• Anđelka (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and calm place to stay, close to the botanical garden, supermarket, and charming shops. It takes time to understand that the key box is a super small box attached to the gutter on the left - one photo can make a difference. :-)

• Claus (8/5): Good flat, good location. Great for short stay. - Nice flat. Good location close to Belvedere. 2 bedrooms. Living and Kitchen. Separated by doors. Quiet. No hangers for clothes in the hallway. No shower curtain. A bit bland. Doesn’t feel ver homely but really has all you need for a short stay. Early check out at 11. We did not use the option for late check out at 13.00 as this would have cost 30 Euros extra, which I find a bit over the top.

• Mark (8/5): Nice apartment, but no internet - Good location, 3 separated clean rooms with comfortable beds, easy to check in. There were no wi-fi or TV channels, so if you don’t have mobile internet you’ll be disappointed.

• Myroslava (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect! 10-15 minutes from the railway station and up to 35 minutes from the center. I advise you to walk, because on your way to the center you will see wonderful places! The two-roomed flat is good enough for a big family. An apartment offers coffee, tea, variety of oils - everything you need for your stay. Flat is easy to be approached. I would definitely choose this apartment for the next year for Christmas time. During your visits in winter you have to keep in mind, that heating works only within definite time (from 19 till 5 o'clock in the morning), so it is quiet cold. WiFi does not work, but we learned that before our stay from other references here. We took that as an advantage for our family with children .
• Kimberly (7/5): The only issue was the internet and TV. It’s not a huge problem but we needed to do some work and were unable. - The apartment was a nice size and clean. No shower curtain No sink near the toilet No internet or TV
• Coiciu (3/5): Bad experience - It was warm inside. Even if check-in is at 16:00 and you would think they need time to clean the entire apartment from 11:00 when check out is done we found a very dirty apartment, full with dust, sofa and chairs from living room stain and avoided to sit on them, bed sheets dirty with hair, dust and all kind of stuff on them. We pointed out this issue to the one who administrate the apartment, we sent photos to confirm what we said and the answer received was " ok I will ask my cleaning staff about this situation" , no sorry for this situation, we will solve somehow. Next day he/she said somebody will come to clean the entire apartment but nobody came and no message received. For 3 days it cost around 980 euro and we received only dust, dirt and lack of respect. Photos from booking.com I think are very old, maybe since the apartment was new because they don't show the curent condition. I informed also Booking about our experience hoping others will not have the same as ours.
• Naila (8/5): Very good - It's clean and a new apartment. Self checkin is easy. Sheets are clean. Looks exactly like pictures. The Wifi was not working. There is no streetside parking space availability near the location. The bathroom is small.

• Elena (7/5): Nice apartment with good location - Apartment is in good location, very conveninent to get to the downtown by public transport or walking, Belvedere is on 5 min walking distance. Ver nice area with places to have breakfast & dinner. Kitchen is fully equiped & beds are comfortable. There was no instruction for the WiFi & TV was not woring. WC & bathroom are not very convenient.
• Markulic (7/5): Good - People friendly, had an elevator which was great. Close to the rail station, city and shops. Large and comfortable beds. Television wasn't working, no washing machine which is a must to have.
• James (8/5): We would stay here again! - Great value for money. Clean and cozy, supermarket and tram super close. One fan didn’t work, no shower curtain or spatula.
• Vitalina (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location, easy to get to the center. Can walk in Belvedere. Enough room for everyone No bags for the trash. Hair on the couch from previous guests. No shower curtain and no spot to leave clothes when showering
• Erim (8/5): Very good - beds are comfy, room is located in a good neighbourhood, we really liked the property. we stayed as a family of 4 and the apartment is big for us can even stay 6 people. kitchen and the utulities on kitchen are very good, we had our breakfasts on the property, there are numerous bakeries, markets, stores in the neighbourhood. we really liked the place , it is a good choise for a budget travel. host is kind and really good communication. the location is near to the main public transport and just a walk distence to the most touristical attractions. well the cleaning can be better. i mean the cleaning was good but i guess it had a very crowded season so here are the missing items: sofas and chairs are overoll clean but smudge & stain on the fabrics of the furniture, , we could not use tv remote with solar energy during our stay but we did not use tv we were there for the breakfast and sleeping only. (we told them to the hosts and they were ready to change)
• Prashant (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, spacious and clean. The wifi didn't work from day one despite all efforts and communication with the owner. Unfortunately there wasn't any support from the owner to resolve the issue and we were left without any wifi and no television during our stay.
