• Chiara (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato a Scarletz KLCC e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle Petronas Towers e da tutti i servizi principali, ideale per visitare Kuala Lumpur. L’appartamento era moderno, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La struttura offre anche spazi comuni ben curati e una piscina panoramica che regala una vista spettacolare sulla città, davvero un valore aggiunto. Check-in e check-out sono stati semplici e veloci. Nel complesso, un’ottima soluzione per chi vuole soggiornare in centro a Kuala Lumpur, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e tutti i comfort a disposizione. Consigliato!
• Monika (8/5): Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, der niedrige Preis macht sich bemerkbar - Super zentrale Lage und großzügiges Appartment. Sehr günstig. Man merkt, dass es ein "Budget-Hotel" ist: kein Zimmerservice, abgeschlagene Tische, lose Armaturen.

Non vengono fatte le pulizie , il WiFi nella mia stanza non funzionava e alla reception mi hanno risposto di chiamare un numero di assistenza , cosa mai vista , dovrebbero chiamarlo loro. Non ho risolto il mio problema, nessuno è venuto ad aggiustarlo.

The room was spacious and well-equipped (despite a few minor flaws: a loose bathroom faucet and some damaged furniture). Not to mention the view from the room. The rooftop pool was amazing, with a breathtaking view The front desk staff was rude and impolite: on the first day we arrived, there was no hot water in the room. I went to ask for assistance at the reception, and the receptionist turned away, saying it wasn’t her problem, adding that she wasn’t directly employed by the Scarletz Hotel but by the building management. She simply gave me a WhatsApp number to contact. After two hours of messaging, we managed to resolve the issue thanks to the intervention of the housekeeper and the maintenance guy (both very kind, and I thank them). Even if the staff is not directly employed by the hotel, they should be more courteous to guests
• Davide (8/5): Qualità prezzo - Hotel situato vicino alle Petronas Twin e tanti ristorantini dove poter mangiare la sera, camere belle grandi con una bella vista. Qualsiasi problema hai tipo wi-fi o non va l’acqua calda come è successo a noi, ti dicono di chiamare un numero e ti aiutano loro tramite o chiamata o whatsapp. In quasi 4 giorni di soggiorno non hanno mai pulito la camera né mai cambiatogli asciugamano per viso e per il corpo.
• laurence wayne (10/5): Roomy,convenient and enjoyed - Nice location to the KLCC area and within walking distance to the main attractions. The hotel was welcoming. The pool is good on 45 th floor overlooking the city and the top of the towers. Good restaurants near by and General store at the hotel was well stocked. The room was very with nice views. Aircon worked as it should, good hot shower and kitchen to use. Concerned the sink basin push down plug gets stuck… Kitchen light not working over the table.. ( owner to maintain) no local tv channels. All trivial I know……

Es un regalo el poder cerrar los ojos para descansar por la noche viendo el brillo de las luces de los rascacielos. Y que una bandada de golondrinas, que vuelan a la altura de nuestra habitación, piso 43, te despierten por la mañana. Un regalo de la vida. No os lo penséis. Probar la experiencia. La piscina, otro momentazo del viaje. Tanto de día, como al atardecer - noche. Otro regalo. Y ubicación, excelente. Me gustó todo

The bathroom doesn’t have a window, so there’s a constant humid smell. We were two people but only received two keys, which made it inconvenient when we needed to come and go separately.

• JOSÉ LUIS (8/5): - Las vistas desde la cristalera de la habitación son impresionantes. La piscina y sus vistas están muy bien. El apartamento es amplio, moderno y muy cómodo. Muy bien situado, cerca de las Petronas. Interminables colas para acceder al ascensor. El personal de recepción es poco profesional y con escasa amabilidad, salvo los porteros que te abrían la puerta y te prestaban su ayuda para cualquier duda. Piscina abarrotada de niños gritando. Lámparas que no funcionan, un solo enchufe europeo y escaso menaje en la cocina (sólo 2 platos y 2 tazas...sin vasos)

And also we did not know where to get rid of the garbage to we had to walk outside to put it out. They also dont allow grab to enter to the lobby area to wait or even get to the building with permission which made it so hard to deliver food

Appartamento ampio e un valore in più è dato dalla piscina con vista panoramica, davvero mozzafiato. In generale ho trovato lo staff sgarbato e poco disponibile, sembrava quasi dessi fastidio le poche volte che mi sono approcciata (check-in e check-out semplicemente). Nei corridoio si sentiva spesso odore di fumo. Ascensori estremamente lenti, sono stata in strutture simili qui a Kuala Lumpur e non ho mai dovuto aspettare così tanto. Deposito bagagli a pagamento.

Unfortunately, there was a noticeable urine odor when lifted the toilet lid, and also discovered a needle left on the couch, which was concerning.

• Nicole (10/5): Beautiful place in the heart of KL - The apartment really was even better than on the photos. It was a really nicely furnished place with amazing view of the city center. I would recommend you booking the Queen Studio, I was way more impressed about this. As I couldn't extend my stay for a few more nights, I had to book the Superior Studio and I think it is not worth the extra cost. I liked the Queen Studio way better and the view was also more amazing.

• Samreen (10/5): Exceptional and beautiful stay - Very nice, prime location and very beautiful The person-at desk from Mykey global he was rude and unprofessional. We were there to check in room and he ask us to wait 10 min and start helping others who came after us. We were there and waiting and one after one he was helping checking in others and ignoring us, when we ask him he said go wait in line, we shocked by his attitude and we said we were here before everyone else came and u asked us to wait 10 min and ignoring us. So unethical and unprofessional.

• Bilal (8/5): It was good but only if they make the checkin and check out issue a bit more flexible - Very strict checkin rules, they will make you wait until 3pm for checkin even if you request them for a early checkin they dont make any exceptions! Check out is at 11am and they even send an email a day before your check out date to remind you that check out is at 11am. Why make the guest checkout so early when you are checking in the customers at 3pm!
• Kristina (10/5): Очень рекомендую отель, но именно от жтой управляющей компании, от други читала плохие отзывы - Просто идеально, нам очень повезло с со студией, и сама студия, и само здание - по качеству дороже своих денег за ночь. Вижу из окна невероятный, бассейн на 47 этаже тоже отпад, советую ходить утром пораньше (до 10), людей может не быть вообще, вечером много. Локация также очень хорошая, в самом здании внутри отеля находится небольшой продуктовый магазин и atm. Все 4 лифта работают, поэтому очередей нет и долго ждать не приходится (если, конечно, не использовать лифт во время check out).

The rooftop swimming pool was also really nice. Wish there were more coffee sachets and it would be nice if there were more hangers. It would also be good if it has a hook to hang clothes inside the washroom.

• Joana (7/5): Clean nice room, but no access to common areas before check in and very crowded everywhere - Didn’t let me check in earlier I booked a place with a business center so I could access it for a morning work meeting , however the hotel did not allow me to use the common areas of the building before 3pm!! Also pool is small and only has 4 beds, making is very crowded all the time! The room was nice and clean though. Just don’t expect to use much of the common space

• ACHONG (1/5): - I booked the Superior Studio Suite unit 43-01 for 12 nights, and from day one (01), things started to go wrong. The door was stiff and difficult to open; the air conditioning unit would leak after being switched-on for thirty (30) minutes, and the unit would automatically switch itself on at noon. For nine (09) days, I wrote and called to complain, and the Host ignored all my communications, refusing to address the matter. I requested housekeeping to change the sheets and to come clean the apartment on three (03) occasions and got once more, no response... so my all the time I stayed at Scarletz Suites KLCC By Starwood Lux, my bed sheets never got changed. On the day before, I left housekeeping and showed up unannounced and uninvited. I was in the bathroom, and they tried to gain access... the housekeeping yanked the door because it was so stiff and still swollen from the Leaking Air Condition unit that the door near came off its hinges and as a result the door could not close and I was moved to another unit room 33 - 01 which looked run-down. I was promised compensation of a percentage of my entire booked and paid up in full reservation and a late check-out at 13.00. A lot of going back and forth had me stressed and fed up because it my stayed turned out to be a nightmare instead of rest and relaxation. On checking out, the No Staff was at the front desk, so I called an to ask what to do about the room key. I took photos, videos, etc. After, leaving this diabolical place and flying back to my overseas home destination, I checked my bank account and found that I Scarletz Suites KLCC By Starwood Lux unlawful withdraw £18.38 from my bank account and did not refund or credit me as they promised for not providing me any housekeeping or customer service. They were awful in the way they treated, I was left traumatised by the holiday from hell at that place. The photo link below isn't downloading the photos that shows proof of what took place
• Thierry Bali (7/5): Good place but AC maintenance and insulation urgently needed - The place is nicely decorated and well located. Facilities are quite good and in order. Everything is clean and nicely arranged The AC was very noisy and did not work well. Which made our night terrible as we couldn't sleep. The insulation is also very bad. Can hear traffic from closeby highway and neighbors passing by our door early morning

Розетки не евро и переходники не дают в использование, а любезно продают на рецепшен 10 рингит. В здании 48 этажей. В час пик очередь, чтобы доехать до своего этажа на лифте. В апартаментах нет ни одного крючка, полотенце не куда повесить, когда идёшь в душ.

Later that night, I received a WhatsApp message saying I had to leave by noon unless I paid the full price of a whole night just for a late check-out. The next morning, at 11:50 AM, a staff member knocked on my door, saying I had to leave immediately or pay RM30 just to stay until noon. At 11:55 AM, housekeeping knocked again, pressuring me to leave before 12 PM. This unprofessional and dishonest behavior completely ruined my stay. I do not recommend this place.

• Quinto (8/5): In generale grazie al nostro spirito di adattamento il giudizio è positivo - Non ho fatto colazione in hotel,la posizione è ottima Non ci sono stati forniti asciugamani di ricambio in 4 notti di soggiorno ed il lavandino del bagno probabilmente era parzialmente otturato,perciò l’acqua faceva fatica a defluire
