Etage ohne Fahrstuhl Parkplatzsituation recht schwierig Kleinigkeiten in der Küche fehlen, wie Pfannenwender und größere Salatschüssel und 2. große Kaffeetasse Kühlschrank brummt unangenehm -> trotzdem klasse Wohnung!

• Marius-Cristinel (9/5): un sejur minunat - Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte buna. Aparatamentul este situat la ultimul etaj, a fost renovat, este spatios, confortabil si dotat cu tot ceea ce este necesar. Apartamentul este chiar la bulavardul principal, unde se gasesc numeroase magazine si terase. Este aproape de port, noi mergand pe jos pantru a pleca intr-o excursie de-o zi cu barca pe mare. Parcarea nu este asigurata gratuit, dar nu a fost nici o problema: am gasit loc gratuit de parcare destul de usor, undeva in spatele blocului. Nimic.

• Ruhault (8/5): Convenable pour 2 nuits, bon rapport qualité prix. - Logement propre, spacieux et bien équipé Le logement indique une place de parking, alors qu’en réalité il n’y a aucun parking privé, seulement des places publique dans la ville aux alentours du logement. L’accès au logement se trouve dans une rue pas très bien entretenue, voir même un peu insalubre.

The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities you could need. From a fully equipped kitchen to warm water and a great TV setup, everything was thoughtfully provided. The view was lovely, adding to the sense of comfort. What truly made this stay memorable, though, was the host’s communication. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about ensuring I had the best experience. It felt like staying at a home away from home. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Vlora!”
• Predrag (9/5): Good place for a short stay in Vlore - Good place, big apartment. Noisy during night due to water pipes going around the building.
• Gary (3/5): I very unpleasant experience. - I was glad that I only stayed one night. It says in the listing that I will receive the check in instructions the day before, but I only received them a couple of hours before and only after multiple requests. This created a very stressful time prior to check in. No apologies were forthcoming from the host. When I arrived all the metal shutters were closed, the electricity had been turned off, there was no hot water, and the flat was very cold. It was like arriving to a refrigerated warehouse. The host gave the reason as extreme weather and security. This didn't add up as there hadn't been any bad weather for a couple of days before my arrival.

• Zora (8/5): Great place to stay in Vlöre - Very nice apartment with all of the amenities you need. The hosts were also super responsive which was an added plus :-) seems to be newly refurbished and we really liked the location being a little more quiet. A little home away from home :-) The appartment had a coffee machine but not capsules. We understand this is an added expense but perhaps the coffee machine shouldn't be there at all? We were not gonna buy a pack of capsules for two nights. There was also no kettle in the appartment.

• Andrii (10/5): Exceptional - The spacious flat was perfect for our family of four, with enough room for two children and two adults. The location is fantastic, allowing us to visit the best restaurants in Vlorë with just a short walk. Additionally, there are grocery stores conveniently located right in front of the building. The two air conditioners kept the flat comfortably cool in any weather The only small disadvantage is the parking space. Sometimes it was difficult to park near the apartment itself. However, this is a common issue in Albania. If you’re flexible with using any available parking spots, it shouldn’t ruin your trip

• Klodiana (9/5): Overall our stay at Boulevard Apartments - Vlora was excellent and very comfortable for us. I also found this apartment - The apartment was very spacious, nice and clean, with lots of sunlight coming in. It was obvious that it had been recently renovated and the owners had thought of everything you could possibly need on a self-catering holiday, from the cooking to cleaning facilities, all the way to the hairdryer and iron. A very nice touch was the espresso machine and Netflix membership. The Wi-Fi was very good too. The instructions to check in and out of the apartment were very clear and easy to follow, and the owners were very responsive to every question. There was a camera installed at the front door, which made us feel safer. We found the pillows a little uncomfortable, but that might be just us. Also, the apartment was located on the fourth/last floor of a building without a lift. This may be a bit of an issue when coming with big luggages or shopping, although that was not the case for us as we have family living nearby. We had a bit of an issue with the water supply once, but that was due to the local government’s work in the area and the owners attended to the issue as quickly and best they could. The only suggestions I would make are: 1. Perhaps add a sliding shower door, to help keep the bathroom dryer, and have more comfortable showers for guests visiting in winter. 2. If possible, check local government announcements in advance, so that guests can plan their activities accordingly too. 3. Possibly install a small safe for personal items inside the wardrobe to give the apartment the cherry on the top :)
