The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, guests must not leave any garbage in the property. All waste must be removed; otherwise, a €150 cleaning fee will be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Paul (4/5): - Great location. Apartment was clean and had all the items we needed for our stay. The noise issue other reviewers have mentioned is a real disappointment and would be the single biggest reason not to book this property again. Loud droning sound when water is used in this apartment or other apartments in the block. Given the noise is loud enough to disturb and waken you from sleep, I would suggest it's something that needs rectified. Really spoiled the stay!
Arleen (6/5): Good location but the noise from inside the apartment was not conducive to a relaxing break. - We liked that there was a lift to the flat. The kitchen was well equipped with a nice big table to eat at. The lounge was bright. The apartment is in a great location. Very central. Two minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The biggest gripe we had was the noise. Every single time anyone in the building turned on a tap, shower or toilet there would be a very loud noise coming from a pump which was situated above our apartment. Imagine the noise of a fridge times fifty. The beds were unacceptably noisy due to the mattress being on metal frames with springs. So rolling over in bed would wake you up. The noise from the stairwell from other tenants was loud too. Due to people not trying to be considerate. The air con was good but unavailable until 11am. To access the sun terrace you had to leave the apartment and go upstairs . This was a bit inconvenient as there were stairs inside the apartment which were blocked off for some reason. The noisy pump was housed here so there was no respite from the noisy even up there. When we there there was a night of driving rain which came in the windows at the front and flooded the floor. We mopped it up in the morning and messaged the landlord who asked if we needed any assistance but it didn’t rain again.

Christine (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect apartment in a lovely quiet spot but only one street away from the beach. Great balcony & roof terrace. Lovely touch that we had cleaning products left for us as well as condiments. We loved the little bottles of olive oil. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you.
Tomasz (10/5): Great in every aspect - very nice apartment in every aspect, clean and nicely located, a little tough with parking, one thing to note is that the terrace is a floor higher than the apartment.

Paul (7/5): Good - Great location and apartment. Operated by a very frustrating property management group that obviously is trying to squeeze as much money out of this place as possible. They require an outrageous amount of personal info to check in and send so many unnecessary emails. Annoying emails include trying to upsell you on car rental and insurance. No basic amenities like salt/pepper/oil (we left some behind so hopefully they pass on to the next people).
