Guest Reviews
- Sissoko (8/5): - L'emplacement du logement est proche des transports. Les sanitaires et les parties communes
- Stefan (7/5): -
- Zeynab (1/5): - Nothing I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the condition of the flat upon our arrival. The property was in an unacceptable and unhygienic state, which was far below the expected standards.
Specifically:
The flat was extremely dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned before our stay.
The mattress cover was stained and unhygienic.
The bins were left full, including used towels that had not been removed.
The bathroom was particularly dirty and required a complete recleaning.
We were so disappointed that we had to clean the entire flat ourselves before we could stay there comfortably. This experience was very unpleasant and far from what was promised in the listing.
I kindly request a full explanation and a partial or full refund to compensate for the condition of the accommodation and the inconvenience caused.
Please respond as soon as possible to confirm how this issue will be resolved.
- Siemen (7/5): What we could expect for the price - Everything was there. Beds were ok Too few chairs. Mirrors could be cleaner
- Rosalie Ruby (8/5): -
- Emily (5/5): Overall needs some more cleaning, but sufficed for a couple of nights as a place to sleep. - Good sized bedrooms and social space It could definitely do with some deep cleaning and attention to detail, but it did the job for a place to sleep.
- Jasper (7/5): - Locatie, grote moderne kamers Rook een beetje muf
- Pam (9/5): -
- DENISE (10/5): - We meet the owner he was very helpful and willing to accommodate.
An excellent place to stay close to all areas
Very good value for money
Would stay again
- Ben (4/5): - Tiny bathroom
Dirty
Bad smell
- Eva (8/5): -
- Valentina (6/5): - Gli spazi la gentilezza di Abdul che ci ha accolto e ci è andato a comprare sale e carta igienica Moquette, sporcizia soprattutto la cucina e i bagni
- Anonymous (3/5): I can’t recommend this to anyone - I would not stay here again.
First of all the only modern thing about this apartment is the kitchen that has been renovated at some point.
There is a strong smell of mold and the whole apartment needs deep cleaning. There was chocolate on the floor, hair on the bedsheets, stains on the towels and the list goes on. Most doors inside the apartment also cannot be closed including the main bathroom door.
There was only 1 working fan and that came with a 2 hour timer, so sleeping was very difficult due to the heat.
The neighbourhood is not the nicest and it gets noisy during the night time.
On our 2nd night someone was renovating upstairs at 1 o’clock in the morning.
All 4 street side windows can be closed but can’t be locked since all the locks are broken. The flat is approximately 2,5 meters from the ground level.
As a cherry on top, the apartment did not come with any kind of soap so you will need to bring your own.
- Estie (6/5): Pleasant - We wanted a cheap flat, with easy access to public transport ( We used Edgware rd Bakerloo line) and where my teenagers did not have to share a room. That we definitely got. We also wanted the option to make our own food but this we never did as we were just always out and about. The nice thing about this flat is that there are two toilets - always good if travelling in a bigger group. There are also lots of supermarkets and bakeries close to the flat. The biggest problem is the block of flats this accommodation in - it is not that clean. SO just be prepared for that. The stairs are sticky and the Neighbour's display of brooms and dead plants are not the most welcoming. But we still enjoyed our stay
- Willemina (8/5): Enjoyed the fact that I could walk to Lords within a few minutes. Flat is clean and neat. - The flat is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It is within walking distance from The Lords Cricket Fields (about 10 minutes). Ideal for my purpose. Not the best area but I never felt unsafe.
Directions to collect the keys can be improved.
Basic supplies not in the flat
- Marek (9/5): Filled our expectations - Nice location, privacy for all of us 5 Supemarket close, good equipped kitchen
- Eljod (10/5): Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Notting Hill! - We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Notting Hill. The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore London. The apartment itself was spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Our host was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always available to help with recommendations or any questions we had. Their hospitality truly made our experience even better.
- Ana (8/5): Cozy flat, family friendly. - The place was very cosy and warm, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were comfortable and very quiet during the night. The place was really close to supermarkets and nice pubs and restaurants and 8/10 min walking for a metro station that connect directly with the main attractions. Me and my family had a great time there and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had a bit of trouble picking up the shower trick, the water was super hot but then we figured it out.
- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carter (7/5): Good but wouldn’t stay again - Nice decor inside Not the best location - half a roll of toilet paper is not enough when it sleeps 6.
Bathrooms not very clean
- Ana (9/5): Superb - It was warm and cozy
- Yuki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steph (7/5): Ok for the location - Good space and location No WiFi and very small bathroom
- Natasha (7/5): Good - 3 bedrooms for 5 adults. 15 min walk to metro station. Great to have a washing machine. Comfortable beds. Bathroom is small but that is what you get in an old building. Nicely updated apartment. Apartment was not cleaned thoroughly. Spoke to host who was appreciative of feedback and considering changing cleaners. Initially was difficult to find the unit number.
- Natasha (7/5): Comfortable place, lots of potential. Teething issues that once sorted will make for a great place - Decent sized apartment. Easy access to public transport. There were teething issues, which can be expected with a newish listing. Moyata was really appreciative of the feedback, though, which makes for a good host. So, assuming it's taken on board, it'll make for a great listing.
For us, the place was really unclean. My crawling infant managed to identify all sorts of rubbish in the carpet. The skirting board and bathroom needed attention, too. Moyata was going to speak to the cleaner, though, so hopefully, that's resolved for future guests.
Needs a bit more attention to detail overall, though, especially cleaning as mentioned, and the little aspects that help guests feel welcome
- Vanessa (4/5): Disappointing - Owner was accommodating to let us leave our luggages earlier than the check in time. Wifi wasn’t working throughout 4 days and was not fixed.
There were issues with the shower, drainage problem and the actual owner of the house came banging on our doors at 12 midnight which woke everyone up and gave us a shock trying to determine his identity. Our calls to the agent went unanswered and the owner could not reach the agent of the listing. The next day it happened again and we were told we were unable to use the shower for the night. The agent did not reply to this. Our stay was greatly disrupted due to this incident.
- Rachel (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE - NOTHING The location was a low socio-economic area full of shady people. There was the smell of w*ed coming from windows we passed and there were urine smelling dark concrete stairwells.
Had to walk along a concrete landing with peoples dirty bedding being aired and various knotted plastic bags lying around. Flat had no lamps, urine stains round toilet kitchen looked tired and dirty. The flat had a horrible vibe to it.
Used tissue left by bed
Flat wasn't ready/cleaned til after 5pm
We left and booked a hotel instead.
- Jenny (6/5): The unit was located in a fairly low socio economic area. The block of units appeared quite run down but our unit had al - Location to London for walking & public transport very good. Looked & felt a little like a ghetto from the outside.
Felt a little unsafe arriving late at night.
Main bathroom very small.
Ad said it had air conditioning - it didn’t. Only one fan which we shared during very hot conditions.
- Dirk (7/5): Good - Convenient location. Roomy Was hard to find the key. Perhaps a picture of where the box is would have helped as there are many boxes
- Van (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ngoud (10/5): Perfect - Everything! It was a perfect place. Owners are very accommodating. The rooms are big and relaxing. Very comfy beds amazing storage areas. Lovely living space. Very clean and secure. Owners went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend this place! Nothing
- Kim (7/5): Good - Nicely presented and clean 3 bed unit with lounge/dining.
Beds very comfortable.
Kitchen well equipped.
Additional toilet.
Good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Marylebone tube station. Short walk to St Johns Wood, local Clifton St supermarket and cafes. Local pub at the corner excellent food. Would be great if hand soap was provided - , walk in the door and wash hands.
- Jennii (10/5): Brilliant communication and accommodation from host. Thankyou very very much! - Very clean Nothing
