Geordie (1/5): Poor quality accommodation, not value for money. Avoid Grey Gums on Jervis Vincentia! - The town is lovely. Poorly maintained, big cockroaches crawling over lounge upstairs and German cockroaches in kitchen. one bed saggy sunken mattress in one room, on corner of busy road at Christmas time. 4 sets of cutlery for a 6 person accommodation, $600 a night and only one garbage bag supplied. Fridge was turned off and took 24hrs to get up to cool.For three days!,poor air flow downstairs with no fan either, no exhaust fan n upstairs toilet, downstairs toilet directly off kitchen, poor payment system, half through booking.com half direct with the accommodation manager, too many emails, pressure to respond with review. spent all of Christmas washing up and wishing the washing machine was a dishwasher. Water in kitchen not hot enough to kill germs…
