• Bernd (8/5): Nettes Apartment mit gesichertem Parkplatz - Das Apartment liegt in einem Wohngebiet nahe einem großen Shoppingcenter und der Straßenbahn Haltestelle. Mit der Linie T1 erreicht man die Innenstadt von Florenz in knapp 15 Minuten (Ticket kostet € 1,70 p.P.). Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter Niccolo. Das Gebäude ist etwas hellhörig. Leider konnte man die Heizung nicht anschalten. War dadurch etwas kalt.
• Marek (8/5): - Cute small and cozy apartment that is well equipped and close to tram. For four it is a bit stretch, the couch is fairly uncomfortable for sleeping. For two it would be perfect.
• Karolina (9/5): - Fantastic apartment, very well equipped – it really has everything you need. The secure, gated parking is a huge plus. It’s a great place to stay, leave your car safely, and then take a tram (about a 10-minute walk) to the city center in just 30 minutes. On the way to the tram stop there’s a shopping center where you can easily stock up on anything you might need. The host was extremely kind, gave clear instructions for check-in, responded quickly to questions, and was very engaged. The only downside was the bed – the slats kept slipping out of place. Other than that, this apartment is a great budget-friendly option for staying near Florence.
• Carlox S (7/5): Buen alojamiento calidad-precio y ubicación - Ubicado cerca de un centro comercial y la parada del tranvía que te dejaba en el centro en menos de 15 minutos. Parking privado pero no techado (no es algo relevante pero para los que tenemos motos sabemos que nos gusta que no les de el sol). El apartamento era pequeño pero estaba bien cuidado Pensábamos que tenía una habitación más un sofá cama en el comedor pero era un estudio con cama y un sofá cama, separado por un biombo solamente. No tuvimos problemas pero se debería comentar en la descripción.

• Vladimír (8/5): - Byt starší, malý, ale příjemný s malým balkonem, v 1. patře. Veškeré informace připraveny, komunikace přes whatsapp na 1. Byt je v uzavřeném komplexu, parkovací stání vyhrazeno k bytu. Lokalita klidná, 8 minut od tramvaje. Do centra asi 20 minut tramvají. MHD velmi dobrá, autobusy jezdí přímo v centru, jízdné na bankovní kartu. V blízkosti u tramvajové zastávky velké obchodní centrum COOP. Město, památky, restaurace, kultura, vše výborné. Malá, hlučná klimatizace, malý sprchový kout, ale asi nelze řešit jinak.

• Cheryl (9/5): Superb - I thought the place was a great place to stay, very clean and we were provided with all the amenities needed. Nices was very helpful, accomadating and informative. Our only thing that was uncomfortable was the heat. It was very cold and damp in the apt when it rained. Was told it was illegal to have the heat on after April 1st, and if we did, we would incur fines. But outside of the heat, everything was great. The chillies of the apt when it rained.

• Patsani (10/5): Simply great - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is easily accessible and the city center is a few tram stops away. The owner was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We especially enjoyed the decoration of the house as it has a really cozy feeling. All in all, I would definitely recommend!!

Gated parking provided but also plenty of parking on the street and 10 min drive to the airport. Excellent communication from host and detailed instructions provided on how to get into the apartment It was 40 degrees when we were there so the air con struggled a bit and was noisy but was appreciated! Nothing

• Volodymyr (9/5): It was one of the most comfortable places to stay in my travel. - Everything in the apartment is very well thought out, it is very well equipped and very cozy. The owner was very friendly, was always in touch and answered all our questions. The instructions for self check-in were clear and detailed. Road work on the access street made it impossible to leave comfortably. The owner warned about this in advance and explained where you can park the car so as not to be blocked in a private parking lot. 👍
• Maria (8/5): Very good - Best host in Italy, very kind, mindful and speaking English. We had nowhere to leave our bags so he kindly let us check in a little bit earlier. Small place but well equipped and great location :) The apartment is a bit small, but for that price I cannot complain.
• Kateryna (9/5): Superb - Everything was great, clean and comfortable. Really small apartment, it would be good for 2 people, for 4 it's too small, but it's not a big problem if you stay for one night.
