• Daniela (10/5): - Very close to Brussels Midi train station and supermarket. The kitchen is very clean, has many kitchenware to use and the common space is spacioua and coazy. There is not balcony though it's advertised. Could use an AC or more powerful fan for hot days.

• Patricia (9/5): Perfect Stay - The room was really clean and comfortable, the provided with coffee capsules, tea and chocolates in the room which I found very very sweet and not so common nowadays. The common area had everything you might need, including designated spaces for the guest food storage in the fridge and shelves. The location is very convenient, really close to the Garu Midi (South Station) for Flicbo busses to/from Charleroi and Metro and Train to the city Centre of Brussels. Close by at walking distance is the Brewery Cantillon. Despite the convenience of the location, The area is not inviting to visit around, best thing is the connection to the centre.

• Zuzanna (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, instructions for self check-in were clear, the room and shared space were super clean, modern and well supplied (tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, shampoo), you'll find everything you need. There is air conditioning, it's quiet in the room and the bed was really comfy. The overall location isn't the best on in terms of Brussells' cleaniness (not the host's fault of course) but thanks to being next to the Midi station you can easily and fast go to every part of the city. If I visit the city again I would choose to stay here :)

• Daria (10/5): Like at home - The appartment is situated not far from the Midi station, but the there were no issues with noise.The room was clean and spacious, special thanks for the "guest kit" (coffee, tea and some sweets).There was also a separate small terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy a cup of coffee.The kitchen is well-ecqupped.I was provided with the details for remote check-in, everything was clear. The apartment has a homely atmosphere, it's evident that the hosts care about their guests.Higly recommended for a long-term stay.

• Andrei (6/5): Pleasant - The fact that we did not have to meet with somebody, all details were sent on booking. The property was near to the bus, train and other local transportation. Very noisy, you can here everybody and the upper neighbor started drilling in the walls at 7 AM. The bed not at all comfortable. The shower was in the room, maybe for other this is nice, but it is very strange to have it there and not very comfortable. When going up stairs, on the hall, there is a very nasty smell.

The thoughtful details in the accommodation, from welcome water to chocolates and biscuits are very much appreciated. The location is convenient, being near Bruxelles Midi and grocery stores. The addition of laundry facilities, with a delightful detergent and fabric conditioner scent, was a great touch. The kictchen was very well equipped and the common space was mostly empty so it felt like we had the whole house for ourselves. Very close to midi station, easy to get to and from the airport. The only negative thing was that it was a bit far from grand place, we had to walk a little bit.

• Anuswadi (8/5): Apartment maybe just finished so improvements could make a lot more worthy. - Location is near the Main Train station. Quiet and Ample space for apartment facility to share. Kitchen equipments were completed clean tidy , perfect. By the time we stayed weather was exceptionally hot but we can’t open windows or door because of mosquitos attacked. Bathroom is clean but no stand for soap or shampoo which had to lay down on the floor.

• Linda (8/5): Very good - This apartment is a little Oasis... Quiet, secure, clean and fresh.. Very comfortable... little private area off the room for an afternoon relax outside (If fine). Very handy to the train station. Being able to do washing when you're travelling is a real plus. There are no real minuses that would suggest an area for improvement. Other guests staying and neighbours were considerate and minimally impactful.

• Transparency (10/5): A good way to start touring Europe - My stay in Belgium would have made no sense if I didn't have an awesome abode to rest my head after a flight from England and every day and night of touring Belgium. The communication of the facility was top notch and simple and they were on standby to help. The room was lovely and environment was conducive, I loved every night I spent in Belgium and if I come again I am certainly booking the hotel. • Aidan (9/5): Nothing serious to complain about - Large airy bedroom near to Bruxelles-Midi station. Perfect for me as I wasn't intending on exploring Brussels, already did that a few years ago, so easy for me to get to the train station to start my journeys around Belgium. The *shared* kitchen has all the expected facilities, and are of a high quality (love me a good induction hob😁). The shower has a good pressure. Tea, coffee and two bottles of water were provided. It's a bittersweet gift that this is near to the train station. It's good that I didn't have far to go after arriving on the last Eurostar of the day, but I hope you're a fast walker if coming here at night. It's probably unlikely that anything serious would happen to you, but I perceived a poor level of personal safety in the area. A shame owing to the property's convenience and the facilities inside, but it is what it is.

Always clean, comfy room, brand new everything, a common kitchen and living room, no limitations if you want to go out cause you have your own key. Free wifi. 5 minutes walk from Bruxelles-Zuid(Midi). A minimarket open till late just around the corner. No noise at all,great silence and great sleep. Owner super kind and always at your disposal.

• Jule (10/5): Exceptional - Best location to stay in Brussels. Just 10 min away from Midi-Station. We stayed in the room "Lily" which is right next to the shared kitchen. The room has lots of space and a little terrace. Everything was super clean. The shared kitchen and living room is so nicely furnished, board games are available. There are a big fridge and freezer in the kitchen and lots of storage room. On our last night we had a problem with the heating (it turned on automatically, although it was 22 degrees outside). I contacted the given phone number and we sorted it out via a video call. 10/10 for the customer service. Everything was nice.

• Michal (8/5): Great for couples, recommended for cleanliness and location - Very clean rooms, great location, nice terrasse, okay price, self check-in and check-out, fast and precise communication of everything Description says all guestroom are equipped with a fridge and an oven but our room didn't have those, which was fine. Those were available in the shared kitchen (I think). Our bed was nice and perfectly clean but not the best when it comes to comfort (totally fine at this price). You might be able to slightly hear people in other rooms so it's not for those who need absolute silence. All these points are in no way dealbreakers, I recommend staying here because positives far outweigh any possible negatives.

The room is basic but you have more than what you need and its cery cozy area with the kichen Really nothing except may be the location is not in city centre but its a 5 min walk to midi zuid station which is very convenient
• Lynda (8/5): Good location being near the train station. - Near the train station, only walking distance, 5 minutes or so walk.. Room spacious with spacious private bathroom. Room is facing the road and sunny. City centre is only a train ride away. Hand soap, shampoo, tea, pod of coffees and sugar is provided , kettle, mugs and teaspoon and coffee maker is provided which is a bonus and convenient to travellers to start your day and have a hot drink before retiring. Shower is powerful and good. Host is very kind to top up everyday supply of coffee and sugar in the second floor but not tea. However there are tea bags in the kitchen. A chocolate, coffee pod, few biscuits, uht milk and tea and sugar is provided in the room as a starter when you first arrived. Everything was ok. The only downside, the kitchen is downstairs if you are warming food but if you don't use the kitchen, it is not an issue. Maybe not advisable if you come home late on your own for safety reason.

• Laura (6/5): just ok - Personnel was very nice and accommodate an early check in. location is quickly reached form the station but for this same reason it might get a bit sketchy on the areas surrounding the property there is a common area where coffee, tea and water are offered daily and there is kitchen and fridge to store foods and cook if needed from the name of the property I understood that each room had a private bathroom AND a balcony. our room however did not have a balcony and from what we could tell only one of the rooms did. that wasn’t a big deal to us. the walls are paper thin and you can hear the other guests opening and closing doors, talking and taking a shower. furthermore, our room’s (camellia) bed seemed like a pull out sofa. the bed was tight for 2 people and the room was quite small.

Good instructions before arrival from the host so everything went smoothly. Free wifi, good connection. Slight problem with the invoice but in case of private stay this is not an issue. Iris room had windows to the Rue Bara and there is quite high traffic there connected with noise in the evening, but it is not a fault of host. No TV, but who wants TV?

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was perfect 😍 their house looks even better than the pictures! Easy to access everywhere, public transportations are reachable 3min walking at the Midi / Zuid station, the neighbourhood very calm. Everything was spotless and very new. The kitchen and laundry room have everything one needs. We especially appreciated the fancy dishes and cutlery, the crystal chandelier in the livingroom, and in the same time, the very modern layout and decoration of the place. Our room was spacious with a big terrasse and a new bathroom with soap, shampoo, shower gel, and a very practical heater to warm up the towels. I can only highly recommend. • Leila (10/5): Exceptional - The house was very well decorated, spotless, and I was welcomed with cookies, chocolate, coffee pods and water bottles in the room! - I loved this little touch. Books are available for guests to read. The room is beautiful, well-lit and the bathroom really clean, new-looking and fully equipped - the shower pressure is great and I could have nice hot showers for the cold weather. Hairdryer was also powerful. - Check-in instructions were very clear, had no issues finding my way in - House is literally 5 minutes walking distance from the "better" side of the Midi station. 20-25 mins walking distance from Grand Place - Kitchen is clean and fully equipped and so is the laundry room. Fridge and cupboards have designated areas for each room - The host is sweet and provided great recommendations for looking around Brussels - if you face any issues, it is best to call her instead of messaging.
