However, what truly made the experience unforgettable was the quality of the staff and the level of service across every department. The reception team was extremely professional, welcoming, and efficient. The restaurant staff delivered a refined dining experience with excellent service and organization, while the Beach Club team created an outstanding atmosphere with exceptional hospitality and attention to guests’ comfort. It is very clear that the hotel is managed with world-class standards and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, something that is becoming increasingly rare even among luxury resorts. Without exaggeration, this is easily one of the finest hotels in the North Coast, and certainly a destination I look forward to visiting again.

Przed sezonem tylko jeden rodzaj jedzenia ale ostatni dzień już pełny bufet z pysznym jedzeniem. Wifi trzeba odświeżać kod co dwa dni.

- هلا وسهلا (8/5): - Welcoming and easy check in Ms. Basent and Ms Shrouk really they are excellent and professional. The location is amazing on the Alamaein coast. Many swimming pools provide incredible views for all the rooms. A large heated swimming pool is available under good maintenance and operating conditions. Restaurants Staff feel you as if you are a guest in their house. The quality of the breakfast needs to be enhanced. It is not bought from supermarkets and distribution it on a table. Although these observations, the breakfast has a variety and plenty of options. The pie baker is professional thanks to him.
