• anh (10/5): It is a very comfortable place for 2 people, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, on 2 different floors. Small, cozy main floor - It is in Cannaregio area of Venice, nice & quiet, so close to the canal, beautiful really!

• Elena (10/5): Non potevamo chiedere di meglio! - Meraviglioso appartamento veneziano, arredato con gusto e dotato veramente di ogni comfort. Pulitissimo, silenzioso, posizione ottima (sia per la visita della città, sia per il contesto molto suggestivo). Vista incredibile sul canale. Host, a dir poco, eccezionale. Senza dubbio una delle esperienze migliori di sempre per noi, che siamo insaziabili viaggiatori. Grazie Tommaso! Speriamo di poter tornare presto! Niente

• Marc (9/5): appartement idéal pour un séjour d'une semaine - emplacement parfait dans le cannaregio (proche de strada nova mais à l'écart des nuisances) sur un joli petit campo avec vue sur canal. appartement lumineux, confortable (pour 2 voire pour 4) et avec tout le nécessaire . seul petit bémol : Literie moyennement confortable . Tout le reste est parfait

• baribal (10/5): Skvělé a autentické - Velmi autentické ubytování se skvělou atmosférou. Výhledy přímo na kanál, kde vám na dosah ruky projíždějí loďky a gondoly. Plně vybavený útulný tichý patrový dům viz. popis a další podrobné recenze. Kuchyň bezvadně vybavená včetně pračky. Skvělá dostupnost pěšky od vlaku, vaporetta a do centra. Nedaleko převoz gondolou za 2€ “ traghetto”, pokud se chcete rychle dostat na druhou stranu přes Canal Grande např. k tržnici. Bezproblémové předání klíčů a informací o přístupu již po příletu na letišti. Okamžité reakce a odpovědi na veškeré naše dotazy. Velmi nás potěšila ochota a umožnění pozdního odjezdu vzhledem k večernímu odletu. Jezdíme do Benátek každý rok a toto ubytování patřilo k nejlepším.

• christine (9/5): parfait - Hôte attentif et disponible, accueil parfait (est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous a guidé très précisément pour atteindre la maison), emplacement du logement idéal pour visiter la ville (quartier central mais calme en même temps), maison confortable, équipée (décoration soignée et neutre en même temps) et très propre. • Guest (9/5): Gem of Venice - The apartment is in an excellent central location but away from the busy main street, a 2-minute walk. Comfortable and well-equipped. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. The communication was flawless and went above any expectations. Just a minor detail, a couple more towels would be beneficial. I used a spare I always pack.

The host went out of his way to greet us at the airport, give us clear directions and lots of advice on how to enjoy Venice, he couldn’t have been more helpful. The house was lovely and so was Venice.

• Milo (10/5): - Ottima localizzazione, in pieno centro ma appena fuori dal trambusto del turismo. Casa con tutte le comodità anche nella cucina nel caso si volesse farsi da mangiare.
• Magdalena (10/5): - The apartment is well located, in a quiet and peaceful alley. There are restaurants and a grocery store around. It is best to get to the apartment from the Marco Polo airport by boat, we will save ourselves walking with a suitcase. The apartment gives a sense of respite, from the heat or from the excess of people walking along the main streets of Venice. Each room has its own bathroom. Everything is clean and fragrant. In the kitchen you can prepare a quick breakfast or lunch. The owner is a pleasant and helpful man. He answers questions quickly, helps and is flexible. If I had to go a second time, I would stay right here.

• Francesco (9/5): Consigliatissimo per famiglie (quattro persone) - L’appartamento è su tre livelli: al piano terra cucina con tavolo e divano, due camere al primo e secondo piano, ciascuna delle quali ha il suo bagno e la sua doccia. La casa, ristrutturata con gran cura, è estremamente accogliente e dotata di tutto quello che serve per viverla (anche in cucina non mancano sale, spezie, olio, detersivo…). Ovviamente chi ha figli piccoli non dovrà perderli d’occhio, per via delle due rampe di scale. La posizione è molto strategica: non lontano dalla stazione e vicinissimo a Rialto (praticamente si è in Strada nova, ma lontano da ogni confusione). Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, flessibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo.
