• Iulianuta (1/5): BEWARE! AVOID THIS LOCATION - False description, dirty, not safe key box - I was traveling with my wife and my 19 year old daughter who has medical disabilities. I paid the property an additional fee for a 12:30 check-in, so everything should be OK at that time. I received a message saying that we had to pick up our keys from another location and was given a code for the key safe. I walked about 200 meters away from the apartment and found that the location given was wrong. I called the owner again who gave us the correct location, at no. 13, not 15 on a different street. We got there but the code given was not correct. We went back to the property and waited and were given another text message with a different code for the safe. We walked about 200 meters more and finally picked up a key. We went back to the location. I called the intercom and a guy who had already gotten out answered with difficulty. He was a Pakistani citizen who didn't speak English well. He told us that the apartment wasn't ready and that it was dirty but he took us there. We asked about the elevator and were told that it wasn't working. We found the apartment full of dirt and totally different from what it was in the Booking description (see attached photos). A lot of dirt, the bathroom full of toothpaste everywhere, used toilet paper on the floor and other debris that smelled bad. The bedroom and living room were dirty, uncleaned and the kitchen full of debris and a wet, smelly towel. I told him that we couldn't take over the apartment in this condition and well past the check-in time. I told him that it wasn't what I saw in the BOOKING description, more precisely the apartment would be 140 sq m. NO, in reality it has max. 45 sq m. On BOOKING it appears to have 2 bedrooms. NO, it only has a small bedroom and a living room with a sofa and that kitchen. NO, it doesn't have any terrace or even a balcony. NO, it doesn't have an elevator, it's on the 3rd floor. BEWARE! AVOID THIS LOCATION - False description. It is not a two-bedroom apartment. It is just a small studio of maximum 45 square meters, on the 3rd floor without elevator, with a small bedroom and an open space area with a kitchen and a small living room with an extendable sofa. It is not the private host, but a form with a bad reputation (7, on Booking) called Nomad Properties. They don't have a terrace, they don't have an elevator, they don't have a luggage room. They don't have a key safe. you will have walked hundreds of meters to another location where you have to pick up the keys. They take money in advance for early check-in and lie to you, but they never return your money - We found the apartment full of dirt and totally different from what it was in the Booking description (see attached photos).
