• Claudine (8/5): Semaine à Roses en avril - Carlos, le propriétaire, est très chouette et très attentionné. L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est parfaitement situé Le seul bémol est les 3 étages à monter avec les bagages dans un escalier assez étroit. De plus la rue piétonne ne permet pas de décharger les bagages au bas de l'immeuble

• Jacques (10/5): Un logement agréable au cœur de la ville et des tapas - Situation dans une zone piétonne au calme à 150 m de la mer et des commerces de proximité. Zone piétonne implique stationnement distant mais en intersaison les places sont nombreuses à moins de 100m et le stationnement est gratuit.
• Lethuillier (8/5): Bon compromis qualité/prix - L'accueil du gérant Carlos, à 200m de la plage ,en plein centre de roses. Le plus,tv française 25 chaînes pour les soirées surtout en hors période. Le seul bémol est la salle de bain un peu petite.

A proximité de toutes les commodités et de la plage. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour et bien tristes de devoir partir. Nous reviendrons très certainement. On ne peut pas garer sa voiture devant le logement, mais nous avons trouvé des places très facilement à proximité. Sinon,le propriétaire propose une place de parking vraiment pas cher.

• Maurizio (9/5): È stato molto piacevole, Roses è vivace ma non caotica. - Appartamento in posizione centrale, parcheggio a disposizione a 5 minuti a piedi. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento ideale per 3 persone. Bagno un po piccolo e terrazzo condiviso poco sfruttabile.

• John (9/5): Superb - The location in Roses was great, very close to the beach , shops & restaurants. We parked on Dr. Barraquer and always found a space. An advertised washing machine is not always in the apartment,this one is on the roof terrace, with drying facilities. The tiny sink in the bathroom.

• Glen (8/5): Very good - Location excellent, the apartment was top notch! Very clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable! We had apartment # 3, at the top of some very long stairs. If you have weak knees, dont try it. Also parking can be a bit of a challenge.
• Maarten (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment in the center with all amenities, soft beds, practical bathroom and kitchen and rooftop terrace with barbecue. We will definitely go back there.
• Keith (10/5): Absolutely loved Roses and the apartment. Will be coming back. - The apartment was ideally situated in the middle of Roses town and only 150 metres from the beach. The bed in particular was very comfortable. But everything was good. Because it was in a pedestrian area parking was 250 yards away from the apartment but it wasn’t a real problem.
