräumig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Wohnung war etwas kalt, auch in der Nacht (trotz schönem Wetter Anfang Oktober). Aber bestimmt hätte der Vermieter eine Lösung gehabt, wenn wir nachgefragt hätten.

The apathy has everything same like the 5 stars hotel. There was some ants in the bathroom which was scary for the kids . The key of the door is so hard to deal with. Ther was a noisy dog in the neighborhood which is so noisy that we couldn’t sleep well.

• Milan (10/5): Perfect Holiday Home! - The property was located in the heart of Milan making it convenient to travel as it’s near the metro station. The owner (Jimmy) was extremely welcoming and was always just a phone call away. He would always be available to help with any queries in the apartment. He waited outside for us when we arrived so we could safely locate the house and show the apartment. To add to that, we requested if he could buy a cake for our anniversary (which we would pay for later ) but instead he didn’t accept any money for it . In addition, he gave us a welcome drink and biscuits which made us very happy. Nothing to dislike - everything was convenient and to our liking.
• Roman (10/5): - Absolútne skvelé ubytovanie v centre mesta! Boli sme nadšení každým detailom nášho pobytu. Poloha apartmánu je úplne top - všetko bolo doslova na dosah ruky. Samotný apartmán bol úžasný, mal všetko, čo sme potrebovali-práčka,myčka, papuče, uteráky, zubné kefky, zubná pasta, žehliaca doska, žehlička, fén, dáždniky…Okrem toho na nás na začiatku pobytu čakali džúsy, káva, prosecco a dokonca aj malé prekvapenie pre deti! Určite sa sem ešte vrátime a dávame tomuto miestu hodnotenie 11/10 s radosťou!

• Grégory (9/5): Court séjour visite Milan, Duomo - Emplacement très stratégique pour visiter Milan soit à pied soit en transport en commun. A l'époque où certains distribuent les clés dans les sous-sol de la gare, JIMMY fut très accueillant, ponctuel, il a même aidé à porter nos valise, et agrémenté notre court séjour de petites attentions pour nos enfants très appréciées! Appartement fonctionnel, sécurisé, très propre et bien équipé. Le prix du parking est à prévoir: 5 euros de l'heure avec l'application easypark, heureusement gratuit la nuit.
• Rania (10/5): Excellent appartement - Une très belle découverte, l’appartement est encore plus spacieux que sur les photos avec une belle hauteur sur plafond. Il est très propre, très confortable, tout est pensé dans le détail vous pouvez y trouver tout le nécessaire pour être à l’aise. Vous trouverez tout le nécessaire à la toilette (brosse à dent, dentifrice, coton tige, coton, gel douche/ shampoing) L’appartement est bien placé, à proximité du tram et métro mais tout peut se faire à pied. Vous trouverez dans la même rue une super boulangerie (Martesana), une pharmacie, des petits markets, un tabac et plusieurs restaurants très bons tels que Pizza AM, Rom Antica…etc L’hôte Jimmy est très sympathique et très arrangeant. Allez-y les yeux fermés!

• M (10/5): Simplemente maravilloso y un gran guest!!! - FANTÁSTICO! Súper céntrico, y Jimmy fue muy amable. Había de todo! Zapatillas, gel, champú… hasta las sábanas eran nuevas! Todo súper limpio y mucho mas grande que en las fotos! Realmente el se porto súper bien, hasta nos dejo café y unos refrescos. La verdad me sentí como en casa y creo que mejor es imposible. Siempre pendiente de todo en todo momento sin duda hizo nuestra experiencia en Milán algo único!
