• Claudia (7/5): Bien mais service à la clientèle mauvais - Mobilier moderne et emplacement propre Très mal insonorisé Peu d’intimité sur la terrasse Service à la clientèle très décevant J’ai fait un demande concernant le remboursement du dépôt , car un couple qui a quitté en même temps que nous , s’est exclamé dans le stationnement:« j’ai déjà reçu mon remboursement de dépôt » Alors puisque je croyais que c’était leur fonctionnement et que je ne l’avais pas reçu le lendemain , j’ai contacter le service client pour leur demander . On m’a répondu du avec des «…» Et des «prenez le temps de vérifier avant de nous contacter. Bref , manque de respect de de professionnalisme

• Robert (9/5): I recommend staying here and will return. - The location was great. The apartment met my expectations. I had to wait until 4 pm to get in or get charged extra. So I sat in my car for an hour. I also could not figure out how to use the code. The directions were confusing and there was nobody to call. I finally contacted someone but it still took me a while to figure out everything. Once I understood the system it was fine.

• 'r (7/5): a pleasant comfortable overnight - coffee, kitchenette, shower. the sheets are low quality, scratchy. sound from neighbors , not disrespectful, but you hear each other walking around. i can imagine with a party next door it would be awfully loud.

• David (9/5): We really enjoyed the apartment and all the amenities. - We liked everything. The only item missing was a kitchen/dining table. The apartment had a table or shelf near the bed with two high chairs which can be used as a table in colder months, but an actual table would be better.
